She is a graduate and PhD holder from Harokopio University, with postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School/BIDMC. Additionally, she is a former research lead for Compass (BAMCO) at Google. She provides a wide range of nutritional support services for health, various conditions, and different life stages, but focuses on habit change for weight loss and weight loss maintenance. She firmly believes that lifestyle habit changes are the key for individuals to take control of their weight and health. Her philosophy is that in order for someone to achieve long-lasting results, they must change the habits that lead to problematic behaviors and consequently weight gain. Her goal is to investigate problematic habits and pleasantly restructure new ones based on existing behaviors. Klotsa Dimitra is a Cardiologist who maintains a private practice in Zografou. She holds a degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and received further training in echocardiography at King’s College Hospital in London. There, she specialized in the Heart Failure Clinic (diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of patients) and in the ultrasound department, performing transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiograms on patients with heart failure. As part of her undergraduate program, she completed internships at the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens, a private dietetic office, and a food industry company. Subsequently, she collaborated for several years with NGOs, where she provided voluntary nutritional support to cancer patients during and after anticancer treatments. Simultaneously, she has served as head dietitian - nutritionist in a large gym chain. Florou Athina is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in the Zografou area. She graduated from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University of Athens in 2022, successfully completing her undergraduate studies. During her internship at the 251 General Airforce Hospital, she gained valuable knowledge and experience in nutrition support, designing personalized diet plans, nutritional counseling, and assessing patients' nutritional status. She continued her studies at University College London (UCL), where she obtained a master's degree in Eating Disorders and Clinical Nutrition with distinction. As part of her postgraduate education, she worked at St Ann’s Hospital/Eating Disorder Service, making a significant contribution to the rehabilitation of patients with eating disorders. Athina is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians-Nutritionists (PSDΔD), the European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN), and the Association for Nutrition (AfN) in the UK. As part of her active involvement in international scientific networks, she participates as a member of the Working Group of the European project HEALTH UP! of EFAD (European Federation of the Associations of Dietitians), contributing to the scientifically substantiated evaluation and updating of the Guide on Eating Disorders, aiming to enhance dietetic care practice at the European level.

Dr. Theodorakopoulou Afroditi, MD, is a General/Family Physician, graduate of the Medical School of the University of Patras (2006 – 2012) and holder of a Master’s degree (MSc) in Aesthetic Medicine and Therapeutics from Università di Camerino (2020 – 2022). She possesses extensive professional experience in Primary Health Care, having served as a General Medicine Resident at Kalamata Hospital (2016 – 2020), as a Physician at the National Public Health Organization (EODY) (2020 – 2021), and as an Auxiliary Physician – Consultant B’ in General Medicine at the Patision Health Center (2021 – 2025). He holds a master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Aberdeen (Medical School), is a holder of the European Diploma in Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN), the leading European clinical nutrition qualification, has been trained in the Low-FODMAP diet for managing irritable bowel syndrome symptoms by Life Academy, and in Eating Disorders through the training program of KEADD (Hellenic Center for Education and Management of Eating Disorders), under the auspices of the British Psychological Society. Education & Specialization: I am a member of the Swiss Medical Association and a graduate of Medicine with a Master of Science (MSc) in Social-Preventive Medicine and Quality in Healthcare from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. My clinical experience is multidimensional, having served in critical departments such as Internal Medicine, High Dependency Units (HDU), COVID-19 wards, and Emergency Departments (ER). Additionally, I hold International Certifications in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the National Health Care Provider Solutions (NHCPS) in the USA.

With extensive experience in treating obesity, I specialize in the management of patients with cardiometabolic risk factors. At our practice, we treat cases of both upper and lower respiratory tract infections, as well as urinary tract infections. We also manage patients across the full spectrum of cardiometabolic diseases and Chronic Condition Management, including: Arterial Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Dyslipidemia (High Cholesterol Levels), Obesity.
