Prekas Xristos is a Clinical Dietitian – Nutritionist, BSc, and has operated two dietetic offices since 2011, located in Petralona and Santorini. He holds a degree from the Department of Nutrition Science and Dietetics at Harokopio University of Athens and is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians – Nutritionists Association. He holds a postgraduate degree from the University of Bologna focusing on Pulmonary Hypertension. He is a member of the European and Hellenic Society of Cardiology, the European and Hellenic Atherosclerosis Societies, as well as other scientific associations. He has served as a member of the presidium of the Prevention and Rehabilitation Working Group of the Hellenic Society of Cardiology and has participated in presenting abstracts at international and Greek conferences. Additionally, he has contributed to the translation of chapters of scientific textbooks. Lastly, he was awarded a scholarship by the Hellenic Society of Cardiology for his postgraduate studies.

Mindfoodness Diafa - Papaioannou Adamantia is a graduate in Nutrition and Dietetics and holds a master's degree (MSc) from the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition at the Agricultural University of Athens. She specializes in Health Coaching (National & Kapodistrian University of Athens), Eating Disorders (EES), and has obtained the title of "Specialist in Sports Nutrition" through ISSN. The Mindfoodness nutrition center employs state-of-the-art and highly accurate tools. Interventions are based on medical protocols and aim at lifestyle changes, taking into account the nutritional and medical history as well as the individual characteristics and preferences of each person. The primary techniques used for modifying dietary behavior are grounded in the practice of mindful eating.
