Το διαιτολογικό γραφείο Geothrepsis | Βερλέκη Γεωργία εδρεύει στους Αμπελόκηπους στην Αθήνα από τον Δεκέμβριο του 2022. Η Βερλέκη Γεωργία είναι Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος και υπεύθυνη του διαιτολογικού γραφείου. Αποφοίτησε από το Ανώτατο Τεχνολογικό Εκπαιδευτικό Ίδρυμα Θεσσαλίας και, έπειτα, προχώρησε σε μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές με κατεύθυνση την Κλινική – Ιατρική Διατροφή, στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης. Διαθέτει επαγγελματική και κλινική εμπειρία από το 2016, αφού έχει εργασθεί ως Κλινική Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος στη Γενική Κλινική Metropolitan General, συμμετείχε στο σχεδιασμό της υπηρεσίας, «Υπηρεσία Εξατομικευμένης Διατροφικής Φροντίδας – Advanced Patient Nutrition», του Γενικού και Γυναικολογικού / Μαιευτικού Νοσοκομείου ΜΗΤΕΡΑ και εργαζόταν, παράλληλα, ως Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος σε ιδιωτικό διαιτολογικό γραφείο των Αθηνών. Την εξάμηνη πρακτική της άσκηση ολοκλήρωσε επιτυχώς στην Γενική Κλινική ΙΑΣΩ General. Είναι μέλος της Ένωσης Διαιτολόγων Διατροφολόγων Ελλάδας (ΕΔΔΕ) από το 2016. Στο ιδιωτικό της γραφείο πραγματοποιεί όλες τις συνεδρίες, για φυσιολογικές και παθολογικές καταστάσεις, ενηλίκων, παιδιών, εφήβων, εγκύων, θηλαζουσών και ατόμων τρίτης ηλικίας. Η εξατομίκευση είναι ο βασικός άξονας στον οποίο στηρίζεται η προσέγγισή της. Βασικό της μέλημα είναι να ανοίξει καινούργιους δρόμους σε όσους την εμπιστευθούν. Κινείται πάντα με γνώμονα την αφετηρία, το παρελθόν και τους στόχους του καθενός και με σεβασμό στη διαφορετικότητα, σχεδιάζει προγράμματα διατροφής που θα οδηγήσουν αργά ή γρήγορα, αλλά κυρίως ανθρώπινα στο επιθυμητό αποτέλεσμα. Εκτός από τη διαχείριση βάρους και τη διατροφική εκπαίδευση, αναλαμβάνει και την διατροφική υποστήριξη κλινικών περιστατικών. Ενίοτε σε πιο αυστηρό πλαίσιο. Όμως πάντα με επίκεντρο τον ασθενή, τα "θέλω" και τα "δε θέλω" του, τις κόκκινες γραμμές του. Με τον εξοπλισμό τελευταίας τεχνολογίας (επαγγελματικό ζυγό και αναλυτή σύστασης σώματος με βιοηλεκτρική εμπέδηση) που διαθέτει το γραφείο εγγυάται πάντα τα πιο ακριβή αποτελέσματα μετρήσεων. Οι συνεδρίες μπορούν να πραγματοποιηθούν και από απόσταση.

Draganidaki Loukia is a Registered Dietitian - Nutritionist with a professional practice license and has maintained a private practice near Pedion tou Areos since 2016. She graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki. In 2017, she completed postgraduate studies at the University of the Aegean in the field of Life Coaching & Mentoring. She holds a specialization in Eating Disorders and Childhood Obesity from the National Center for Eating Disorders in the United Kingdom and has received clinical nutrition training at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietetic Association and an external collaborator of the Hellenic Society for Multiple Sclerosis. Furthermore, she continuously participates in seminars and conferences to stay informed about developments in her field.

Florou Athina is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in the Zografou area. She graduated from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University of Athens in 2022, successfully completing her undergraduate studies. During her internship at the 251 General Airforce Hospital, she gained valuable knowledge and experience in nutrition support, designing personalized diet plans, nutritional counseling, and assessing patients' nutritional status. She continued her studies at University College London (UCL), where she obtained a master's degree in Eating Disorders and Clinical Nutrition with distinction. As part of her postgraduate education, she worked at St Ann’s Hospital/Eating Disorder Service, making a significant contribution to the rehabilitation of patients with eating disorders. Athina is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians-Nutritionists (PSDΔD), the European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN), and the Association for Nutrition (AfN) in the UK. She has experience in managing clinical cases through collaboration with physicians of various specialties in both hospital and private settings. She applies individualized nutritional interventions based on scientific evidence, aiming for the holistic support of health.

As part of her active involvement in international scientific networks, she participates as a member of the Working Group of the European project HEALTH UP! of EFAD (European Federation of the Associations of Dietitians), contributing to the scientifically substantiated evaluation and updating of the Guide on Eating Disorders, aiming to enhance dietetic care practice at the European level.

Η Αλεξάνδρα Τσαπάλου είναι Διαιτολόγος – Διατροφολόγος, με εξειδίκευση στην κλινική διατροφή και την εξατομικευμένη υποστήριξη υγείας. είναι απόφοιτη του προγράμματος BSc (Hons) Dietetics, με βαθμολογία First Class, του Queen Margaret University στο Εδιμβούργο, ενός κορυφαίου πανεπιστημίου με εξειδίκευση στις επιστήμες υγείας.Οι σπουδές της εστιάζουν στην επιστήμη της διατροφής και της διαιτολογίας, με έμφαση στην κλινική πρακτική και την τεκμηριωμένη εφαρμογή. Αυτή τη περίοδο βρίσκεται σε εξέλιξη το Μεταπτυχιακό της με τίτλο  "Διατροφή του Ανθρώπου με εξειδίκευση στην Κλινική Διατροφή" (MSc Clinical Nutrition) από το πανεπιστήμιο του Essex.Η Πρακτική της Άσκηση έγινε σε ιδιωτικό γραφείο, σε παιδικό σταθμό και στο Ιατρικό Κέντρο Αθηνών με εμπειρία στα τμήματα Ογκολογίας, Παθολογίας, Ενδοκρινολογίας και Καρδιολογίας.Ολοκλήρωσε με επιτυχία την πτυχιακή εργασία με θέμα “Η σχέση της διατροφής με το μικροβίωμα του εντέρου και τον ρόλο του στην ανάπτυξη του καρκίνου του παχέος εντέρου”, η οποία έλαβε βαθμολογία Άριστα και επιλέχθηκε για παρουσίαση στο 10ο Συμπόσιο Καινοτομίας και Έρευνας της Σχολής της.Παράλληλα,είναι απόφοιτη της σχολής Natural Health Science, με εκπαίδευση στην Παραδοσιακή Κινέζικη Ιατρική και ειδίκευση στον βελονισμό. Koutsogiorgas Paris is a General Surgeon and maintains a private practice in Psychiko, within the Psychiko Medical Center. He graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed his specialty training at the 2nd University Surgical Clinic of Laiko Hospital in Athens. He is an Associate of the most prominent private clinics, including Psychiko Clinic of the Athens Medical Group, Iaso General, Bioclinic, and Euroclinic. Tsakiris Ioannis is a General Surgeon - Proctologist and maintains his practice in Ambelokipi. He undertakes treatments for inguinal and umbilical hernias using both laparoscopic and traditional techniques. Additionally, he manages the treatment of anorectal diseases with laser therapy, for which he has received training abroad, as well as the laparoscopic removal of the gallbladder. Anna Gavrieli is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a dietetic office, the Nutrition Studio, in Ampelokipi (Athens Tower / Hippocrates) in Athens. She is a graduate and PhD holder from Harokopio University, with postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School/BIDMC. Additionally, she is a former research lead for Compass (BAMCO) at Google. She provides a wide range of nutritional support services for health, various conditions, and different life stages, but focuses on habit change for weight loss and weight loss maintenance. She firmly believes that lifestyle habit changes are the key for individuals to take control of their weight and health. Her philosophy is that in order for someone to achieve long-lasting results, they must change the habits that lead to problematic behaviors and consequently weight gain. Her goal is to investigate problematic habits and pleasantly restructure new ones based on existing behaviors. In this way, long-term maintenance of results can be achieved, allowing the individual to enjoy a healthy weight and an improved lifestyle.

Lazaridis Lazaros - Dimitrios is a Gastroenterologist and serves as Consultant in the Gastroenterology – Hepatology Clinic at Metropolitan General in Cholargos. He also maintains a private practice at the Pharos of Neo Psychiko. He studied Medicine at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized in Gastroenterology - Hepatology at the University General Hospital “Attikon.” Beyond the national exams for obtaining the Gastroenterology specialty title, he participated in the activities of the 14th Hepatology School of the Hellenic Association for the Study of the Liver and was awarded following his participation in the examinations. He was awarded a Doctorate from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2017 with a grade of “Excellent.” He completed his doctoral thesis at the 2nd University Pathology Clinic of the University General Hospital “Attikon” focusing on the role of the inflammasome in idiopathic inflammatory bowel diseases. He is the author of more than 15 scientific articles in reputable international scientific journals. He has participated as an invited speaker at Greek conferences and has been part of the authorship team in nearly 50 presentations at international and Greek conferences. He has actively participated in multicenter clinical studies. He has taught students at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens within the framework of undergraduate courses. He fulfilled his mandatory rural service as a physician at the General Hospital of Trikala in the Regional Clinic of “Koniskos” and served as a Pathology specialty trainee at the General Hospital of Athens “Sismanogleio,” as part of his training for the Gastroenterology specialty. Finally, he fulfilled his military obligations as a unit doctor in the Hellenic Army, serving at the 95th National Guard Reconnaissance Squadron (95 EAΝΕΘ) in Gennadi, Rhodes.

Varytimiadis Lazaros MD, MSc, FEBGH, PhD is a Gastroenterologist - Interventional Endoscopist, Deputy Director of the Gastroenterology Clinic and Endoscopy Department at MITERA Hospital, and maintains private practices in Pefki and Athens. He received a scholarship from the Hellenic Society of Gastroenterology and completed advanced training in Interventional Gastrointestinal Endoscopy at Queen Alexandra Hospital, where he was later appointed and worked as a Consultant. He specialized in Gastroenterology at the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos - Athens Ophthalmological Clinic - Polyclinic," as well as in Internal Medicine at the General Prefectural Hospital of Edessa. In 2017, he was recognized as a Fellow of the European Board of Gastroenterology and Hepatology (FEBGH). Additionally, he holds a PhD from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a dissertation focused on the removal of precancerous lesions (polyps) from the gastrointestinal tract. He completed a postgraduate MSc program in Crisis Management at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and graduated with honors from the Victor Babes University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Romania. It is noteworthy that his main clinical interests include complex polypectomies of large polyps (EMR, pEMR, ESD), monitoring patients with Barrett’s esophagus, and Inflammatory Bowel Diseases. Furthermore, he has participated in numerous national and international conferences, workshops, and advanced training seminars, has received scholarships and awards for best scientific presentations, and has delivered oral presentations and posters at various scientific meetings.
