Επιπλέον, είναι κάτοχος Μεταπτυχιακού Διπλώματος "Ερευνητική Μεθοδολογία στην Ιατρική και στις Επιστήμες Υγείας" με την κατεύθυνση "Κλινικής Ιατρικής Έρευνας". Κατά τη διάρκεια της 6-ετούς εκπαίδευσης της ειδικότητας στη Θεσσαλονίκη, εξειδικεύεται στις τεχνικές της Ελάχιστα Επεμβατικής και Λαπαροσκοπικής Χειρουργικής στις παθήσεις Χοληφόρων, Κηλών κοιλιακού τοιχώματος, Παχέος εντέρου και Ενδοκρινών αδένων. Τα δύο τελευταία έτη της ειδικότητας και αμέσως μετά την απόκτηση του τίτλου Χειρουργικής μεταβαίνει στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο, όπου ολοκληρώνει την μετεκπαίδευση του στη Ρομποτική Χειρουργική για παθήσεις Παχέος εντέρου και Κηλών κοιλιακού τοιχώματος. Κατά τη διάρκεια της παραμονής του εκεί αποκτά εμπειρία και υψηλού βαθμού εξειδίκευση, συμμετέχοντας και διενεργώντας πλήθος ανοιχτών, λαπαροσκοπικών και ρομποτικά υποβοηθούμενων χειρουργικών επεμβάσεων. Παράλληλα όλα αυτά τα χρόνια, στα πλαίσια των κλινικών και ακαδημαϊκών του υποχρεώσεων στην Α' Προπαιδευτική Χειρουργική Κλινική ΑΠΘ του ΠΓΝΘ ΑΧΕΠΑ, διδάσκει στους προπτυχιακούς και μεταπτυχιακούς φοιτητές της Ιατρικής Σχολής ΑΠΘ, εκπονεί τη Διδακτορική του διατριβή με θέμα την ποιότητα ζωής των ασθενών με Πρωτοπαθή Υπερπαραθυρεοειδισμό και ολοκληρώνει τη Μεταδιδακτορική του Έρευνα με θέμα το επίπεδο καταθλιπτικής συνδρομής και ποιότητας της ζωής σε ασθενείς με κακοήθεια πεπτικού. Το επιστημονικό του ενδιαφέρον είναι έντονο με πάνω από 70 δημοσιεύσεις σε αναγνωρισμένα διεθνή Ιατρικά περιοδικά και πλήθος συμμετοχών τόσο με προφορικές ανακοινώσεις όσο και με posters σε συνέδρια της Ελλάδας και του εξωτερικού.

Ο Πλούταρχος Τζούλης, Ενδοκρινολόγος – Διαβητολόγος, είναι επίτιμος Αναπληρωτής Καθηγητής Ενδοκρινολογίας στην Ιατρική Σχολή του UCL (University College London). Έλαβε τον ιδιαιτέρως τιμητικό τίτλο του FRCP (Lon) από το Βασιλικό Κολλέγιο των Παθολόγων το 2022 σε αναγνώριση της 18ετούς συμβολής του στην πρόοδο της ιατρικής επιστήμης μέσω της κλινικής και ερευνητικής του δραστηριότητας στη Μεγάλη Βρετανία. Επιπλέον του ερευνητικού και διδακτικού του έργου στnν Ιατρική Σχολή του UCL, που συγκαταλέγεται στις 10 κορυφαίες ιατρικές σχολές παγκοσμίως, συνεχίζει το κλινικό του έργο τόσο στη Μεγάλη Βρετανία, εκτελώντας καθήκοντα Διευθυντή στην Ενδοκρινολογική και Παθολογική Κλινική του Νοσοκομείου Whittington του Λονδίνου, όσο και στην Ελλάδα, στη Γενική και Μαιευτική Κλινική ΙΑΣΩ.  

Μετά την εισαγωγή του με πανελλήνιες εξετάσεις και αποφοίτησή του από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών, μετέβη το 2004 στη Μεγάλη Βρετανία, όπου και εργάστηκε σε κορυφαία Πανεπιστημιακά Νοσοκομεία μέχρι το 2018. Το 2007 έγινε, μετά από εξετάσεις, τακτικό μέλος του Βασιλικού Κολεγίου των Παθολόγων (Member of the Royal College of Physicians, UK). Μετά την ολοκλήρωση της ειδικότητάς του στην Ενδοκρινολογία και Διαβητολογία στη Μεγάλη Βρετανία (CCT in Endocrinology & Diabetes, UK) και συγκεκριμένα στα Πανεπιστημιακά Νοσοκομεία Royal Free Hospital, University College London Hospital και Whittington Hospital του UCL, τον Φεβρουάριο 2015 ανέλαβε θέση Διευθυντή στην Ενδοκρινολογική - Διαβητολογική Κλινική και Παθολογική Κλινική του Νοσοκομείου Whittington του Λονδίνου. Έλαβε  μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο MSc (Hons) στην Κλινική Ενδοκρινολογία από το Barts & the London School of Medicine, Queen Mary University of London. Aκολούθως, έγινε διδάκτορας (PhD, Doctor of Philosophy) στην Ιατρική Σχολή του UCL μετά την ολοκλήρωση σειράς κλινικών μελετών και της διδακτορικής διατριβής του με θέμα τη διερεύνηση και θεραπεία της υπονατριαιμίας.

Συνεχίζει το ερευνητικό του έργο με βάση το UCL και πλήθος διεθνών συνεργασιών με περισσότερες από 55 δημοσιεύσεις σε έγκριτα διεθνή περιοδικά και περισσότερες από 50 παρουσιάσεις εργασιών και ομιλίες σε βρετανικά, ευρωπαϊκά και αμερικάνικα ιατρικά συνέδρια. Dr. Koutsaki Maria is an Endocrinologist with a private practice in Kaisariani. Dr. Xarikleia Xristakou is an Endocrinologist with a private practice in Vrilissia. She completed her studies at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She began her clinical and research career in the Endocrinology Department of the First Internal Medicine Clinic at Laiko Hospital in Athens and at the Endocrinology and Metabolism Unit of the Ευγενίδειο Therapeutic Institute, with a special interest in disorders of female reproduction and metabolism. She was awarded the title of Doctor of Medicine from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2014. Subsequently, she specialized at the First University Pediatric Clinic of the "Agia Sofia" Children’s Hospital, focusing on Pediatric Endocrinology. She continued and completed her specialization in Endocrinology, Diabetology, and Metabolism at the First Propaedeutic and Internal Medicine Clinic of Laiko Hospital. She is the author of scientific articles in reputable Greek and international journals and has contributed to the authorship of Greek and international scientific textbooks on Endocrinology. Additionally, she has participated as a speaker at Greek and international conferences. Since January 2022, she has been an academic fellow at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, where she has been involved in clinical and teaching activities. Furthermore, as a member of the interdisciplinary team at the Center of Excellence for Neuroendocrine Diseases at the University of Athens at Laiko Hospital, she actively participates in Medical Board meetings, where interesting patient cases are discussed with the aim of accurate diagnostic and therapeutic management of patients with neuroendocrine diseases. Dr. Lazaros Lazarou is a General Surgeon, certified in surgical oncology of the colon and rectum, pancreas, stomach, liver, and thyroid gland, as well as in proctology, with specialized expertise in laparoscopic and robotic surgical procedures. He maintains a private medical practice in Volos, Greece. He studied and specialized in Germany, where he pursued a career in Surgery. He completed his residency at the Department of General, Visceral and Transplant Surgery of the University Hospital of Ulm, where in 2007 he obtained his Board Certification in General Surgery and was appointed Consultant Surgeon, while in 2010 he acquired the qualification in Advanced Visceral Surgery. In 2013, he was promoted to Deputy Director, and in 2015 to Associate Director of Surgery, with parallel responsibilities for the development of the 14 Centers of Excellence of the surgical department, including all oncological centers, as well as centers for inflammatory bowel disease, thyroid and parathyroid glands, hernia, and sarcoma. In 2017, he assumed the position of Director of General, Visceral, Thoracic and Transplant Surgery at the Stuttgart Hospital, which is a certified Oncology Cancer Center of the German Cancer Society (DKG) and a Transplant Center with 23 Centers of Excellence. At the same hospital, he also served as Scientific Coordinator and Medical Director, with responsibilities including: coordination of the Visceral Oncology Center (esophagus, stomach, pancreas, liver, colon and rectum, endocrine glands, peritoneal and other metastases, sarcoma), director of the Oncological–Visceral Tumor Board, delegate for the education of medical students at the Center for Surgical Medicine, transfusion officer of the department, coordinator of the research programs of the Visceral Oncology Center, officer responsible for quality assurance of the Department of General, Visceral, Thoracic and Transplant Surgery, as well as member of the committee of the German Cancer Society responsible for the certification of Centers of Excellence in Visceral and Oncological Medicine. Mr. Lazaros Lazarou returned to Greece with his family, aiming to offer his extensive surgical experience and scientific expertise acquired at leading German and European certified centers where he worked. His commitment focuses on personalized treatment based on Greek and international protocols, access to minimally invasive surgery, optimal surgical outcomes, absolute transparency and trust, as well as continuous education and innovation. O Αθανάσιος Ξάκης γεννήθηκε στον Πολύγυρο Χαλκιδικής στις 22 Ιανουαρίου του 1994. Φοίτησε με αθλητική και ακολούθως μαθητική υποτροφία στο λύκειο των Εκπαιδευτηρίων Μαντουλίδη από όπου και τελικώς αποφοίτησε με άριστα το 2011. Κατά τη διάρκεια της μαθητικής του πορείας έλαβε αποδοχές και υποτροφίες για φοίτηση σε διακεκριμένα πανεπιστήμια των Ηνωμένων Πολιτειών της Αμερικής και του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου. 

Σπούδασε Ιατρική στο Πανεπιστήμιο Ιωαννίνων. Κατά τη διάρκεια των σπουδών του υπήρξε μέλος του Εργαστηρίου Ανατομίας, υπεύθυνος για την εκπαίδευση και την ένταξη νέων φοιτητών ιατρικής καθώς επίσης συμμετείχε σε πληθώρα σεμιναρίων και παρουσιάσεων σε διεθνή συνέδρια. 

Μετά το πέρας των σπουδών του πραγματοποίησε Κλινική Άσκηση στη Χειρουργική στο Faculty of Medicine, Public Health and Nursing, Universitas Gadjah Mada στην Yogyakarta της Ινδονησίας καθώς επίσης και Κλινική Άσκηση στην Αγγειοχειρουργική στο University Medical Centre Utrecht στην Ουτρέχτη της Ολλανδίας. 

Εργάστηκε ως ειδικευόμενος Χειρουργικής στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Σερρών για 2 έτη και στη συνέχεια στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Θεσσαλονίκης Γ. Παπαγεωργίου για 4 έτη, από όπου και έλαβε τον τίτλο ειδικότητας. Κατά τη διάρκεια της ειδικότητας του συμμετείχε και σε πληθώρα χειρουργείων ως βοηθός χειρουργός του Τμήματος Χειρουργικής Ήπατος Χοληφόρων-Παγκρέατος της Κλινικής Άγιος Λουκάς, στο Πανόραμα Θεσσαλονίκης. 

Μετά την ολοκλήρωση της ειδικότητας μετεκπαιδεύτηκε στη Χειρουργική Ήπατος, Χοληφόρων, Παγκρέατος & Μεταμοσχεύσεων Ήπατος στο Organ Transplantation Center, China Medical University Hospital στην Taichung της Ταϊβάν. 

Από τον Αύγουστο του 2025 εργάζεται ως Επιμελητής Χειρουργός στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Θεσσαλονίκης Γ. Παπανικολάου ενώ παράλληλα αποτελεί Συνεργάτη Χειρουργό της Κλινικής Άγιος Λουκάς. 

Είναι μέλος του Ιατρικού Συλλόγου Θεσσαλονίκης (ΙΣΘ), της European Association for Endoscopic Surgery and other Interventional Techniques (EAES) και της Ελληνικής Εταιρείας Τραύματος και Επείγουσας Χειρουργικής (ΕΕΤ&ΕΧ), ενώ υπήρξε και μέλος Οργανωτικών Επιτροπών μεγάλου αριθμού τοπικών και διεθνών Συνεδρίων και Ημερίδων. 

Είναι κάτοχος του Μεταπτυχιακού Διπλώματος Ειδίκευσης στη Χειρουργική Ογκολογία του Πεπτικού Συστήματος του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστήμιου Θεσσαλονίκης και υποψήφιος κάτοχος του Μεταπτυχιακού Διπλώματος Ειδίκευσης στον Καρκίνο του Παγκρέατος του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας.

Xouliaras Xristos MD, MSc is a General Surgeon who maintains a private practice in Marousi. He is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Patras. He specialized at the 1st Surgical Clinic of the General Hospital of Nikaia and obtained his specialty title in General Surgery. Paraskeua Aikaterini MD, MSc, PhD(c) is a General Surgeon and maintains private practices within Mediterraneo Clinic in Glyfada and the Ionia Therapeutic Center in Korydallos, Attica. She holds a degree from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh) and has earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in "Surgical Oncology." Currently, she is a PhD candidate in the Medical School of the University of Thessaly. Dr. Paraskeua Aikaterini has trained as a General Surgery resident at the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos" as well as at the General Hospital of Drama. She is an active member of the Athens Medical Association and the Hellenic Society of Endoscopic Surgery.

Dr. Rathosis Spyros is a General Surgeon with a private practice in Patras. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a PhD from the University of Patras, with a dissertation titled: "Control of splenic activity and immunological effects post-splenectomy." Antoniou Stauroula is an Endocrinologist with a private practice in Alimos. She holds a degree from the Medical School of the University of Patras, specializing in Endocrinology - Diabetology. She has worked as a Scientific Collaborator - Endocrinologist at the Gynecological Hospital - Maternity "Elena Venizelou." Concurrently, he serves as a Senior Registrar (Epimeletis A’) in the National Health System (NHS) at the 3rd Otolaryngology Clinic of "Sotiria" Hospital, and has previously served as an Assistant Registrar (Epikourikos Epimeletis B’) at the 1st University Otolaryngology Clinic of "Hippokratio" Hospital and in the Otolaryngology Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas." He has actively participated in numerous clinical and research projects, with publications in prestigious international scientific journals such as The Lancet, Anaesthesia, BMJ Case Reports, and Cells.
