Παράλληλα, συνέχισε την ακαδημαϊκή και επιστημονική του εκπαίδευση με μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στη Διεθνή Ιατρική και Διαχείριση Κρίσεων Υγείας, στη Διοίκηση Μονάδων Υγείας, στη Διαχείριση Κρίσεων στον τομέα της Υγείας, καθώς και MBA στη Διοίκηση Υπηρεσιών Υγείας. Ολοκλήρωσε επίσης τη διδακτορική του διατριβή στην Ιατρική Σχολή Αθηνών, διατηρώντας ενεργή συμμετοχή στην επιστημονική έρευνα, σε συνέδρια και σε δημοσιεύσεις.

Σήμερα υπηρετεί ως Επιστημονικός Συνεργάτης στην Κλινική Ρομποτικής Χειρουργικής Γόνατος και Ισχίου του Metropolitan General Hospital, ενώ έχει υπηρετήσει και ως Επικουρικός Χειρουργός Ορθοπαιδικός στην Πρωτοβάθμια Φροντίδα Υγείας. Το ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον του εστιάζεται στη χειρουργική γόνατος και ισχίου, στην τραυματολογία και στις σύγχρονες χειρουργικές τεχνικές, με στόχο τη βέλτιστη λειτουργική αποκατάσταση και τη γρήγορη επάνοδο των ασθενών στην καθημερινότητά τους.

Tolis Konstantinos MD, MSc, PhDc is an Orthopedic Surgeon with a private practice in Kolonaki. Ο Κωνσταντίνος Σούμπασης είναι Ορθοπαιδικός Χειρουργός με μακρά κλινική εμπειρία και εξειδίκευση στη χειρουργική γόνατος και στις αθλητικές κακώσεις, τόσο στην Ελλάδα όσο και στο εξωτερικό. Topkas Athanasios MD, MSc is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Sports Medicine Specialist, affiliated with the Orthopedic Clinic of "Hygeia" Hospital, and maintains a private practice in Marousi.
