Επίσης, η πρακτική του άσκηση πραγματοποιήθηκε σε Νοσοκομεία της Αθήνας όπως το Νοσοκομείο "Αγία Όλγα", το Παίδων "Αγία Σοφία", το "Θριάσιο", το "Σωτηρία" και το "Αλεξάνδρα", όπου ειδικεύτηκε πάνω σε κλινικά νοσήματα, ενώ μέχρι το 2021 εργαζόταν στην Ευρωκλινική Αθηνών. Το 2021 διορίστηκε στο ΓΝΑ 417 ΝΙΜΤΣ όπου εργάζεται μέχρι και σήμερα. Ακόμα, έχει παρακολουθήσει και παρακολουθεί πλήθος συνεδρίων, σεμιναρίων και ημερίδων που σχετίζονται με τη διατροφή, ενώ έχει εργαστεί σε αθλητικά σωματεία ποδοσφαίρου και μπάσκετ. Τέλος, από το 2015 εως το 2021 διετέλεσε ταμίας του Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Διαιτολόγων - Διατροφολόγων και από το 2022 έως σήμερα Γενικός Γραμματέας.

Η Αθηνά Φλώρου είναι συνεργάτιδα του κου Παξιμαδά στο Nutrimed Ζωγράφου. Αποφοίτησε από το Τμήμα Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας και Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών το 2022, ολοκληρώνοντας με επιτυχία τις προπτυχιακές της σπουδές. Κατά τη διάρκεια της πρακτικής της άσκησης στο 251 Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αεροπορίας, απέκτησε πολύτιμες γνώσεις και εμπειρία στην υποστήριξη θρέψης, τον σχεδιασμό

εξατομικευμένων διαιτολογίων, τη διατροφική συμβουλευτική και την αξιολόγηση της θρεπτικής κατάστασης των ασθενών. Συνέχισε τις σπουδές της στο University College London (UCL), όπου απέκτησε μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο στις Διατροφικές Διαταραχές και Κλινική Διατροφή με βαθμό άριστα. Στο πλαίσιο της μεταπτυχιακής της εκπαίδευσης, εργάστηκε στο St Ann’s Hospital/Eating Disorder Service, συμβάλλοντας σημαντικά στην αποκατάσταση ασθενών με διατροφικές διαταραχές. Δημιουργούσε εξειδικευμένα διατροφικά προγράμματα και συνεργαζόταν στενά με την ιατρική και θεραπευτική ομάδα του νοσοκομείου για την ολιστική προσέγγιση της αποκατάστασης των ασθενών. Η Αθηνά είναι μέλος του Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Διαιτολόγων-Διατροφολόγων (ΠΣΔΔ), της European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN) και του Association for Nutrition (AfN) της Αγγλίας. Έχει επίσης εργαστεί για 3 χρόνια σε διαιτολογικά γραφεία, όπου απέκτησε ουσιαστική εμπειρία στη διαχείριση διατροφικών αναγκών, στον σχεδιασμό εξατομικευμένων διατροφικών πλάνων και στη διατροφική υποστήριξη ατόμων με διάφορους ιατρικούς και διατροφικούς στόχους.

Gravvanis Xristos MD, PhD (c) is a Military Physician, Endocrinologist - Diabetologist, and maintains his private practice in Helliniko, while simultaneously serving as an attending physician in the Endocrinology Clinic of the 251 Air Force General Hospital. He is a doctoral candidate at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a medical degree from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the Military Officers School of Corps (SSAS). He specialized in Endocrinology at the Endocrinology Unit and Metabolism and Diabetes Center of GNA G. Dr. Spiliopoulos Dimitrios is an Obstetrician - Gynecologic Surgeon with extensive experience and specialization in Prenatal Screening, Fetal Medicine, and the management of high-risk pregnancies. He is a member of the Fetal Medicine Foundation (FMF), directed by Prof. Kypros Nicolaides, and holds certifications for performing all fetal ultrasounds and intrauterine procedures. He graduated from the Medical School of Bologna, Italy, in 2000. He is an active member of the Fetal Medicine department at MITERA and REA Maternity Hospitals, where he works as a specialist in Maternal-Fetal Medicine. She specialized in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at the Karolinska and Akademiska University Hospitals in Sweden, and has many years of clinical experience in both Sweden and Greece. Tzaves Ioannis is a Specialist Endocrinologist with a private practice in Nea Ionia. He trained in Endocrinology at the Piraeus Oncology Hospital "Metaxa," where he served in the Hospital’s Endocrinology Clinic, which is the largest endocrinology clinic in Greece and remains the most important center for thyroid ultrasound training. The doctor played a leading role in this center, having specialized in fine-needle aspiration (FNA) techniques for thyroid and lymph node nodules. She graduated (MD) from the Medical School of Ioannina. She obtained her Doctorate (PhD) from the Department of Endocrinology at the Medical School of Ioannina and the habilitation title (PD habil) from the Department of Endocrinology at the Medical School of Dresden, Germany. Meladaki Dimitra Kai Synergates is a Dietitian - Nutritionist maintaining a private practice in Nea Ionia. She holds a master's degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Glasgow, Scotland, and a bachelor's degree in Dietetics - Nutrition Science from Harokopio University of Athens. Foteini Nika graduated from the Department of Science of Dietetics - Nutrition at Harokopio University in 2016. She continued her academic path by completing the postgraduate program in Applied Dietetics-Nutrition at Harokopio University, specializing in Clinical Nutrition, where she graduated with distinction. Her master's thesis focused on the development and validation of a predictive index for assessing the likelihood of vitamin D deficiency in a pediatric school-aged population. Interested in continuous education and training, she has completed additional postgraduate courses in the following areas: "Stress Management & Health," National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), "Eating Disorders," NKUA, “Advanced Dietary Management and the low FODMAP Diet in IBS,” King's College London, and “Online Introduction to Paediatric Nutrition for Health Professionals,” Monash University. She has attended numerous conferences related to her field over time and has also served as a speaker at conferences, seminars, and workshops. She maintains her dietetic practice in Nea Erythraia. Within the framework of her professional experience, she has managed numerous clinical and sports nutrition cases in both adults and children. Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians-Nutritionists Association. 

Ο Δρ. Βούλγαρης Νικόλαος ΜD, MSc, PhD είναι Στρατιωτικός Ιατρός, Ενδοκρινολόγος - Διαβητολόγος και Διδάκτωρ της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Διαθέτει πτυχίο Ιατρικής από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης και είναι απόφοιτος της Στρατιωτικής Σχολής Αξιωματικών Σωμάτων (Σ.Σ.Α.Σ.). Ειδικεύτηκε στην Ενδοκρινολογία, στο Ενδοκρινολογικό Τμήμα του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Αθηνών "Γ. Γεννηματάς", στην Α΄ Παθολογική Κλινική του Ναυτικού Νοσοκομείου Αθηνών και στην Α' Παιδιατρική Κλινική του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών του Νοσοκομείου Παίδων "Η Αγία Σοφία", όπου εκπαιδεύτηκε στην αντιμετώπιση περιστατικών παιδιατρικής Ενδοκρινολογίας. Επίσης, κατά τη διάρκεια της Ειδικότητας εκπαιδεύτηκε στην αντιμετώπιση Ενδοκρινοπαθειών και Σαχαρώδους Διαβήτη στην Κύηση στο Ενδοκρινολογικό Τμήμα του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου - Μαιευτηρίου "Έλενα Βενιζέλου" και στην αντιμετώπιση παθήσεων Εμμηνόπαυσης στο Πανεπιστημιακό Τμήμα Κλιμακτηρίου - Εμμηνόπαυσης της Β΄ Μαιευτικής και Γυναικολογικής Κλινικής του Αρεταιείου Νοσοκομείου. Μετά την ολοκλήρωση της Ειδικότητας ο Ιατρός εξειδικεύτηκε στη Γυναικεία Αναπαραγωγή, καθώς και στις παθήσεις Επινεφριδίων - Ενδοκρινικής Υπέρτασης. Είναι κάτοχος Μεταπτυχιακού Διπλώματος (MSc) ειδίκευσης "Έρευνα στη Γυναικεία Αναπαραγωγή" της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών (Βαθμός "Άριστα"), είναι Διπλωματούχος των Ευρωπαϊκών Εξετάσεων Ενδοκρινολογίας, Διαβήτη και Μεταβολισμού (Fellow of the European Board of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism), ενώ ολοκλήρωσε με "Άριστα" τη Διδακτορική του Διατριβή (PhD) και αναγορεύτηκε σε Διδάκτωρ της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Είναι Επιμελητής στο Τμήμα Ενδοκρινολογίας, Σακχαρώδους Διαβήτη και Μεταβολισμού στο Ναυτικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών (Ν.Ν.Α.), όπου αντιμετωπίζει περιστατικά που άπτονται του επιστημονικού πεδίου της Ενδοκρινολογίας και του Διαβήτη. Είναι επιστημονικός συνεργάτης της Μονάδας Ιατρικώς Υποβοηθούμενης Αναπαραγωγής (Μ.Ι.Υ.Α.) των Ενόπλων Δυνάμεων. Διαθέτει πλούσια ερευνητική δραστηριότητα με δημοσιευμένες εργασίες σε ιατρικά περιοδικά της διεθνούς βιβλιογραφίας και ανακοινώσεις σε ελληνικά και διεθνή συνέδρια. Είναι μέλος της Ελληνικής Ενδοκρινολογικής Εταιρείας, καθώς και των εταιρειών Εndocrine Society, European Society of Endocrinology (ESE), Εuropean Neuroendocrine Association (ENEA), European Young Endocrinologists & Scientists (EYES). Διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στην πλατεία Μαβίλη.

Papavasileiou Georgia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice at Mavili Square. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and graduated with honors from postgraduate studies in the "Science of Stress and Health Promotion" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

She specialized in nutritional intervention with a psycho-educational approach and in modifying dietary behavior in adults living with obesity. In 2017, she obtained the Adult Educator Educational Adequacy title from EOPPEP. Furthermore, she continues her postgraduate education in the field of Clinical Nutrition through the lifelong learning program of ESPEN "Life Long Learning Programme on Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism" and possesses extensive experience in clinical cases.

She collaborated and trained for three years in the Diabetology Department of the Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes Unit of the 1st Pediatric Clinic of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens at the "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital. She worked on the Endorse program collaborating with families of children with Type 1 Diabetes. Currently, she follows several families of children with obesity and diabetes mellitus.

Dr. Grammatikou Sofia, MD, PhD, is an Endocrinologist with a private practice in Chaidari. She holds a PhD from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens with a dissertation titled "Health Maintenance Intervention in the Prevention of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus." She is also a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized in Endocrinology at the Korgialenio-Benakeio General Hospital of Athens. Dr. Grammatikou manages cases across the entire spectrum of Endocrinology, with particular expertise in the management of gestational diabetes as well as type 1 and type 2 diabetes. She is specialized in monitoring diabetic patients using insulin pumps. The clinic is equipped with modern thyroid ultrasound technology. During a diabetic patient visit, a comprehensive clinical examination, neuropathy assessment, training on the use of injectable therapeutic treatments, and dietary guidance are provided. Finally, Dr. Grammatikou is a member of the Athens Medical Association, the Hellenic Endocrinological Society, and the Hellenic Diabetes Association.

Dr Traianos Aleksandros MD, MSc, PhD, FMD is a Gynecologist - Maternal-Fetal Specialist - Reproductive Medicine Specialist and maintains a private practice in Thessaloniki. He holds a medical degree from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and specialized in Obstetrics - Gynecology at the General University Hospital of Thessaloniki "Hippokration" and the General Hospital of Kilkis. He holds a doctorate from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a diploma in Fetal Medicine from Kings College Hospital London. He is an associate physician at the Embryolab In Vitro Fertilization Center and has served as the scientific director in Assisted Reproduction and Reproductive Medicine at Guy’s and St Thomas University Hospital in London. Additionally, he has served as the Scientific Director at the private IVF London clinic in London. Finally, he regularly attends numerous conferences in Greece and abroad as part of his ongoing professional development.
