Foteini Nika graduated from the Department of Science of Dietetics - Nutrition at Harokopio University in 2016. She continued her academic path by completing the postgraduate program in Applied Dietetics-Nutrition at Harokopio University, specializing in Clinical Nutrition, where she graduated with distinction. Her master's thesis focused on the development and validation of a predictive index for assessing the likelihood of vitamin D deficiency in a pediatric school-aged population. Dr. Mamalis Dimitris is a specialized Endocrinologist – Diabetologist and Metabolism Specialist, with a particular focus on thyroid disorders, Diabetes, Gestational Diabetes, and Obesity management.

He graduated from Medical School in 2004. He specialized at the University Clinic of Düsseldorf (Germany) and in the Endocrinology Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos."

He gained significant experience in the management of Gestational Diabetes at the Gestational Diabetes Department of the University Clinic of “Alexandra” Hospital.

Dimitrios Tzirarkas is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who maintains a private practice in Aigaleo. He has 27 years of professional experience and has handled thousands of cases. He is a graduate of the Department of Food Technology and Nutrition of the Thessaloniki Higher Technological Educational Institute. He specialized in Clinical Nutrition at the General Hospital "Asklipieio" in Voula, acquiring valuable knowledge with greater emphasis on Diabetes cases. In the past, he served as Head Dietitian at Weight Loss and Aesthetic Centers and worked at Avgirinopoulou IEK as an instructor in the field of Nutrition. He is a member of the Hellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists (HADN) and regularly attends specialized seminars and conferences in the field of nutrition and dietetics.
