Η Αρετή Δήμητρα Παινέση είναι Διαιτολόγος – Διατροφολόγος και εδρεύει στο Χαλάνδρι, πτυχιούχος του Τμήματος Διατροφής και Επιστήμης Τροφίμων από το Πανεπιστήμιο του Reading του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου, και κάτοχος δύο μεταπτυχιακών τίτλων (MSc Med Sci): στην Κλινική Διατροφή από το Πανεπιστήμιο της Γλασκώβης και στον Σακχαρώδη Διαβήτη & την Παχυσαρκία από την Ιατρική Σχολή Αθηνών.

Dalakoura Stella is an Endocrinologist - Diabetologist and maintains a private practice in Chalandri. She holds a degree from the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace and a Master's Degree in "Molecular & Applied Physiology" from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She specialized in Endocrinology-Diabetology in the Department of Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at the General Hospital of Athens "Korgialenio-Benakeio" E.E.S. During her specialization, she also gained expertise in the management of patients using insulin pumps. In her practice, she handles cases covering the entire spectrum of Endocrinology, Diabetology, and Metabolism. She is a member of the Hellenic Endocrine Society, the Athens Medical Association, and the General Medical Council of the United Kingdom. In 2022, she obtained the SCOPE certification from the World Obesity Federation, following a scholarship award from the Hellenic Endocrine Society.

Stauraki Xristina is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates her private practice in Chalandri. She holds a degree in Clinical Dietetics from Queen Margaret University Edinburgh. She has served as a Clinical Dietitian in a pathology clinic and, as part of her practical training, worked at the Athens Medical Center and in a Dietetic office. She is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists and has attended postgraduate seminars and conferences related to her specialty. At her Dietetic practice, she supports individuals seeking to enhance their well-being through healthier nutrition and daily habits.

Tzaves Ioannis is a Specialist Endocrinologist with a private practice in Nea Ionia. He trained in Endocrinology at the Piraeus Oncology Hospital "Metaxa," where he served in the Hospital’s Endocrinology Clinic, which is the largest endocrinology clinic in Greece and remains the most important center for thyroid ultrasound training. The doctor played a leading role in this center, having specialized in fine-needle aspiration (FNA) techniques for thyroid and lymph node nodules. He also participated in clinical studies conducted by the Clinic, which were subsequently published in both domestic and international journals. As part of his Endocrinology specialization, he trained in Endocrinology and Gestational Diabetes at "Elena Venizelou" Hospital, as well as in Andrology within the same department. Additionally, he received training in Pediatric Endocrinology at the "P. & A. Kyriakou" Children's Hospital and finally at "Sotiria" Hospital for the management of patients with pathological endocrine diseases. He possesses extensive experience in diagnosing and managing thyroid disorders, as well as in the care of patients with endocrine diseases. Lastly, he has participated in numerous conferences in Greece and abroad and is a member of the Hellenic Endocrinological Society and The Endocrine Society of the USA.

Roidi Styliani was born in May 1981 in Athens. She began her specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Manchester, England, where she stayed for five years. During this time, she has overseen over 1,000 normal deliveries and received training in high-risk pregnancies. In 2017, she completed her specialty training in Greece and commenced her training in pediatric and adolescent gynecology at Alexandra Hospital. After four years, she officially obtained the title of specialist pediatric gynecologist following examinations at the International Federation of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology Board (IFEPAG). With her comprehensive medical education, experience, and continuous scientific updates, she addresses the needs of every woman from childhood through menopause.
