Artemis Kyrka, MSc., RD., is a registered Dietitian and founder of the online clinic WellPlate. She offers modern online dietetic services to patients of all ages, with the primary goal of changing their dietary behaviours and improving their relationship with food.

Vandorou Anastasia is a Clinical Dietitian – Nutritionist, MSc and maintains a private practice in Kallithea (within the polyclinic Doctor Hall). She is a graduate of Harokopio University, holding a Master's degree in Applied Dietetics – Nutrition with a specialization in Clinical Nutrition. She has extensive experience with cases such as diabetes mellitus, obesity, childhood obesity, thyroid diseases, and metabolic disorders, and has collaborated with both private and public health institutions. She has participated in research programs and publications in international scientific journals, as well as in health education initiatives. With scientific expertise and a patient-centered approach, she provides personalized nutritional support aimed at prevention and health improvement.

Skoulidi Virna BSc, MSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private practice in Nea Ionia. She holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and has attended a clinical nutrition and dietetics seminar at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she possesses a master's degree in Nutrition, Public Health & Policies from the Agricultural University of Athens and in Nutritional Psychology from the CNP (Center for Nutritional Psychology). The specialist has worked as a Dietitian - Nutritionist at SALAS Catering Company and Fitpal Healthy Meals Company, as well as at the Elegance Aesthetic Center. Furthermore, she has worked in a Pulmonologist and Dietitian office, providing nutritional education to patients, body composition assessment, and designing individualized nutrition programs. Since 2016, she has been a contributor to magazines and websites related to wellness & fitness (Shape, Savoir Ville).

Η Τσικρικού Ηλιάνα είναι Κλινική Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος και επιστημονική υπεύθυνη του Πρότυπου Κέντρου Διατροφής Nutriheal στην Νέα Σμύρνη. Σπούδασε στο τμήμα Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας - Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και έπειτα παρακολούθησε το μεταπτυχιακό πρόγραμμα σπουδών με τίτλο Αρτηριακή Υπέρταση και Συνοδά Καρδιαγγειακά και Νεφρικά Νοσήματα της Ιατρικής Σχολής Αθηνών. Έχει ολοκληρώσει την μετεκπαίδευση στις Διατροφικές Διαταραχές μέσω του Κέντρου Εκπαίδευσης & Αντιμετώπισης Διατροφικών Διαταραχών (ΚΕΑΔΔ) καθώς και την μετεκπαίδευση στην Αθλητική Διατροφή του PeakPerformance. Έχει παρακολουθήσει πλήθος συνεδρίων και ενημερώνεται τακτικά για τις εξελίξεις στο χώρο του μεταβολισμού και διαφόρων νοσημάτων που χρήζουν διαιτολογικής εκτίμησης. Στη διάρκεια των σπουδών της πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική της άσκηση στο διαιτολογικό τμήμα του Γενικού Στρατιωτικού Νοσοκομείου Αθηνών 401 όπου και απέκτησε εμπειρία πάνω σε κλινικά περιστατικά. Στη συνέχεια, εργάστηκε ως διαιτολόγος-διατροφολόγος σε μεγάλη αλυσίδα γυμναστηρίων και σε διαιτολογικά γραφεία βοηθώντας άτομα να αποκτήσουν υγιές σωματικό βάρος και να βελτιώσουν τη σωματική τους σύσταση. Στο παρελθόν έχει προσφέρει τις υπηρεσίες της σε ειδικό κέντρο για καρκινοπαθείς με στόχο τη διατροφική υποστήριξη αυτών κατά τη διάρκεια και μετά τις αντικαρκινικές θεραπείες. Στόχος της είναι η καθοδήγηση των διαιτώμενων να αποκτήσουν υγιή σχέση με το φαγητό και νέες συνήθειες τα οποία θα τους βοηθήσουν να πετύχουν ένα υγιές σωματικό βάρος. Dr. Karagkouni Ioanna Maria is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with private practices in Marousi and Markopoulo, Attica. Anna Georgiou BSc, MSc is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. She holds a degree from the Dietetics department of Queen Margaret University in Scotland and a postgraduate degree in "Applied Dietetics and Nutrition" from Harokopio University of Athens. She has worked as a Clinical Dietitian at the Athens Medical Center, and currently, in addition to her private practice, she works as a Dietitian-Nutritionist at IASIS Medical Diagnostic Centers. Finally, she is a regular member of the Hellenic Association of Dietitians-Nutritionists.

She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University, specializing in Pediatric Nutrition, having completed the educational program “Master Nutritionist in Pediatric Nutrition.” She possesses clinical and scientific experience and is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists. Additionally, she has attended numerous workshops and conferences.

Prekas Xristos is a Clinical Dietitian – Nutritionist, BSc, and has operated two dietetic offices since 2011, located in Petralona and Santorini. He holds a degree from the Department of Nutrition Science and Dietetics at Harokopio University of Athens and is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians – Nutritionists Association. He has participated in numerous research studies, organizes seminars and lectures for adults and children on nutrition and childhood obesity, and regularly contributes articles to nationwide websites and newspapers.

Η Αυγερινού Κωνσταντίνα είναι Παιδίατρος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στο Περιστέρι. Είναι πτυχιούχος της Ιατρικής σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών. Τέλεσε την υποχρεωτική υπηρεσία υπαίθρου στο Κέντρο Υγείας Μεγαλόπολης. Ειδικεύτηκε στην Α΄ Παιδιατρική κλινική του Νοσοκομείου Παίδων "Αγλαΐα Κυριακού" όπου και εργάστηκε μετά την λήψη της ειδικότητας και έλαβε αξιόλογη κλινική εμπειρία. During her specialization, she spent 2 years in the Neonatal Unit. She has extensive clinical experience, having served as a Pediatrician in the Primary Health Care sector of IKA in Ilioupoli for 17 years. She participated in the pediatric dermatology clinic for emergency dermatological cases at the 1st University Pediatric Clinic for three years and actively supported the pediatric department of MKEI (Hellenic). Noteworthy is her voluntary contribution through the Aegean Team to the residents of remote islands for over a decade. Finally, she has regularly participated in Greek and international pediatric conferences and has attended numerous seminars related to family counseling and pediatric psychology.

Makaratzi Viky is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and operates her private practice in Korydallos. She has worked in dietetic offices as a lead Dietitian and has attended numerous postgraduate seminars and conferences. Her philosophy is summarized as follows: "Our body is our home, and only we can take care of it, providing it with energy, mood, psychology, and health. All of this is achieved through a balanced diet. The number of kilograms is not important, but the weight that makes each individual feel comfortable with themselves. Grivea Ifigeneia - Nourish Lab is a clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Metamorfosi, Attica. She is a graduate of Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. She holds certified training in genomic nutrition from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she has received training from the Hellenic Nutrition Society in pediatric nutrition. She has attended numerous nutrition conferences both in-person and virtually. She has many years of experience in chronic, metabolic, and autoimmune diseases, having served as the scientific director of the nutrition department in a private clinic in Attica. Since 2025, she has been a regular member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians-Nutritionists.

Giannopoulou Aggeliki MSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private practice in Petroupoli. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University of Athens and a master's degree from the same university in "Nutrition and Exercise." Since 2009, she has been a Scientific Collaborator with Harokopio University and the Medical School of Athens, participating primarily in European research programs focused on health promotion in the field of nutrition and community interventions. Papavasileiou Georgia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice at Mavili Square. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and graduated with honors from postgraduate studies in the "Science of Stress and Health Promotion" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

She specialized in nutritional intervention with a psycho-educational approach and in modifying dietary behavior in adults living with obesity. In 2017, she obtained the Adult Educator Educational Adequacy title from EOPPEP. Furthermore, she continues her postgraduate education in the field of Clinical Nutrition through the lifelong learning program of ESPEN "Life Long Learning Programme on Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism" and possesses extensive experience in clinical cases.

She collaborated and trained for three years in the Diabetology Department of the Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes Unit of the 1st Pediatric Clinic of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens at the "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital. She worked on the Endorse program collaborating with families of children with Type 1 Diabetes. Currently, she follows several families of children with obesity and diabetes mellitus.
