Ιδιαίτερο επιστημονικό ενδιαφέρον του αποτελούν η αρθροσκοπική χειρουργική ώμου και γόνατος, η ελάχιστης επεμβατικότητας επανορθωτική χειρουργική μεγάλων αρθρώσεων (γόνατος/ισχίου/ώμου) καθώς και η ορθοπαιδική έρευνα.
