Santas Rigas MD, MSc, FASM is an Orthopedic Surgeon who has maintained a private practice in the center of Thessaloniki since 2012. He graduated from the 2nd High School of Thessaloniki and completed his medical studies abroad, obtaining his specialty title with distinction in 2012 at hospital institutions both domestically and internationally. Subsequently, he specialized in trauma surgery at trauma centers abroad in Davos, Switzerland; Strasbourg, France; and Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He graduated with honors from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a PhD from the University of Ulm in Germany. After eight years of training in Germany (2009 - 2016) at one of the leading centers for arthroscopic surgery (Sportklinik - Stuttgart), he now maintains private clinics in Vrilissia and Marousi and concurrently serves as an Attending Physician at the Third Orthopedic Clinic of Hygeia Hospital.
