Dr. Xarisis Mixail is an Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in adult and pediatric care and is the head of the Arthroiasis Surgical Center in Thessaloniki. He maintains a ground-floor clinic in Thessaloniki, easily accessible for individuals with mobility issues. He graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds a Master's Degree from the Anatomy Laboratory of AUTH, with a scientific thesis titled: "Anatomical study of the origin, course, and distribution of the suprascapular and subscapular nerves." His clinical activity focuses on adult reconstructive surgery (minimally invasive (MIS) total knee, hip, and shoulder arthroplasties), sports injuries, arthroscopic techniques, and modern biological therapies, having performed numerous surgical procedures in these areas. Additionally, he actively participates in the scientific community as a speaker at conferences and seminars, while continuously attending specialized workshops and educational programs to ensure ongoing development and enhancement of his knowledge. He is affiliated with the Medical Interbalkan and Euromedica Cyan Cross facilities in Thessaloniki.

Giannopoulos Xristos is a Physiotherapist and operates a private physiotherapy center in Galatsi. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Athens University of Applied Sciences and has attended numerous seminars. He possesses extensive experience in the field of rehabilitation, having worked both in Greece and abroad. Specifically, he worked at the Central Hospital of Mikkeli in Finland, gaining experience with a wide range of orthopedic and neurological cases.

Yfanti Marianthi is a Specialist Rheumatologist and maintains a private practice in Patras. She holds a medical degree from the Medical School of the University of Patras (2015). Subsequently, she completed rural service at the Krestena Health Center. She specialized in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology at St. Anna Hospital in Herne under Professor Prof. Dr. med. K. Kisters and at the University Hospital of Bochum, Rheumazentrum Ruhrgebiet in Germany, under Professor Prof. Dr. med J. Braun and later under Prof. Dr. med. Dr. h.c. Xenofon Baraliakos. After obtaining her specialist qualification, she continued working as a specialist Rheumatologist at the Rheumazentrum Ruhrgebiet, the largest rheumatology center in Germany (148 beds and 36,200 patients in outpatient clinics and hospitalized annually), a world reference center for axial spondyloarthritis/ankylosing spondylitis and a recognized center of excellence by the European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR Centre of Excellence). During her work in Germany, she trained in musculoskeletal ultrasound and capillaroscopy. She is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Medicine at the University of Bochum.

Ioanna Katsigianni is a specialist Rheumatologist and maintains a private practice in Thessaloniki. She specializes in the treatment of systemic autoimmune rheumatic diseases, connective tissue disorders, and musculoskeletal diseases. She graduated from the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace and holds a postgraduate degree from the University of Thessaly in "Research Methodology, Biostatistics, and Bioinformatics." She worked as a resident physician in the Internal Medicine Department of the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "Agios Pavlos" and in the Rheumatology Department of the 424 General Military Hospital of Thessaloniki. Since then, she has maintained a private practice within the medical team of the private polyclinic "Iasi," located in eastern Thessaloniki in Depo. Simultaneously, she serves as a scientific collaborator at the 4th Internal Medicine Clinic of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki at the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "Hippocratio" in the Rheumatology Department, participating in European research programs.

Dr. Pantos Panagiotis, MD, MSc, PhD, is an Orthopedic Surgeon with private practices in Marousi, Haidari, and Glyfada. He holds a PhD in Medicine from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and is a graduate of the Medical School of the same institution. He also has a master's degree in Public Health from the National School of Public Health. He specialized in Orthopedic Surgery & Traumatology at the 1st Orthopedic Clinic of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and received training in the Upper Limb and Microsurgery Clinic at the General Hospital KAT. After completing his specialization, he practiced as an Orthopedic Surgeon in Germany, serving as Oberarzt für Orthopädie und Unfallchirurgie in the Department of Orthopedics and Trauma Surgery, Center for Shoulder Surgery, Asklepios Klinik Seligenstadt. From 2016 to 2020, he worked as Leitender Oberarzt in the Clinic for Shoulder Surgery at Klinik Maingau vom Roten Kreuz, Frankfurt am Main. He is also Head of the Upper Limb Surgery and Sports Injuries Department at Osteon Orthopedic and Spine Clinic. Additionally, he is the Director of the Orthopedic Clinic - Upper Limb Department at the Athens Medical Center. In his private practices, he is capable of treating the full spectrum of shoulder conditions using either arthroscopic or open surgical techniques.

Dr. Tsapakidis Giannis was born in Larissa in 1975 and graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2000. He completed his residency in Orthopedics at the Tzaneio General Hospital of Piraeus, with part of his training conducted at KAT and Charing Cross Hospital in London. He received a scholarship from AO and worked as a Fellow at the Sports Injuries and Trauma Center of Queens Medical Centre University Hospital in Nottingham. He is a PhD candidate at the University of Athens and a member of AO ALUMNI. Since 2006, he has been the team physician for the women's basketball team "ESPERIDES" Kallithea (Women's A1 Champions 2006-7 and 2008-9, and Greek Cup winners 2005-6, 2006-7, 2007-8, 2008-9). From 2015 to 2018, he was part of the medical team providing orthopedic coverage for athletes of KAE AEK, while since 2013, he has been the medical provider for the basketball team of PROTEAS VOULAS, and from 2015 to 2025, he provided medical coverage for the basketball athletes of KAE AMAROUSSIOU. From 2021 to 2023, he served as the physician for the WOMEN'S NATIONAL BASKETBALL TEAM, and from 2022 to 2024 as the physician for the PANIONIOS B.C. team. Previously, he was part of the medical team covering the athletes of KAE PANELLINIOS (2008-2011) and the Cultural and Sports Center "DAIS." Subsequently, from 2018 to 2022, he provided medical coverage for the athletes of MELLISION, and since 2018 for the athletes of ESPEROS B.C. Finally, as of this year, he serves as the medical provider for the amateur team PANATHINAIKOS A.O. He has attended seminars/workshops specializing in Traumatology, Microsurgery, and Arthroscopic Surgery in Greece and abroad. He has contributed publications and presentations at Greek and International scientific conferences and journals.

Kourkouni Euaggeli is a Rheumatologist with a private practice in Trikala and, since 2018, has also been serving as a Rheumatologist at the General Hospital of Karditsa. She graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She completed her rural service at the underserved Regional Clinic of Drakotrypa and the Health Center of Mouzaki. She specialized in Rheumatology at the University General Hospital of Larissa. Additionally, she holds a postgraduate degree in "Exercise and Health." She earned a PhD from the Medical School of the University of Thessaly, following the completion of her doctoral thesis on "Homeostasis of B Lymphocytes in Systemic Sclerosis." She is licensed to perform musculoskeletal ultrasound of rheumatologic organs by the Ministry of Health, after completing training at the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "Hippocrates." Dr. Marina Sykara is a Biologist and a Specialist Rheumatologist, holding a PhD from the Medical School of Athens (NKUA).

She began her studies at the Department of Biology, School of Science, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with an early focus on immunology and autoimmunity. After obtaining her first degree, she continued her studies at the Medical School of the University of Athens while simultaneously conducting and successfully completing her Doctoral Thesis with distinction at the same university, focusing on the study of molecular pathogenic mechanisms in systemic autoimmune diseases. She further pursued her research as a postdoctoral fellow at the Medical School of Athens and subsequently at the internationally renowned Molecular Biology Center of the University of Madrid (Centro de Biologia Molecular, Severo Ochoa).

Her specialization in Rheumatology was completed entirely at the University General Hospital “Laiko,” with active participation in the Centers of Expertise for Rare Systemic Autoinflammatory and Autoimmune Diseases, where she gained specialized knowledge and extensive clinical experience.

Her scholarly contributions include original publications in reputable international scientific journals and medical texts, and she has been honored with two European awards of excellence for her contributions to basic and clinical research (EULAR, ERE). She actively participates in international rheumatology scientific conferences and clinical studies. She is a regular member of the Hellenic Rheumatology Society. Her scientific approach is based on evidence-based medical knowledge, clinical precision, and personalized patient care.
