Η Λιανού Κατερίνα είναι Φυσικοθεραπεύτρια , Επιστημονικά Υπεύθυνη και Συνιδρύτρια του Πρότυπου Κέντρου Φυσικοθεραπείας " JP FITNESS " στην Καλλιθέα, από το 2018 έως και σήμερα. 

Ήταν συνιδρύτρια και επιστημονική υπεύθυνη του Πρότυπου Κέντρου Φυσικοθεραπείας “Κίνηση & Θεραπεία” από το 2004 έως και το 2017.

Είναι βασική καθηγήτρια : της “Studio One Sports & Fitness School, με αντικείμενο: την Αθλητική Tραυματιολογία, Ανατομία και Εμβιομηχανική από το 2010 έως και σήμερα στα διπλώματα Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga.

Ήταν βασική καθηγήτρια : στη σχολή “Athens Yoga” με αντικείμενο ανατομία και κινησιολογία στο δίπλωμα της Yoga από το 2012 έως και το 2019 και βασική καθηγήτρια σε workshops με θέμα Myofascial Release And Trigger Point Therapy από το 2016 έως και σήμερα.

Έχει συμμετάσχει στην συγγραφή του εγχειριδίου: του Studio One, στην ειδικότητα του personal training στο κομμάτι της Αθλητικής Τραυματολογίας και των Ειδικών Πληθυσμών, αλλά και στη συγγραφή και έκδοση βιβλίου με τη συμμετοχή του καθηγητή Dr V.Zelev με θέμα ασκήσεις με Swiss Ball σε ασθενείς με δισκοπάθεια.

Αριθμεί πολλές δημοσιεύσεις και έχει υπάρξει ομιλήτρια σε δεκάδες συνέδρια.

Είναι απόφοιτη του Πανεπιστημίου N.S.A με ειδικότητα φυσικοθεραπείας, βαθμό κλινικής πρακτικής άριστα και θέμα διπλωματικής εργασίας : " κινησιοθεραπεία μετά από μηχανική βλάβη του περονιαίου νεύρου" στην οποία αρίστευσε.

Απόκτησε την εργασιακή της εμπειρία: σε κέντρο Αποκατάστασης και στο “Ερρίκος Ντυνάν” Hospital Center, ασχολούμενη με ασθενείς με αθλητικές κακώσεις, μυοσκελετικά, νευρολογικά, καρδιαγγειακά και αναπνευστικά προβλήματα επί σειρά ετών.

Έχει εκπονήσει διδακτορικό τίτλο με θέμα : την αντιμετώπιση του αντανακλαστικού πόνου στην οσφυϊκή μοίρα της σπονδυλικής στήλης σε ασθενείς με δισκοπάθεια.

Georgios Xristodoulakis is an Orthopedic Surgeon and Director of the Orthopedic Department at the private clinic "Piraikos Therapeutirio." He sees his patients in Votanikos, Piraeus, and Kypseli. He graduated with honors from the Medical School and holds an Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) certification. He is a Scientific Associate at the private clinic Iatriko Psychikou and the private hospital "Mitera." Kourkouni Euaggeli is a Rheumatologist with a private practice in Trikala and, since 2018, has also been serving as a Rheumatologist at the General Hospital of Karditsa. She graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She completed her rural service at the underserved Regional Clinic of Drakotrypa and the Health Center of Mouzaki. She specialized in Rheumatology at the University General Hospital of Larissa. Additionally, she holds a postgraduate degree in "Exercise and Health." Spanos Ioannis MD, MSc is an Orthopedic Surgeon, with a particular specialization in foot and ankle pathologies, collaborating with the Agios Loukas Clinic since 2012. He has extensive experience in the management of orthopedic and sports injuries. After graduating from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, he completed his residency at the First Orthopedic Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos," during which he received training in sports injuries at the Sports Injuries Clinic of KAT - General Hospital and Accident Hospital. Following the completion of his specialty, he received further specialized training in the surgical management of forefoot and hindfoot conditions (Fuß Orthopädisches KH Speising, Fusszentrum Wien) as well as in ankle arthroscopy (Orthopedic Department and Orthopedic Research Center, AMC Amsterdam). He holds a Master’s degree (MSc) in "Exercise and Health" and has participated as a speaker in international and national orthopedic conferences. Alifierakis Giannis is a Specialist Rheumatologist and maintains two clinics, one in Nea Smyrni (within the Top Meds multi-clinic) and one in Daphne (within the Alpha Prolipsis multi-clinic). He completed his medical studies at the "La Sapienza" University Medical School in Rome. He has experience as a trainee in rheumatology clinics in Germany, at the Rheumazentrum Ruhrgebiet in Herne, a teaching center of Bochum University, as well as at the rheumatology clinic of Immanuel Krankenhaus, a teaching center of the Charité Medical School in Berlin. The final part of his training took place at the rheumatology clinic of the Athens hospital "Georgios Gennimatas," and in 2024 he obtained his specialty title. Ο Κουτσουράδης Παναγιώτης MD, MSc είναι Ορθοπαιδικός Χειρουργός με ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στο Παλαιό Φάληρο. Είναι πτυχιούχος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και εργάστηκε ως ειδικευόμενος Γενικής Χειρουργικής στη Β΄Χειρουργική Κλινική του Ειδικού Αντικαρκινικού Νοσοκομείου Πειραιά "Μεταξά". Κατόπιν εξετάσεων και εκπόνησης της μεταπτυχιακής διατριβής του με τίτλο "A Service Evaluation On Outcome Predictors To A Non-operative Multimodal Programme For Knee Osteoarthritis", έγινε κάτοχος του τίτλου Master of Science (MSc) in Sports Medicine, Exercise and Health. Απέκτησε τον τίτλο ειδικότητας κατόπιν εξετάσεων τον Μάιο του 2019. Aπό το 2014 έως το 2019, ειδικεύτηκε στην Ορθοπαιδική Χειρουργική και Τραυματολογία. Συγκεκριμένα εργάστηκε για 4 έτη στην Ορθοπαιδική Κλινική του 417 ΝΙΜΤΣ και για 1 έτος στην Α΄ Ορθοπαιδική Κλινική του Νοσοκομείου Παίδων "Η Αγία Σοφία". Roussis Ksenofon MD, PhD is an Orthopedic Surgeon and Sports Medicine Specialist with a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. He holds a medical degree from the Medical and Surgical School of the University of Bologna in Italy and completed his doctoral thesis in Sports Medicine. He specialized in Orthopedic Surgery at the Attikon General Hospital KAT and the 1st IKA Therapeutic Center (Papadimitriou). Deligeorgis Anastasios MD, MSc, Orthopaedic Surgeon - Sports Medicine Specialist, is Associate Director of the 3 rd Department of Orthopaedics, HYGEIA Private Hospital (Athens) and Scientific - Clinical Associate to the Centre of Shoulder Arthroscopy and Surgery (Athens). He treats the entire spectrum of orthopaedic diseases and sports injuries and holds a MSc in Sports Medicine (International Olympic Committee’s Diploma in Sports Medicine). Detsis Georgios is a Physiotherapist practicing professionally in Nea Ionia. He holds a BSc in Physiotherapy from the Technological Educational Institute of Athens and an MSc in Clinical Management of Pain from the University of Edinburgh, School of Medicine. Dr. Nikolaos Tzinieris, MD, MSc, FMH, is an Orthopedic Surgeon who maintains private practices at Mavili Square and in Peristeri. He is the Director of the 2nd ORTHOPEDIC CLINIC - Upper Limb, Hand, and Microsurgery Clinic at the "Errikos Dynan" Hospital Center. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. During his specialty training, he was also trained at the University Clinic of Hôpital Orthopédique in Lausanne and subsequently was appointed as Assistant Consultant B’ at the Upper Limb-Hand and Microsurgery Clinic of KAT Hospital. He completed his subspecialty training in Upper Limb and Spine Surgery at the University Hospital of Lausanne and served as Consultant at the University Hand and Microsurgery Surgical Clinic Longeraie in Lausanne and at the CH8 Clinic in Geneva, while simultaneously working at major private medical centers in French-speaking Switzerland. Upon returning to Greece, he collaborated with his mentor, N. Gerostathopoulos, and together they established the 2nd Orthopedic Clinic of Errikos Dynan Hospital, assembling an exceptionally esteemed team of experienced and accomplished associates. To this day, he continues to collaborate with surgical centers in Switzerland. Throughout his career, he has delivered numerous lectures and presentations at Greek and international conferences and serves as an instructor in postgraduate training seminars. He also holds a Master's degree, has an extensive number of publications, and is a member of the Swiss Society of Orthopedic Surgeons, the Swiss Medical Association, the American Association for Hand Surgery (AAHS), and the American Spine Surgery Society.

Mpaili Georgia is a Rheumatologist and maintains a private practice in Glyfada. She studied at the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace and specialized in Rheumatology at GNA KAT.
