Konstantinou Krini is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and has a private office in Voula. Apart from her scientific training in the field of nutrition - dietetics (see biography) and her many years of experience in this field, she approaches the people who trust her in a human and friendly way. Through her training in life coaching, she focuses on the self-motivation of the people who trust her and on their self-commitment in order to achieve the goals they have set. Also, nutritional programs are always drawn up in collaboration with clients, taking into account particularities, preferences, health issues, working hours, medication, physical activity, and general lifestyle. Ioanna Xatziemmanouil is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Nikaia. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University, specializing in Pediatric Nutrition, having completed the educational program “Master Nutritionist in Pediatric Nutrition.” She possesses clinical and scientific experience and is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists. Η Κουτρουλή Ασπασία, BSc, MSc είναι απόφοιτη του Τμήματος Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας του Ανώτατου Τεχνολογικού Εκπαιδευτικού Ιδρύματος Κρήτης, ενώ κατέχει Μεταπτυχιακό Δίπλωμα Ειδίκευσης στη Διατροφή στην Υγεία και την Νόσο του Τμήματος Ιατρικής του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας κι εξειδίκευση ως Personal Trainer Nutrition Coach από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Έχει ασχοληθεί ερευνητικά με την πρόληψη καρδιαγγειακών νοσημάτων, όπως το έμφραγμα του μυοκαρδίου. Anna Georgiou BSc, MSc is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. She holds a degree from the Dietetics department of Queen Margaret University in Scotland and a postgraduate degree in "Applied Dietetics and Nutrition" from Harokopio University of Athens. She has worked as a Clinical Dietitian at the Athens Medical Center, and currently, in addition to her private practice, she works as a Dietitian-Nutritionist at IASIS Medical Diagnostic Centers. Finally, she is a regular member of the Hellenic Association of Dietitians-Nutritionists.

I am a graduate of the Department of Nutrition & Dietetics at the Thessaloniki Technological Educational Institute (BSc), with postgraduate studies (MSc) in Nutrition & Public Health from the University of Westminster, London.

During the early years of my professional career, I worked on promoting healthy eating through the 5 A DAY program in local communities and schools in London.

Subsequently, I worked as a Nutrition Consultant for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and toddlers for the British NGO Save the Children. Later, I participated in the National Feeding & Healthy Eating Promotion Program implemented by the Prolepsis organization in schools located in socially vulnerable areas of Athens.

I have contributed to 2 Scientific Publications focusing on "Regional Differences in Underweight, Overweight & Obese Children aged 13 in Greece" and "Diet Quality in Overweight Children in Greece compared to the Weekly Allowance from their Families."

Both publications are indexed in the scientific journal PubMed.

In November 2021, I collaborated with WWF Greece and the Eat4Change program with the primary objective of promoting sustainable and responsible nutrition.

Thanopoulou Nikoli is a Clinical Dietitian with a private practice located in Syntagma. She holds a Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition and has over ten years of experience in the field of nutrition and health. With a primary focus on successful nutritional guidance and scientifically substantiated support, she assists in the adoption of new dietary habits. She aims to improve the daily dietary routine, promoting physical, mental, and emotional health. She specializes in supporting women during the perimenopausal, menopausal, pregnancy, and lactation periods, clinical nutrition, ADHD, and nutrition coaching.

Kouvatsos Filippos  is a Dietitian-Nutritionist who runs a private dietetics office in Koropi and Dafni. Additionally, he is a scientific associate at the MTS Alternative Therapy Center in Lamia and the Nutrition Center of the Municipality of Paleou Faliro. She also provides remote consultations across Greece (Syros, Thiva, Crete, Volos, Lamia) and internationally (Cyprus, USA, Dubai, Germany).

He studied Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and has been trained in Western and Chinese herbal medicine, Hippocratic nutrition, and acupuncture at the Academy of Ancient Greek and Chinese Medicine. Furthermore, he has given presentations at educational seminars and has worked as a scientific associate for FAGE and Thermes Spa.

Vampouli Eleni - Anna and Associates are Dietitians - Nutritionists based in Zografou. Vampouli Eleni - Anna graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki (International Hellenic University) in 2013. During her undergraduate studies, she completed a clinical nutrition internship at the Pediatric Hospital "Agia Sofia". Additionally, she conducted her thesis at the Diabetology Center of the 1st Pediatric Clinic of the Medical School of the University of Athens, focusing on the nutritional education of children and adolescents with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus. In 2014, she graduated with honors from Glasgow Caledonian University, earning a master's degree in clinical nutrition (pathological conditions) titled "MSc Clinical Nutrition and Health". Subsequently, she worked at the same university as a teaching assistant for undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as a scientific collaborator on research projects. In 2016, she returned to Greece and worked as a scientific collaborator for the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University until 2020, participating in national and international research projects. Since 2017, she has provided home dietitian services in various areas of Athens. In 2018, she successfully completed the "Dietary Management and the Low FODMAP Diet in IBS" program at King’s College London, which pertains to the nutritional therapy of patients with Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Dimitris Kakouros is a Dietitian - Nutritionist, graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Thessaly University of Technology. During his studies, he completed his internship at the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko," where he gained experience with clinical cases. Subsequently, he worked at the private dietetic office of Emmanuela Foteinou - Model Wellness Center, managing weight regulation cases. On an educational level, he has collaborated with private educational institutions such as "IEK ALFA" and "Metropolitan College" in the Departments of Dietetics and Physical Education. As part of his continuing education, he has obtained a certified diploma in Sports Nutrition from a university in Spain (Barcelona Innovation Hub) and a master's degree (MSc) from Harokopio University of Athens, specializing in "Molecular Nutrition." Teliopoulou Xaroula is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private practice in Chania. She holds a degree from the University of Greenwich and has received training at the Hellenic Open University. She has extensive experience in body composition analysis, anthropometric measurements, dietary behavior modification, and nutritional education, and manages conditions such as adolescent obesity, weight gain, and proper nutrition. She has worked as a Deputy Inspector for the approval of licenses for Dietetic Units at the Chania Health Center, as an External Collaborator - Nutritionist for the football team "A.O. Platanias Chania," as well as for the football team "Panakrotiriakos A.O." Additionally, she regularly attends conferences and contributes articles to the press, and has participated in research conducted by the University of Greenwich on Diabetes. Mpourazanis Dionysios is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private dietetic office in Nea Smyrni. He completed his studies at Canterbury Christ Church University (through AEGEAN OMIROS College) and has been trained in sports nutrition at the same institution. He has obtained anthropometry certification from ISAK GLOBAL, certification as an anti-doping advisor from the UKAD organization in England, holds the title of Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity under the auspices of the National Centre for Eating Disorders (NCfED) in the UK, and has been trained in Life and Executive Coaching. He has a record of publications, lectures, and presentations at scientific conferences and continuously updates his knowledge of advancements in the field of nutrition by participating in relevant seminars and conferences held both in Greece and abroad. He contributes articles to reputable Greek websites related to exercise and nutrition and delivers lectures in municipalities, schools, children's institutions focused on nutrition, and sports clubs aimed at maximizing athletic performance. On a daily basis, he helps both adults and children adopt a healthier lifestyle without deprivation through modification of dietary behavior, thereby contributing to the reduction of the risk of various diseases, as well as assisting athletes through optimal sports nutrition to enhance their athletic performance.
