Ektor Kappatos-Koutroumpas is a Dietitian – Nutritionist, and his office “Healthier with Ektor” is located in the Mavili Square area. He contributes articles to reputable Greek websites related to exercise and nutrition and delivers lectures in municipalities, schools, children's institutions focused on nutrition, and sports clubs aimed at maximizing athletic performance. Terzi Irini is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and has a private office in Ambelokipi. In 2010 she graduated from the Chemistry Department of the University of Crete, while in 2015 she continued her studies at Harokopeion University, in the Department of Dietetics - Nutrition, from which she graduated in 2019. Her internship took place at the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko", as well as at the Anti-Cancer - Oncology Hospital of Athens "Agios Savas". Her love for Dietetics and Nutrition led her to attend the Master's degree program of Harokopio University with a specialization in "Nutrition & Exercise". During her studies she carried out her undergraduate and postgraduate thesis at the Laboratory of Biology, Biochemistry, Physiology of Humans and Microorganisms (E.B.BI.F.A.M.) of Harokopio University, on the human intestinal microbiota, a relatively new field that has begun to engage the scientific community and has yielded many interesting results. Mathioudaki Elisavet is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Egaleo. She is a graduate of the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University of Athens and holds a master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Έχει ασχοληθεί ερευνητικά με την πρόληψη καρδιαγγειακών νοσημάτων, όπως το έμφραγμα του μυοκαρδίου. Dimitris Kakouros is a Dietitian - Nutritionist, graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Thessaly University of Technology. During his studies, he completed his internship at the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko," where he gained experience with clinical cases. Subsequently, he worked at the private dietetic office of Emmanuela Foteinou - Model Wellness Center, managing weight regulation cases. On an educational level, he has collaborated with private educational institutions such as "IEK ALFA" and "Metropolitan College" in the Departments of Dietetics and Physical Education. As part of his continuing education, he has obtained a certified diploma in Sports Nutrition from a university in Spain (Barcelona Innovation Hub) and a master's degree (MSc) from Harokopio University of Athens, specializing in "Molecular Nutrition." In recent years, he has collaborated with several sports centers (CrossFit, martial arts, football) to improve athletic performance. He also works as a nutritionist for the First Football Team of AEK.

Zaxarodimos Nikolaos is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, a doctoral candidate at the Laboratory of Dietetics and Quality of Life of the Agricultural University of Athens, and maintains a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. He graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and holds a master's degree in "Molecular and Applied Physiology" from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a research specialization in Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus. Simultaneously, he collaborates with medical clinics, hospitals, and fitness centers, offering personalized nutrition programs and body composition analyses. Keydiet - Katerina Vamvouka and Associates are based in Chalandri. Katerina Vamvouka is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, graduate of Harokopio University and holder of a postgraduate degree in Public Health and Health Services Administration from the Medical School of the University of Crete. Since 2006, she has maintained a private dietetic office in Chalandri, while in the early years of her career, she served as the scientific head of the dietetic unit at the private hospital "Hygeia" and later at the rehabilitation and recovery center "Filoktitis," gaining extensive experience in predominantly clinical cases with specific nutritional needs. Subsequently, she decided to focus exclusively on managing obesity cases in both adults and children at her private practice, as well as providing counseling and proper guidance for balanced nutrition and exercise, thereby helping many people change their relationship with food and adopt healthier habits and lifestyles. Aggeli - Kilitsian Maria is a Nutritionist - Dietitian and maintains a private practice in Elliniko, Attica. She is a graduate of the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and holds a Master's degree (MSc) titled "Food, Nutrition, and Microbiome" from the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace in Health Sciences. Her master's thesis focused on the "Correlation of the Microbiome with Depression and the Role of the Mediterranean Diet." Additionally, she is a graduate of the "Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders & Obesity" program, certified by the British NCfED (National Centre for Eating Disorders). She works as a freelancer with a professional practice license and has over 20 years of experience. From 2017 to 2020, she served as the head of the Dietetic Department at the Municipal Clinics of the Municipality of Agios Dimitrios, Attica, managing numerous cases of adult and pediatric obesity, diabetes mellitus, kidney diseases, hypercholesterolemia, pregnancy, etc. Her practical training took place at the General Hospital "Asklipieio" of Voula. As part of her research thesis, she investigated the quality of life of hemodialysis patients, which she presented at the EFAD conference in Barcelona in 2011 and was ranked among the top 10 presentations. Το Nutrimed Ζωγράφου - Παξιμαδάς Χρήστος εδρεύει στη περιοχή του Ζωγράφου. Ο Παξιμαδάς Χρήστος MSc είναι Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος και Επιστημονικά Υπεύθυνος του Nutrimed Ζωγράφου. Αποφοίτησε από το Τμήμα Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας και Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών το 2022, ολοκληρώνοντας με επιτυχία τις προπτυχιακές της σπουδές. Κατά τη διάρκεια της πρακτικής της άσκησης στο 251 Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αεροπορίας, απέκτησε πολύτιμες γνώσεις και εμπειρία στην υποστήριξη θρέψης, τον σχεδιασμό

εξατομικευμένων διαιτολογίων, τη διατροφική συμβουλευτική και την αξιολόγηση της θρεπτικής κατάστασης των ασθενών. Συνέχισε τις σπουδές της στο University College London (UCL), όπου απέκτησε μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο στις Διατροφικές Διαταραχές και Κλινική Διατροφή με βαθμό άριστα. Prelorentzou Tzortzia Nutriscience is a Dietitian - Nutritionist, graduate of Harokopio University. She is a scientific collaborator of Dr. Spyridon Kanellakis and works at the Nutriscience dietetic center. She has dealt with numerous cases covering the entire spectrum of dietetics and nutrition, while also engaging in research. The center provides comprehensive nutritional assessment, body composition analysis, basal metabolic rate measurement, and designs individualized nutrition programs that support both physiological and pathological conditions.
