Ο Κλήμης Αθανάσιος είναι Διαιτολόγος – Διατροφολόγος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό γραφείο στα Σεπόλια. Είναι απόφοιτος του τμήματος Διαιτολογίας του Queen Margaret University. Κατά τη διάρκεια της ακαδημαϊκής του πορείας εστίασε στην επιστημονική κατανόηση της διατροφής και στην πρακτική εφαρμογή της στην καθημερινή ζωή. Το 2021 ολοκλήρωσε την πρακτική του άσκηση στο Πανεπιστημιακό Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αττικόν, όπου απέκτησε σημαντική εμπειρία στη λήψη διατροφικού ιστορικού, στις ανθρωπομετρικές μετρήσεις και στη διατροφική αξιολόγηση ασθενών. Παράλληλα, παρακολουθει συνεχώς σεμινάρια, ημερίδες και επιστημονικά συνέδρια, με στόχο τη συνεχή εξέλιξη και ενημέρωση στο αντικείμενο της διατροφής. Τα τελευταία χρόνια έχει συνεργαστεί με διαιτολογικά γραφεία, ιατρικά κέντρα, αθλητικά σωματεία και γυμναστήρια, αποκτώντας πολύπλευρη εμπειρία στη διατροφική καθοδήγηση διαφορετικών πληθυσμών. Από το 2022 έχει αναπτύξει ένα σταθερό και συνεχώς αυξανόμενο πελατολόγιο, βοηθώντας ανθρώπους να πετύχουν τους στόχους τους μέσα από εξατομικευμένα διατροφικά πλάνα. Η φιλοσοφία του βασίζεται στη δημιουργία ρεαλιστικών και εξατομικευμένων διατροφικών πλάνων, που προσαρμόζονται στις ανάγκες, την καθημερινότητα και τους στόχους του κάθε ανθρώπου. Στόχος του ειδικού δεν είναι απλώς η απώλεια βάρους, αλλά η υιοθέτηση υγιεινών συνηθειών που οδηγούν σε μακροχρόνια αποτελέσματα και καλύτερη ποιότητα ζωής. Vamvakari Konstantina is a Dietitian-Nutritionist who has operated a private practice in Agios Dimitrios, Attica, since 2023. She graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Thessaly (formerly TEI of Thessaly) and is a member of the Hellenic Association of Dietitians-Nutritionists (HADN), holding a professional license. As part of her continuous education, she specialized with postgraduate studies in Clinical Nutrition at Harokopio University.

Eydiet is a private Dietetic Office with a warm and bright environment located in the Commercial Center of Nikaia (near the Nikaia metro station). The scientific director is Nutritionist - Dietitian Eydiet - Doudoulakaki Ioanna, a graduate of the Mediterranean University of Nutrition and Dietetics of Crete, having received 2 state scholarships and recently the award "HEALTH EAGLES 2026" among 89,000 dietetic offices throughout Greece. Her postgraduate studies focus on Emotional Obesity, Eating Disorders, Childhood - Adolescent Obesity, and Psychosomatic Medicine. She has many years of experience, having worked as a scientific collaborator in the Hypertension and Lipids Unit of the General Hospital of Athens "Hippocratio," in scientific research studies (e.g., on ezetimibe, statins, and beta-glucans), private clinical practices, and aesthetic centers. She was also the Nutrition Manager of the Drapetsona volleyball team and delivers lectures in schools. She is very passionate about her work, giving care and special attention to every diet patient she undertakes. Currently, she collaborates as a Nutrition Manager with the P. Faliro Sports Center under the auspices of the Olympic pole vault champion.

Anna Georgiou BSc, MSc is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. She holds a degree from the Dietetics department of Queen Margaret University in Scotland and a postgraduate degree in "Applied Dietetics and Nutrition" from Harokopio University of Athens. She has worked as a Clinical Dietitian at the Athens Medical Center, and currently, in addition to her private practice, she works as a Dietitian-Nutritionist at IASIS Medical Diagnostic Centers. Finally, she is a regular member of the Hellenic Association of Dietitians-Nutritionists.

Dimitris Kakouros is a Dietitian - Nutritionist, graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Thessaly University of Technology. During his studies, he completed his internship at the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko," where he gained experience with clinical cases. Subsequently, he worked at the private dietetic office of Emmanuela Foteinou - Model Wellness Center, managing weight regulation cases. On an educational level, he has collaborated with private educational institutions such as "IEK ALFA" and "Metropolitan College" in the Departments of Dietetics and Physical Education. As part of his continuing education, he has obtained a certified diploma in Sports Nutrition from a university in Spain (Barcelona Innovation Hub) and a master's degree (MSc) from Harokopio University of Athens, specializing in "Molecular Nutrition." In recent years, he has collaborated with several sports centers (CrossFit, martial arts, football) to improve athletic performance. He also works as a nutritionist for the First Football Team of AEK.

Verykokaki Elena - Healthy Life is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private practice in Marousi. She studied Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaly. She holds a certification in eating disorders based on training from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She attends all nationwide nutrition and dietetics conferences, seminars, as well as clinical nutrition and metabolism conferences, continuously updating her knowledge in nutrition. She is an active member of the Panhellenic Association of Nutritionists and Dietitians and the Hellenic Association of Nutritionists and Dietitians. Finally, she specializes in adolescent nutrition, nutritional counseling, and Nutrition coaching.

Η Σερεμέτη Σωτηρία είναι Κλινική Διαιτολόγος- Διατροφολόγος και διατηρεί το Διαιτολογικό γραφείο "ClinEat" στην περιοχή της Αργυρούπολης. Αποφοίτησε από το Τμήμα Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας- Διατροφής της Σχολής Επιστημών Υγείας και Αγωγής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Κατέχει Μεταπτυχιακό Δίπλωμα στην Εφαρμοσμένη Διαιτολογία- Διατροφή με κατεύθυνση την Κλινική Διατροφή του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών καθώς και εξειδίκευση στο Health Coaching από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Έχει ασχοληθεί ερευνητικά με καρδιαγγειακά νοσήματα, όπως η Στεφανιαία Νόσος, και με νεφρικά νοσήματα, όπως η Χρόνια Νεφρική Νόσος. Πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική της άσκηση στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών «Ευαγγελισμός» στο τμήμα Κλινικής Διατροφής καθώς και σε γνωστό Διαιτολογικό γραφείο στους Αμπελοκήπους. Η Κουτρουλή Ασπασία, BSc, MSc είναι απόφοιτη του Τμήματος Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας του Ανώτατου Τεχνολογικού Εκπαιδευτικού Ιδρύματος Κρήτης, ενώ κατέχει Μεταπτυχιακό Δίπλωμα Ειδίκευσης στη Διατροφή στην Υγεία και την Νόσο του Τμήματος Ιατρικής του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας κι εξειδίκευση ως Personal Trainer Nutrition Coach από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Έχει ασχοληθεί ερευνητικά με την πρόληψη καρδιαγγειακών νοσημάτων, όπως το έμφραγμα του μυοκαρδίου. Πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική της άσκηση στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών «Κοργιαλένειο- Μπενάκειο Ε.Ε.Σ.» στο τμήμα Κλινικής Διατροφής. Manou Eirini is a Dietitian – Nutritionist, MSc, licensed to practice and maintains a private practice in Patima, Chalandri. She holds a degree from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and a postgraduate degree in "Nutrition and Exercise" from the Department of Dietetics – Nutrition Science at Harokopio University. She has been trained in the management of eating disorders and obesity at the National Centre for Eating Disorders in the United Kingdom and the Educational and Treatment Center for Eating Disorders in Greece. She completed her internship at the General Hospital of Athens "Sismanoglio – Amalia Fleming" and began working as a Dietitian in the Nutrition Department of the hospital for 4 years, where she dealt with numerous clinical cases. Additionally, she collaborated for several years with various sports facilities and gyms, providing nutritional support and guidance to many athletes. She has extensive experience in the support of cases with eating disorders, regulation of body weight and metabolism, as well as clinical cases. She provides personalized nutrition services based on the needs and habits of her clients. Her goal is to educate and consequently promote the adoption of new, healthy eating habits by her clients, always placing particular emphasis on psychological support and empowerment through counseling. She has attended numerous conferences, seminars, and workshops related to nutrition, exercise, obesity, and psychological support. Kolovi Euaggelia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains her private practice in Aigaleo. She holds a degree from the School of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Crete, as well as a postgraduate degree in "Exercise and Health" from the Medical School of Athens. She completed her internship at the Attikon University General Hospital, where she managed cases across a variety of conditions. She has conducted research on "The effect of nutrition on the occurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma." She has worked in gyms and collaborates with physicians on cases requiring nutritional care. She writes articles for health magazines and attends conferences and seminars related to nutrition, obesity, pediatric nutrition, and pathological conditions. Anna Gavrieli is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a dietetic office, the Nutrition Studio, in Ampelokipi (Athens Tower / Hippocrates) in Athens. She is a graduate and PhD holder from Harokopio University, with postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School/BIDMC. Additionally, she is a former research lead for Compass (BAMCO) at Google. She provides a wide range of nutritional support services for health, various conditions, and different life stages, but focuses on habit change for weight loss and weight loss maintenance. She firmly believes that lifestyle habit changes are the key for individuals to take control of their weight and health. Her philosophy is that in order for someone to achieve long-lasting results, they must change the habits that lead to problematic behaviors and consequently weight gain. Her goal is to investigate problematic habits and pleasantly restructure new ones based on existing behaviors. In this way, long-term maintenance of results can be achieved, allowing the individual to enjoy a healthy weight and an improved lifestyle.

Terzi Irini is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and has a private office in Ambelokipi. In 2010 she graduated from the Chemistry Department of the University of Crete, while in 2015 she continued her studies at Harokopeion University, in the Department of Dietetics - Nutrition, from which she graduated in 2019. Her internship took place at the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko", as well as at the Anti-Cancer - Oncology Hospital of Athens "Agios Savas". Her love for Dietetics and Nutrition led her to attend the Master's degree program of Harokopio University with a specialization in "Nutrition & Exercise". During her studies she carried out her undergraduate and postgraduate thesis at the Laboratory of Biology, Biochemistry, Physiology of Humans and Microorganisms (E.B.BI.F.A.M.) of Harokopio University, on the human intestinal microbiota, a relatively new field that has begun to engage the scientific community and has yielded many interesting results. Also, the dietitian has specialised and has particular expertise in Sports Nutrition, Nutritional Counselling and Obesity, as well as in Metabolism. During her studies, both as a Chemist and as a Dietitian, she actively participated in laboratory studies and as a result, she has accumulated scientific publications, abstracts in scientific journals as well as conference presentations. Finally, she is a member of the Sports Nutrition Specialist Group of the Panhellenic Association of Dietetics Nutrition, as well as of the Hellenic Society of Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (GrESPEN).

Mpourazanis Dionysios is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private dietetic office in Nea Smyrni. He completed his studies at Canterbury Christ Church University (through AEGEAN OMIROS College) and has been trained in sports nutrition at the same institution. Additionally, he has studied culinary arts and at the Chemistry Department of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He has worked at numerous dietetic offices, gaining practical experience and expertise.

Tsiakla Xara is a Dietitian-Nutritionist practicing privately in Ampelokipoi, Attica. She graduated from the Department of "Nutrition Science and Dietetics" at Harokopio University. She holds a Master's degree in "Applied Dietetics" with a specialization in Clinical Nutrition and expertise in Eating Disorders and Obesity from KEADD, awarded by the same educational institution. Additionally, she has certified training in "Cognitive Behavioral Therapy" from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and "Training in Psychological Science" from the University of the Aegean. She has attended numerous nutrition conferences both in-person and online, covering a wide range of topics. Furthermore, she has collaborated with a medical aesthetics center and has managed numerous cases involving weight loss and nutritional education. Finally, for several years, she worked in the specialized nutrition products industry, gaining significant experience in clinical conditions such as cancer, inflammatory bowel diseases, and enteral nutrition.

She is a graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at A.T.E.I. of Crete (now Hellenic Mediterranean University), holds a professional license, and is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists (PSD). She completed her internship at the "H Pammakaristos" hospital, where she managed numerous clinical cases, gaining significant experience in the field of clinical nutrition. She continuously pursues scientific training by participating in conferences and specialized seminars. She has completed the "Clinical Nutrition" program at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as specialization in eating disorders and obesity. She has worked in gyms, providing nutritional support to athletes and trainees, and since 2022 has operated a private dietetic office, offering personalized nutrition services focused on nutritional education and improving individual health. Body composition analysis and anthropometric measurements are conducted at the office.
