Dimitris Kakouros is a Dietitian - Nutritionist, graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Thessaly University of Technology. During his studies, he completed his internship at the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko," where he gained experience with clinical cases. Subsequently, he worked at the private dietetic office of Emmanuela Foteinou - Model Wellness Center, managing weight regulation cases. On an educational level, he has collaborated with private educational institutions such as "IEK ALFA" and "Metropolitan College" in the Departments of Dietetics and Physical Education. Mpourazanis Dionysios is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private dietetic office in Nea Smyrni. He completed his studies at Canterbury Christ Church University (through AEGEAN OMIROS College) and has been trained in sports nutrition at the same institution. Additionally, he has studied culinary arts and at the Chemistry Department of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He has worked at numerous dietetic offices, gaining practical experience and expertise.

Terzi Irini is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and has a private office in Ambelokipi. In 2010 she graduated from the Chemistry Department of the University of Crete, while in 2015 she continued her studies at Harokopeion University, in the Department of Dietetics - Nutrition, from which she graduated in 2019. Her internship took place at the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko", as well as at the Anti-Cancer - Oncology Hospital of Athens "Agios Savas". Her love for Dietetics and Nutrition led her to attend the Master's degree program of Harokopio University with a specialization in "Nutrition & Exercise". During her studies she carried out her undergraduate and postgraduate thesis at the Laboratory of Biology, Biochemistry, Physiology of Humans and Microorganisms (E.B.BI.F.A.M.) of Harokopio University, on the human intestinal microbiota, a relatively new field that has begun to engage the scientific community and has yielded many interesting results. Also, the dietitian has specialised and has particular expertise in Sports Nutrition, Nutritional Counselling and Obesity, as well as in Metabolism. During her studies, both as a Chemist and as a Dietitian, she actively participated in laboratory studies and as a result, she has accumulated scientific publications, abstracts in scientific journals as well as conference presentations. Finally, she is a member of the Sports Nutrition Specialist Group of the Panhellenic Association of Dietetics Nutrition, as well as of the Hellenic Society of Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (GrESPEN).

Αποφοίτησε από το Τμήμα Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας-Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και συνέχισε τις σπουδές στο ίδιο Πανεπιστήμιο αποκτώντας το Μεταπτυχιακό της δίπλωμα στην Εφαρμοσμένη Διαιτολογία-Διατροφή με κατεύθυνση τη «Διατροφή και Άσκηση». Κατά τη μετεκπαίδευσή της, παρακολούθησε το πρόγραμμα του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών για την αποτελεσματική συμβουλευτική και τις στρατηγικές αλλαγής συμπεριφοράς των διαιτώμενων. Παράλληλα, ολοκλήρωσε το πρόγραμμα «Ειδικής Αθλητικής Διατροφής» υπό την αιγίδα της Ακαδημίας Αθλητικής Διατροφής της Αγγλίας.

Ιωάννα Οικονομοπούλου, MMedSci

Είναι απόφοιτη του τμήματος Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας – Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και κάτοχος μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου σπουδών «Η Διατροφή στην Υγεία και στη Νόσο» από το τμήμα της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας. Παράλληλα, έχει ολοκληρώσει μετεκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα στην Παιδιατρική Διατροφή από το Monash University.
