Ο συνδυασμός των δύο αυτών πεδίων, της επιτρέπει να υποστηρίζει ολιστικά κάθε άτομο που θέλει να βελτιώσει τη σχέση του με το σώμα, τη διατροφή και την υγεία του.

Tsiakla Xara is a Dietitian-Nutritionist practicing privately in Ampelokipoi, Attica. She graduated from the Department of "Nutrition Science and Dietetics" at Harokopio University. She holds a Master's degree in "Applied Dietetics" with a specialization in Clinical Nutrition and expertise in Eating Disorders and Obesity from KEADD, awarded by the same educational institution. Additionally, she has certified training in "Cognitive Behavioral Therapy" from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and "Training in Psychological Science" from the University of the Aegean. She has attended numerous nutrition conferences both in-person and online, covering a wide range of topics. Papavasileiou Georgia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice at Mavili Square. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and graduated with honors from postgraduate studies in the "Science of Stress and Health Promotion" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

She specialized in nutritional intervention with a psycho-educational approach and in modifying dietary behavior in adults living with obesity. In 2017, she obtained the Adult Educator Educational Adequacy title from EOPPEP. She collaborated and trained for three years in the Diabetology Department of the Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes Unit of the 1st Pediatric Clinic of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens at the "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital.
