My name is Dargkinis Sotirios and I hold a degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from the A.T.E.I. of Thessaloniki.

I have been involved in the profession of dietetics for over 25 years and, through a holistic approach, I am dedicated to serving the field of nutrition.

Nutrition, through my perspective, is a journey that transforms lives; you are unique and deserve individualized guidance to achieve your goals. That is why I am here, as your companion throughout this entire journey.

My need for continuous development led me to specialize in the Nutritional and Psychological Management of Eating Disorders and Obesity through KEADD. Additionally, I have attended educational seminars on clinical nutrition for hospitalized patients, metabolomics, and clinical applications in autoimmune and chronic diseases, and I have been trained in sports nutrition and auriculotherapy. Through my training in auriculotherapy, I aim to manage stress, hunger, and metabolism. Finally, I have participated in numerous seminars related to the microbiome and diabetes.

Είναι απόφοιτη του τμήματος Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας του Διεθνούς Πανεπιστημίου Ελλάδος και έχει πραγματοποιήσει την μετεκπαίδευσή της στην Κλινική Διατροφή στο Εθνικό και Καποδιαστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών.Επίσης, κατέχει το δίπλωμα εκπαίδευσης στις Διατροφικές Διαταραχές και Παχυσαρκία από το Εθνικό Κέντρο Διατροφικών Διαταραχών της Μεγάλης βρετανίας.

Ξεκίνησε τα πρώτα της επαγγελματικά βήματα στον χώρο της διατροφής ως ασκούμενη και μετέπειτα ως εργαζόμενη στο Διαιτολογικό γραφείο του πρόεδρου της Ένωσης Διαιτολόγων Διατροφολόγων Ελλάδος. Οι γνώσεις που αποκόμισε ήταν πολύτιμες, καθώς ήρθε αντιμέτωπη με πληθώρα περιστατικών, όπως κλινικά περιστατικά, περιστατικά διαχείρισης βάρους, εγκύους, & θηλάζουσες!

Παράλληλα αποτέλεσε αποκλειστικός εξωτερικός συνεργάτης της αλυσίδας γυμναστήριων Top Fitness & UCHU, στην Θεσσαλονίκη. Αυτή η εμπειρία της, την έκανε να κατανοήσει σε βάθος τις διατροφικές ανάγκες ενός αθλούμενου.

Επίσης, αποτελεί μέλος της επιστημονικής ομάδας του πολυιατρείου Polyiasis, στον Πολύγυρο Χαλκιδικής, όπου συμμετέχει ενεργά στη διεπιστημονική προσέγγιση των περιστατικών. Στο πλαίσιο αυτό συνεργάζεται στενά με ιατρούς διαφόρων ειδικοτήτων,με στόχο την ολοκληρωμένη, ολιστική και εξατομικευμένη φροντίδα των ασθενών.

Ακόμη, συμμετέχει ενεργά στο πρόγραμμα υποστήριξης ασθενών Obesity, το οποίο υλοποιείται από τη φαρμακευτική εταιρεία Novo Nordisk σε συνεργασία με τη Bioaxis. Το πρόγραμμα απευθύνεται σε ασθενείς που λαμβάνουν τα εγκεκριμένα φαρμακευτικά σκευάσματα Saxenda ή Wegovy, προσφέροντας καθοδήγηση, παρακολούθηση και εξατομικευμένη υποστήριξη για την ασφαλή και αποτελεσματική διαχείριση της θεραπείας.

Panou Argyro is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a private practice in Ano Toumba, Thessaloniki. She is a graduate of the Dietetics - Nutrition department of the Thessaloniki Higher Technological Educational Institute and is a member of the Hellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists. In her private practice, she offers a wide range of services, tailored to the individual needs of each client. Additionally, Ms. Panou is a collaborator with DNA Therapeutics. Nutrigenetics studies how an individual's genes influence their response to foods.
