Ο Βούτσινος Αθανάσιος είναι Ψυχίατρος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στο Σύνταγμα. Εισήχθη το 1996 στη Στρατιωτική Σχολή Αξιωματικών Σωμάτων (ΣΣΑΣ), στο Τμήμα Ιατρικής. Αργότερα την ίδια χρονιά, μετατέθηκε στο Κέντρο Εκπαίδευσης Υλικού Πολέμου (ΚΕΥΠ) στη Λαμία, όπου ανέλαβε τη θέση του Διευθυντή του Σταθμού Επανακτησίμων (ΣΤΕΠ). Ο κ.
