Fatouros Andreas is a Physiotherapist who operates a private physiotherapy clinic in Paleo Faliro. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Technological Educational Institute of Lamia and is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists (PAP). He has attended a seminar program on acupuncture at the David G. Simons Academy. Additionally, beyond his basic degree, he has completed postgraduate studies in the field of Manual Therapy with recognition from the global federation IFOMPT. Κάθε πρόγραμμα ξεκινά με αξιολόγηση και προσαρμόζεται στις ανάγκες και τους στόχους του ασθενή. Η θεραπεία συνδυάζει Manual Therapy, θεραπευτική άσκηση και σύγχρονα μέσα φυσικοθεραπείας, με στόχο τη μείωση του πόνου, τη βελτίωση της κινητικότητας και την επιστροφή στις καθημερινές ή αθλητικές δραστηριότητες.

Αντιμετωπίζονται αυχεναλγία, οσφυαλγία, τενοντοπάθειες, παθήσεις ώμου και γόνατος, μυοσκελετικοί τραυματισμοί και αθλητικές κακώσεις. Παρέχονται επίσης μετεγχειρητική αποκατάσταση, θεραπευτική άσκηση και Clinical Pilates/Reformer.

Είμαι πτυχιούχος Φυσικοθεραπευτής και παρέχω εξατομικευμένες υπηρεσίες αποκατάστασης με στόχο τη βελτίωση της λειτουργικότητας και της ποιότητας ζωής των ασθενών μου. Αναλαμβάνω την αξιολόγηση και θεραπεία μυοσκελετικών παθήσεων, αθλητικών κακώσεων, μετεγχειρητικών περιστατικών και ορθοπαιδικών παθήσεων.

Η προσέγγισή μου βασίζεται στη σωστή κλινική αξιολόγηση, στις σύγχρονες επιστημονικές κατευθυντήριες οδηγίες και στην εξατομίκευση του θεραπευτικού προγράμματος. Kemeridou Aikaterini is a Physiotherapist and the scientific director of the “Viokinisi” Physiotherapy Center in Nea Ionia. She studied Physiotherapy at the Athens Technological Educational Institute (T.E.I.) and graduated in 1990. She continuously enriches her knowledge by attending conferences and scientific seminars on specialized topics within the field of physiotherapy. She possesses significant experience and specializes particularly in shoulder and knee disorders, Trigger Point Therapy, Manual Therapy, acupuncture for the rehabilitation of sports injuries, orthopedic, respiratory, and neurological conditions, postoperative and post-traumatic rehabilitation, among others.

Physiomotive - Kousidou Sofia is a Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Center located in Nea Smyrni. Physiomotive is staffed by a team of physiotherapists specialized in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal, sports, and neurological patients. The physiotherapist and Scientific Director is Vasilogeorgis Giannis (MSc, OMPT, Cert Acup), who studied Physiotherapy at the University of Thessaly. The staff at Physiomotive includes physiotherapists Dachri Christina (University of Thessaly - OMT Specialized Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist - Clinical Pilates Instructor), Mantellou Efthymia (University of West Attica - Clinical Pilates Instructor - Scoliosis Rehabilitation - Specialist in Lymphatic Physiotherapy), and Panou Alexianna (University of West Attica - Clinical Pilates Instructor).

Η Λιανού Κατερίνα είναι Φυσικοθεραπεύτρια , Επιστημονικά Υπεύθυνη και Συνιδρύτρια του Πρότυπου Κέντρου Φυσικοθεραπείας " JP FITNESS " στην Καλλιθέα, από το 2018 έως και σήμερα. 

Ήταν συνιδρύτρια και επιστημονική υπεύθυνη του Πρότυπου Κέντρου Φυσικοθεραπείας “Κίνηση & Θεραπεία” από το 2004 έως και το 2017.

Είναι βασική καθηγήτρια : της “Studio One Sports & Fitness School, με αντικείμενο: την Αθλητική Tραυματιολογία, Ανατομία και Εμβιομηχανική από το 2010 έως και σήμερα στα διπλώματα Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga.

Ήταν βασική καθηγήτρια : στη σχολή “Athens Yoga” με αντικείμενο ανατομία και κινησιολογία στο δίπλωμα της Yoga από το 2012 έως και το 2019 και βασική καθηγήτρια σε workshops με θέμα Myofascial Release And Trigger Point Therapy από το 2016 έως και σήμερα.

Έχει συμμετάσχει στην συγγραφή του εγχειριδίου: του Studio One, στην ειδικότητα του personal training στο κομμάτι της Αθλητικής Τραυματολογίας και των Ειδικών Πληθυσμών, αλλά και στη συγγραφή και έκδοση βιβλίου με τη συμμετοχή του καθηγητή Dr V.Zelev με θέμα ασκήσεις με Swiss Ball σε ασθενείς με δισκοπάθεια.

Αριθμεί πολλές δημοσιεύσεις και έχει υπάρξει ομιλήτρια σε δεκάδες συνέδρια.

Xatziliadis Georgios and Xatziliadi Anastasia are Physiotherapists based in Marousi. Xatziliadis Georgios holds degrees in Physiotherapy and Medicine from the University of West Attica and the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, respectively. He possesses extensive professional experience, having served as a Physiotherapist - Department Head at the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens and at the 414 Military Hospital of Special Diseases for 28 consecutive years. She holds a degree from the Physiotherapy Department of the Technological Educational Institute of Athens, with a specialization in acupuncture from the Hellenic Scientific Society of Algology at the University of West Attica, and training in Mulligan methods (Manual Therapy technique), PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation method), and Taping. Previously, she worked as a physiotherapist in a private physiotherapy clinic, and currently, she serves as the scientific lead physiotherapist at the "Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation" center. Notably, she has attended numerous seminars focused on musculoskeletal and neuromuscular issues as part of her ongoing professional development. Furthermore, she manages cases encompassing the full spectrum of physiotherapy, with particular specialization in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, sports injuries, and physiotherapeutic assessment and rehabilitation.

Giannoulakis Dimitris PT, OMPT, NDT is the founder and scientific director of the physiotherapy center Physio Giannoulakis, operating since 2017 in Athens.

He graduated as a physiotherapist in 2008 and is a certified physiotherapist in neurological physiotherapy, sports physiotherapy, and acupuncture.

He has served as a head of rehabilitation centers in Greece and Germany, a permanent collaborator of a private hospital in Athens, and physiotherapist for football teams in Greece and abroad. He is a member of the Panhellenic Physiotherapy Association, a member of IFOMPT (International Federation of Manipulative Physical Therapists), and a member of HPSA (Hellenic Physiotherapy Society of Algology). He holds professional licenses to practice in Greece and Germany. He participates annually in seminars and conferences both in Greece and internationally.

Piskopaki Sofia is a Physiotherapy graduate from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, since 2014, and a registered member of the HCPC (Health Care Professional Council) as well as the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists. She operates a physiotherapy center in Heraklion, Crete. In 2017, she completed her Master's program titled "Orthopedic Science and Rehabilitation" with a focus on Manual Therapy at the University of Nicosia. In her pursuit of new physiotherapy techniques, she completed studies in sports rehabilitation through Clinical Pilates and subsequently attended a series of seminars on sports rehabilitation (Sports Physio) at HOMTD in Attica. Her master's in orthopedic rehabilitation motivated her to deepen her knowledge in acupuncture, leading her to complete studies in 2019 entitled "Acupuncture for Health Professionals" at the University of West Attica (PADE). Later, she earned the title of specialized clinical acupuncture instructor. From 2021 to 2024, she served as Director of the Physiotherapy Department at the Metropolitan College of Heraklion. Since December 2022, she holds the OMT (Orthopaedic Manipulative/Musculoskeletal Therapy) qualification from the internationally certified educational organization Hellenic OMTDiploma (IFOMPT approved). Her clinical experience began in 2015, working alongside renowned physiotherapists in Athens who supported her active engagement in the physiotherapy field as well as in seminar education. Athanasiou Martha is a Physiotherapist. She holds a degree from the Department of Physiotherapy at the Technological Educational Institute of Patras and completed her clinical practice at the Attica General Hospital KAT. She is specialized in exercise, certified as a Pilates Instructor (AF Studies - PMA), in Clinical Pilates (KEDIVIM Epimorfosis - EOPPEP), and as a Personal Trainer (HNFC - NASM). Additionally, she holds a diploma in Biomedical Acupuncture from the University of West Attica and has been trained in Manual Therapy at a school certified by the International Federation of Orthopaedic Manipulative Physical Therapists (IFOMPT), deepening her expertise in the assessment and management of musculoskeletal disorders. Currently, she is a postgraduate student at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, enrolled in the program "Algology: Pain Management - Diagnosis and Treatment - Pharmacological, Interventional, and Other Techniques," aiming at the treatment of acute and chronic pain. She has worked in physiotherapy centers, private clinics, and provided home-based therapies. Ntatsis Xaris is a Physiotherapist who operates a physiotherapy clinic in the Chalandri area. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Technological Educational Institute of Patras. He has specialized in Manual Therapy (Chiropractic Techniques), Sports Injuries, Acupuncture, Kinesiotherapy, and Therapeutic Exercise at Karolinska University in Sweden.
