She specializes in Eating Disorders and Obesity through the Eating Disorders Training and Management Center (EDTMC), in collaboration with the National Centre for Eating Disorders of Great Britain (NCFED). During her studies, she completed an internship as a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist at the General Hospital of Athens "Alexandra" and at the General Hospital Asklipieio Voulas. Currently, she works as a private Dietitian - Nutritionist in Athens, handling a variety of cases. Her goal is to provide reliable and high-quality information on nutrition, helping individuals achieve and maintain their dietary goals, while contributing to the enhancement of their quality of life through a balanced and sustainable diet.

Stauraki Xristina is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates her private practice in Chalandri. She holds a degree in Clinical Dietetics from Queen Margaret University Edinburgh. She has served as a Clinical Dietitian in a pathology clinic and, as part of her practical training, worked at the Athens Medical Center and in a Dietetic office. She is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists and has attended postgraduate seminars and conferences related to her specialty. At her Dietetic practice, she supports individuals seeking to enhance their well-being through healthier nutrition and daily habits.

Mpones Theodoros is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with private offices in Galatsi and Naxos. He has worked in hospitals, private clinics, individual dietetic offices, multidisciplinary nutrition and exercise centers, and sports clubs. Additionally, he has participated in nationwide studies aimed at verifying the nutrition of Greeks and their children and has authored articles on nutrition, featured in daily newspapers and magazines. Furthermore, he has experience in managing obesity by keeping up with medical advancements in the field and specializes in clinical nutrition and eating disorders.

Kanellou Paraskeui is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a private practice in Peristeri. She graduated from the Department of Dietetics - Nutrition at Harokopio University of Athens and holds a postgraduate degree from the Nursing Department, specializing in Public Health at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Konstantinou Krini is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and has a private office in Voula. Apart from her scientific training in the field of nutrition - dietetics (see biography) and her many years of experience in this field, she approaches the people who trust her in a human and friendly way. Through her training in life coaching, she focuses on the self-motivation of the people who trust her and on their self-commitment in order to achieve the goals they have set. Also, nutritional programs are always drawn up in collaboration with clients, taking into account particularities, preferences, health issues, working hours, medication, physical activity, and general lifestyle. Mpoumpa Apostolia is a Clinical Dietitian Nutritionist who operates her dietetic practice in the center of Thessaloniki, just steps away from Aristotelous Square. She completed her postgraduate studies in Clinical Nutrition at the International Hellenic University. She manages cases aimed at weight loss as well as the management of pathological diseases. She is trained by the Eating Disorders Treatment Center in the management of Eating Disorders such as Bulimia Nervosa, Anorexia Nervosa, and Binge Eating Disorder. Anna Kolokotroni is a Clinical Dietitian based in Thessaloniki. She studied Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki and specialized in Clinical Nutrition with a postgraduate degree from the International Hellenic University. She gained experience in hospitals such as Theageneio and AHEPA, and has participated in the WHO's COSI program for childhood obesity. She holds a Diploma in Eating Disorders and Obesity from the United Kingdom. Since 2021, she has been operating a dietetic practice in the center of Thessaloniki, helping individuals improve their health and quality of life through nutrition.

Η Ζωή Μαυρίδου είναι Διαιτολόγος – Διατροφολόγος, απόφοιτος του Τμήματος Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας και Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. She is a graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at A.T.E.I. of Crete (now Hellenic Mediterranean University), holds a professional license, and is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists (PSD). She completed her internship at the "H Pammakaristos" hospital, where she managed numerous clinical cases, gaining significant experience in the field of clinical nutrition. She continuously pursues scientific training by participating in conferences and specialized seminars. She has completed the "Clinical Nutrition" program at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as specialization in eating disorders and obesity. She has worked in gyms, providing nutritional support to athletes and trainees, and since 2022 has operated a private dietetic office, offering personalized nutrition services focused on nutritional education and improving individual health. Body composition analysis and anthropometric measurements are conducted at the office. She manages all types of cases, such as nutrition during pregnancy and lactation, infant, child, and adolescent nutrition, clinical nutrition, sports nutrition, eating disorders, as well as weight loss and gain.

Ο Κάλφας Ιωάννης διαθέτει πτυχίο διατροφής - διαιτολογίας από το Ανώτατο Τεχνολογικό Εκπαιδευτικό Ίδρυμα Κρήτης και το 2007 απέκτησε μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο σπουδών στον τομέα της διατροφής με εξειδίκευση στην κλινική διατροφή από το Πανεπιστήμιο της Γλασκώβης. Παράλληλα, έχει ολοκληρώσει την μετεκπαίδευση του πάνω στην αντιμετώπιση των διατροφικών διαταραχών (νευρική ανορεξία και βουλιμία) και της παχυσαρκίας στο Κέντρο Εκπαίδευσης και Αντιμετώπισης Διατροφικών Διαταραχών. Το 2015 ολοκλήρωσε στο Κέντρο Ψυχολογικών Εφαρμογών (ΚΕ.Ψ.ΕΦ.) σεμινάρια επιμόρφωσης με θέμα «δεξιότητες συμβουλευτικής και επικοινωνίας για διαιτολόγους» και το 2016 σεμινάρια με τίτλο “Πέρα από τα όρια της δίαιτας”, (μια διατροφική - ψυχοεκπαιδευτικη προσέγγιση στη χρόνια παχυσαρκία). Η Θάλεια Τριανταφύλλου είναι αθλητική διαιτολόγος-διατροφολόγος απόφοιτη του τμήματος Επιστήμης Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας της Θεσσαλονίκης. Έχει πραγματοποιήσει τις μεταπτυχιακές της σπουδές στον τομέα της αθλητικής διατροφής στο Leeds Beckett University της Αγγλίας ενώ έχει παρακολουθήσει και σεμινάρια επιμόρφωσης στην Κλινική Διατροφή και στο Health Coaching για Επαγγελματίες Υγείας. Από το 2020 έως σήμερα, η εμπειρία της στη διατροφή τη βοηθά να προσφέρει πρακτικές και εξατομικευμένες λύσεις, είτε πρόκειται για αθλητές είτε για άτομα που απλώς θέλουν να βελτιώσουν την υγεία και τη φυσική τους κατάσταση.

He holds a degree from the Department of Nutrition Science and Dietetics at Harokopio University of Athens and is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians – Nutritionists Association. He has participated in numerous research studies, organizes seminars and lectures for adults and children on nutrition and childhood obesity, and regularly contributes articles to nationwide websites and newspapers.

Kouri Eirini is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a private practice in Nea Smyrni. She holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki, with postgraduate studies at Harokopio University (clinical dietitian). She has a master's degree in eating disorders, obesity, and childhood obesity, as well as a specialization in sports nutrition.

She collaborated for several years with the Academy of P.A.E. Panionios, providing nutritional guidance and has delivered numerous lectures on the Mediterranean Diet in schools in Nea Smyrni.

Tsilipakou Despoina is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and has operated a certified dietetic practice since 2015 in Thessaloniki. She graduated from the Department of Nutrition – Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki. She is also a final-year student of the postgraduate program "Applied Dietetics and Nutrition, specializing in Clinical Nutrition" at Harokopio University – Department of Dietetics & Nutrition Science. She completed a postgraduate specialization program in Pediatric Nutrition "Master Nutritionist in Pediatric Nutrition" at EL.DE Studies and a training program in "Cognitive Behavioral Therapy" at the University of the Aegean, within the Mental and Community Health Program. During her training, she conducted scientific research on the measurement of basal metabolic rate and its correlation with physical activity and appetite. She has attended specialized conferences in clinical nutrition, nutrition for chronic diseases, pediatric nutrition, nutrition during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and sports nutrition. She holds a professional license to practice as a Dietitian - Nutritionist from the General Directorate of Public Health and Social Welfare, Department of Health Services and Professions.
