Vroulou Sofia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist. She was born and raised in Ikaria. She has maintained a private practice in Galatsi since 1997. She holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki and has specialized in the field of obesity. She participated in the program for mapping dietary habits throughout Greece, as well as in the 1st and 2nd cycles of the COZI program, which investigates childhood obesity at a pan-European level. Additionally, she has attended numerous seminars in the field of nutrition. Finally, she provides comprehensive nutrition services through specialized programs that address every individualized need. She emphasizes correct and gradual weight loss for the treatment of obesity in men, women, and children, with a goal of improving the nutritional behavior of children and adolescents.

Georgia Flouraki is a Nutritionist - Dietitian and maintains a private practice in Aigaleo. She holds a degree in Nutrition - Dietetics from the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki, with her thesis focusing on sports nutrition in fencing athletes. Additionally, she has received postgraduate training in Clinical Nutrition at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds certification in dietary supplements from "Health Protocols & Nutritional Proposals" by Iso-Plus S.A. & I.D.M.E. In the past, she worked in the Dietetics department of a private Endocrinology Clinic in Agios Ioannis Rentis. Ο Κάλφας Ιωάννης και οι συνεργάτες του (Kalfas Nutrition) εδρεύουν στη Γλυφάδα από το 2007. Η επαγγελματική ομάδα του γραφείου αποτελείται από τους διαιτολόγους Κάλφα Ιωάννη και Θάλεια Τριανταφύλλου.

Ο Κάλφας Ιωάννης διαθέτει πτυχίο διατροφής - διαιτολογίας από το Ανώτατο Τεχνολογικό Εκπαιδευτικό Ίδρυμα Κρήτης και το 2007 απέκτησε μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο σπουδών στον τομέα της διατροφής με εξειδίκευση στην κλινική διατροφή από το Πανεπιστήμιο της Γλασκώβης. Παράλληλα, έχει ολοκληρώσει την μετεκπαίδευση του πάνω στην αντιμετώπιση των διατροφικών διαταραχών (νευρική ανορεξία και βουλιμία) και της παχυσαρκίας στο Κέντρο Εκπαίδευσης και Αντιμετώπισης Διατροφικών Διαταραχών. Το 2015 ολοκλήρωσε στο Κέντρο Ψυχολογικών Εφαρμογών (ΚΕ.Ψ.ΕΦ.) σεμινάρια επιμόρφωσης με θέμα «δεξιότητες συμβουλευτικής και επικοινωνίας για διαιτολόγους» και το 2016 σεμινάρια με τίτλο “Πέρα από τα όρια της δίαιτας”, (μια διατροφική - ψυχοεκπαιδευτικη προσέγγιση στη χρόνια παχυσαρκία). Επι σειρά ετών είναι εισηγήτής σεμιναρίων με θέμα την αθλητική διατροφή και παράλληλα έχει στο ενεργητικό του ομιλίες που αφορούν στην διατροφική ενημέρωση του κοινού . Επιπλέον συμμετάσχει σε πλήθος σεμιναρίων και συνεδρίων για την συνεχή ενημέρωση στις εξελίξεις του κλάδου του. Πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική του άσκηση στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αττικής ΚΑΤ, ενώ στα πλαίσια της στρατιωτικής του θητείας τοποθετήθηκε στο διαιτολογικό τμήμα του 251 Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Αεροπορίας, όπου απέκτησε πολύτιμη εμπειρία στην κλινική διατροφή και διαιτολογία.

Η Θάλεια Τριανταφύλλου είναι αθλητική διαιτολόγος-διατροφολόγος απόφοιτη του τμήματος Επιστήμης Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας της Θεσσαλονίκης. Έχει πραγματοποιήσει τις μεταπτυχιακές της σπουδές στον τομέα της αθλητικής διατροφής στο Leeds Beckett University της Αγγλίας ενώ έχει παρακολουθήσει και σεμινάρια επιμόρφωσης στην Κλινική Διατροφή και στο Health Coaching για Επαγγελματίες Υγείας. Από το 2020 έως σήμερα, η εμπειρία της στη διατροφή τη βοηθά να προσφέρει πρακτικές και εξατομικευμένες λύσεις, είτε πρόκειται για αθλητές είτε για άτομα που απλώς θέλουν να βελτιώσουν την υγεία και τη φυσική τους κατάσταση.

Varra Vasiliki is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Karditsa. She is a graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Larissa and has worked at the General Hospital of Trikala. Additionally, she specializes in clinical dietetics, obesity and metabolism, as well as nutrition coaching.

Zaxarou Vera - Nutrithink is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a private practice in Piraeus. She completed her studies in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Crete. Additionally, she attended a Health Coach training seminar and subsequently a professional development program in Pediatric Nutrition at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has experience and contributes articles to various websites.

Kouna Eleutheria is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private practice in Galatsi. She is a graduate of the University of Surrey, United Kingdom, and holds a postgraduate degree in Clinical Nutrition with a specialization in the Nutritional and Psychological Management of Eating Disorders and Obesity. She has extensive experience, having successfully managed numerous cases of bulimia nervosa and anorexia, binge eating disorder, psychogenic obesity, as well as childhood obesity. The dietitian keeps up-to-date with current medical developments by participating in national and international conferences and seminars on nutrition and obesity.
