Dr. Stefanos Tarazis is a Gastroenterologist – Hepatologist, MD, PhD, with extensive experience in clinical gastroenterology and interventional endoscopy. He completed his specialty training in Gastroenterology at the University Gastroenterology Clinic of "Laiko" Hospital. He has served as an assistant consultant (B' level) at the Gastroenterology Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "Georgios Gennimatas." He performs endoscopies at the Metropolitan General Hospital in Cholargos. He has significant professional experience and in his private practice, he treats the full spectrum of digestive system disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome, dyspepsia, inflammatory bowel diseases, and others. Finally, the doctor is a member of the Hellenic Gastroenterological Society, the Professional Association of Gastroenterologists of Greece, the Hellenic Foundation of Gastroenterology and Nutrition, the Hellenic Group for the Study of Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (EOMIFNE), and the Hellenic Liver Study Society.
