Το 2001, κατόπιν διεξαγωγής κρατικών εξετάσεων, όπου και του απονεμήθηκε υποτροφία, ξεκίνησε την ειδικότητα στην Γαστρεντερολογία και Ενδοσκόπηση του Πεπτικού στην Πανεπιστημιακή Γαστρεντερολογική Κλινική του Πανεπιστημίου της L’Aquila Ιταλίας, την οποία και ολοκλήρωσε το 2005 με την μέγιστη βαθμολογία (50/50 magna cum laude). Το 2006 ξεκίνησε την μετεκπαίδευσή του πάνω στον τομέα της Ηπατολογίας και στον τομέα μεταμοσχεύσεων συμπαγών οργάνων (Fellowship in Transplant Hepatology) στο εξειδικευμένο κέντρο έρευνας και μεταμοσχεύσεων ISMETT του Πανεπιστημίου του Pittsburgh στην Ιταλία, ένα από τα μεγαλύτερα κέντρα μεταμοσχεύσεων συμπαγών οργάνων της Ιταλίας, στο οποίο εργάστηκε διατελώντας όλα αυτά τα χρόνια σημαντικό κλινικό και ερευνητικό έργο. Tzannetakou Ksanthippi is a Gastroenterologist who maintains a private practice in Kolonaki. Οι ενδοσκοπήσεις, (διαγνωστικές ή επεμβατικές), διενεργούνται με καταστολή υπό συνεχές monitoring όπως επιβάλλουν οι διεθνείς κατευθυντήριες οδηγίες και τα πρωτόκολλα καταστολής, καθώς το ιατρείο φέρει όλον τον εξοπλισμό που απαιτείται για την ασφάλεια του ασθενούς.

Currently, he practices general gastroenterology and hepatology, covering the entire spectrum of digestive system diseases, with an emphasis on endoscopic diagnostic and therapeutic methods. He works closely with leading surgeons, oncologists, radiologists, and radiotherapists to provide his patients with high-quality services in accordance with current clinical guidelines. Finally, Dr. Sioulas is a member of the Hellenic Gastroenterological Society, the European Board of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, and the European Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.

Pontas Xristos is a Gastroenterologist and maintains his private practice in Athens. He has served as a Senior Clinical Fellow in Acute General Medicine at the Royal Free Hospital Hampstead NHS Trust and as a Clinical Fellow in the Gastroenterology and Endoscopy Department of the same hospital in London. It is noteworthy that he was awarded a UEG (United European Gastroenterology) Scholarship as well as a Scholarship from the Hellenic Gastroenterological Society. Currently, he serves as a Consultant in the Gastroenterology Clinic at Mitera Hospital.
