She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University, specializing in Pediatric Nutrition, having completed the educational program “Master Nutritionist in Pediatric Nutrition.” She possesses clinical and scientific experience and is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists. Additionally, she has attended numerous workshops and conferences.

Oikonomopoulou Eudokia - Evina is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Kifisia. She completed her studies in dietetics at the University of Hertfordshire and Biology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she holds a Master Nutritionist in Autoimmune Disorders (EL.D.E.) from the Hellenic Nutrition Society. She holds certified training in genomic nutrition from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Kormi Sofia is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, graduate of the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, and holds a master's degree in Applied Dietetic Practice from Queen Margaret University, Scotland. She is also a registered Dietitian - Nutritionist licensed to practice by the Health and Care Professions Council of the United Kingdom (HCPC registered). She specializes in Eating Disorders and Obesity through the Eating Disorders Training and Management Center (EDTMC), in collaboration with the National Centre for Eating Disorders of Great Britain (NCFED). During her studies, she completed an internship as a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist at the General Hospital of Athens "Alexandra" and at the General Hospital Asklipieio Voulas. Currently, she works as a private Dietitian - Nutritionist in Athens, handling a variety of cases. Her goal is to provide reliable and high-quality information on nutrition, helping individuals achieve and maintain their dietary goals, while contributing to the enhancement of their quality of life through a balanced and sustainable diet.

Hack My Diet By Dr Lamprinou Xristina - Polina Kai Synergates is based in Kallithea. Both Dr. Lamprinou Xristina - Polina and her associates are graduates in Dietetics and Nutrition from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University of Athens. Dr. Lamprinou completed a postgraduate program in "Clinical Nutrition" at the same University and holds a PhD. She is also a scientific collaborator at Harokopio University of Athens. Vazaka Kely is a certified Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Paleo Faliro. She completed her studies in the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University. She continued her education in the Master's Program at Oxford University, titled "Applied Nutrition in Sports and Exercise." She firmly believes that our dietary habits are intrinsically linked to our psychology, which led her to pursue further training at the Center for Psychological Applications, in the seminar titled "Communication and Counseling Skills for Dietitians." During her internship, she worked as a Clinical Dietitian at the "Metaxa" Anticancer Hospital. Since 2021, she has worked in reputable dietetic offices. Her goal is to achieve each client's objectives through a balanced diet, personalized approach, and a healthy relationship with food!

Papavasileiou Georgia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice at Mavili Square. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and graduated with honors from postgraduate studies in the "Science of Stress and Health Promotion" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

She specialized in nutritional intervention with a psycho-educational approach and in modifying dietary behavior in adults living with obesity. In 2017, she obtained the Adult Educator Educational Adequacy title from EOPPEP. Furthermore, she continues her postgraduate education in the field of Clinical Nutrition through the lifelong learning program of ESPEN "Life Long Learning Programme on Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism" and possesses extensive experience in clinical cases.

She collaborated and trained for three years in the Diabetology Department of the Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes Unit of the 1st Pediatric Clinic of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens at the "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital. She worked on the Endorse program collaborating with families of children with Type 1 Diabetes. Currently, she follows several families of children with obesity and diabetes mellitus.

Papadopoulou Eleni is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private dietary practice in Evosmos, Thessaloniki. She holds a degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from the Higher Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki. As part of her ongoing professional development, she has actively participated in seminars and conferences on dietetics, nutrition, and aesthetics. Panou Argyro is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a private practice in Ano Toumba, Thessaloniki. He is a graduate of the Department of Food Technology and Nutrition of the Thessaloniki Higher Technological Educational Institute. Έχει ασχοληθεί ερευνητικά με την πρόληψη καρδιαγγειακών νοσημάτων, όπως το έμφραγμα του μυοκαρδίου. Ektor Kappatos-Koutroumpas is a Dietitian – Nutritionist, and his office “Healthier with Ektor” is located in the Mavili Square area. He holds a master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Aberdeen (Medical School), is a holder of the European Diploma in Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN), the leading European clinical nutrition qualification, has been trained in the Low-FODMAP diet for managing irritable bowel syndrome symptoms by Life Academy, and in Eating Disorders through the training program of KEADD (Hellenic Center for Education and Management of Eating Disorders), under the auspices of the British Psychological Society. He also holds a certification in the program of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) titled "Stress Management and Health." He collaborates with psychologist - child psychologist Alexandra Kappatou as the head of the Dietetics Department. Sklivagkou Nantia is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and runs her private practice in Neo-Psyhiko. She studied in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute in Thessaloniki and, after about two years, completed her postgraduate studies in England with an MSc in Sports and Exercise Nutrition. She specializes in Counseling, Weight Management, Clinical and Sports Nutrition, as well as Nutrition Education Programs for children. She has participated as a speaker at football academies in collaboration with OPAP, as well as in primary schools, presenting the importance of healthy and balanced nutrition. Additionally, as a member of the Hellenic Scouts Corps, she contributed to the development of an educational module for adult leaders of the Hellenic Scout Corps focused on “Nutritional Education for Children and Adolescents.” In the context of continuing education, she attends seminars on the psychological approach to dietetic practice to ensure excellent communication with clients and proper modification of dietary behavior as a method of weight loss.
