Oikonomopoulou Eudokia - Evina is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Kifisia. Kormi Sofia is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, graduate of the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, and holds a master's degree in Applied Dietetic Practice from Queen Margaret University, Scotland. She is also a registered Dietitian - Nutritionist licensed to practice by the Health and Care Professions Council of the United Kingdom (HCPC registered). She specializes in Eating Disorders and Obesity through the Eating Disorders Training and Management Center (EDTMC), in collaboration with the National Centre for Eating Disorders of Great Britain (NCFED). During her studies, she completed an internship as a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist at the General Hospital of Athens "Alexandra" and at the General Hospital Asklipieio Voulas. Currently, she works as a private Dietitian - Nutritionist in Athens, handling a variety of cases. Her goal is to provide reliable and high-quality information on nutrition, helping individuals achieve and maintain their dietary goals, while contributing to the enhancement of their quality of life through a balanced and sustainable diet.

Artemis Kyrka, MSc., RD., is a registered Dietitian and founder of the online clinic WellPlate. She offers modern online dietetic services to patients of all ages, with the primary goal of changing their dietary behaviours and improving their relationship with food.

Anna Gavrieli is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a dietetic office, the Nutrition Studio, in Ampelokipi (Athens Tower / Hippocrates) in Athens. She is a graduate and PhD holder from Harokopio University, with postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School/BIDMC. Additionally, she is a former research lead for Compass (BAMCO) at Google. She provides a wide range of nutritional support services for health, various conditions, and different life stages, but focuses on habit change for weight loss and weight loss maintenance. She firmly believes that lifestyle habit changes are the key for individuals to take control of their weight and health. Her philosophy is that in order for someone to achieve long-lasting results, they must change the habits that lead to problematic behaviors and consequently weight gain. Her goal is to investigate problematic habits and pleasantly restructure new ones based on existing behaviors. Giannis Papatheodorou is a Pathologist who maintains private clinics in Neo Irakleio and Acharnes. He holds a degree from the Medical School of the University of Craiova and specialized in Pathology at the General Oncology Hospital "Agioi Anargyroi" and the 1st Pathology Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos," with clinical expertise in infections. He is a consulting physician for Eurodiet and participates in numerous medical conferences in Greece and abroad. He has co-authored, together with his microbiologist physician wife, the book "The Interpretation of Microbiological Tests." Finally, the doctor is a member of the Athens Medical Association, the Hellenic Gerontological & Geriatric Society, and the Hellenic Society for the Study & Research of Aging.

Vazaka Kely is a certified Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Paleo Faliro. She completed her studies in the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University. She continued her education in the Master's Program at Oxford University, titled "Applied Nutrition in Sports and Exercise." She firmly believes that our dietary habits are intrinsically linked to our psychology, which led her to pursue further training at the Center for Psychological Applications, in the seminar titled "Communication and Counseling Skills for Dietitians." Sklivagkou Nantia is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and runs her private practice in Neo-Psyhiko. She studied in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute in Thessaloniki and, after about two years, completed her postgraduate studies in England with an MSc in Sports and Exercise Nutrition. She specializes in Counseling, Weight Management, Clinical and Sports Nutrition, as well as Nutrition Education Programs for children. She has participated as a speaker at football academies in collaboration with OPAP, as well as in primary schools, presenting the importance of healthy and balanced nutrition. She holds a degree from the Dietetics department of Queen Margaret University in Scotland and a postgraduate degree in "Applied Dietetics and Nutrition" from Harokopio University of Athens. Ektor Kappatos-Koutroumpas is a Dietitian – Nutritionist, and his office “Healthier with Ektor” is located in the Mavili Square area. Both Dr. Lamprinou Xristina - Polina and her associates are graduates in Dietetics and Nutrition from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University of Athens. Dr Melistas Lampros Didaktor Xarokopeiou Panepistimiou, MSc, PhD, is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private practice in Ilioupoli. He holds a doctorate from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University. Part of his doctoral studies was conducted at Tufts University in Boston, USA. He possesses a Master's degree (MSc) specialized in Clinical Dietetics. He is the president of the Weight Management Specialist Group of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists. He has an extensive research portfolio and publications in internationally recognized medical scientific journals. Additionally, he participates as a speaker or organizer in numerous conferences both in Greece and abroad. He is a member of numerous scientific medical associations, has a rich portfolio of articles in the periodical press, and frequent television appearances. He has many years of experience in his private practice and teaches his scientific field at university, public, and private educational institutions.

Papavasileiou Georgia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice at Mavili Square. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and graduated with honors from postgraduate studies in the "Science of Stress and Health Promotion" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

She specialized in nutritional intervention with a psycho-educational approach and in modifying dietary behavior in adults living with obesity. In 2017, she obtained the Adult Educator Educational Adequacy title from EOPPEP. Furthermore, she continues her postgraduate education in the field of Clinical Nutrition through the lifelong learning program of ESPEN "Life Long Learning Programme on Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism" and possesses extensive experience in clinical cases.

She collaborated and trained for three years in the Diabetology Department of the Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes Unit of the 1st Pediatric Clinic of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens at the "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital. She worked on the Endorse program collaborating with families of children with Type 1 Diabetes. Currently, she follows several families of children with obesity and diabetes mellitus.

Grivea Ifigeneia - Nourish Lab is a clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Metamorfosi, Attica. She is a graduate of Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. She holds certified training in genomic nutrition from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she has received training from the Hellenic Nutrition Society in pediatric nutrition. She has attended numerous nutrition conferences both in-person and virtually.
