Panou Argyro is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a private practice in Ano Toumba, Thessaloniki. She is a graduate of the Dietetics - Nutrition department of the Thessaloniki Higher Technological Educational Institute and is a member of the Hellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists. In her private practice, she offers a wide range of services, tailored to the individual needs of each client. Additionally, Ms. Panou is a collaborator with DNA Therapeutics. Nutrigenetics studies how an individual's genes influence their response to foods. By investigating a person's genetic profile, valuable information is obtained, such as their response to proteins, carbohydrates, and fats, their sensitivity to salt, alcohol, and caffeine, or their ability to absorb vitamins. Through the analysis of this information, personalized diets are designed with the goal of weight loss, prevention of specific nutrition-related diseases, or improvement of physical performance.

Ntalara Eirini was born and raised in Thessaloniki. Her studies in the field of Dietetics began as a Specialist in Dietary Applications. She then continued her studies at the School of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki. Subsequently, she completed a postgraduate program in Clinical Nutrition at the International Hellenic University. She undertook her internship at the Haitoglou Industry S.A. in food quality control, as well as a second internship at the AHEPA University Hospital in Clinical Nutrition. Continuing her education, she trained in a three-year program specializing in Body-Centered Gestalt Psychotherapy at the Unity Energetics school. Alongside her academic training, for the past 11 years, she has been involved in nutritional support and individualized diet plans for pathological conditions as well as eating disorders, following her studies in psychotherapy. Since dietary habits often significantly reflect aspects of our mental state, and each directly or indirectly influences the other, she also contributes to the work of the social clinic for uninsured individuals in Thessaloniki as a volunteer in the nutrition department. She is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians - Nutritionists Association (EDDE).

Pardali Eleni is a graduate Dietitian - Nutritionist, licensed to practice, and a PhD candidate in the Department of Medicine at the University of Thessaly.

She graduated from the Department of Nutrition Science & Dietetics at the International Hellenic University (IHE) in Sindos. Her undergraduate thesis, which was graded Excellent, focused on the damage to 5’,8-cyclo-2’-deoxypurines of DNA, the diseases associated with them, and the potential protective effects of antioxidant compounds against such damage.

Subsequently, supported by a scholarship, she completed her Master's studies specializing in “Nutrigenomics and Personalized Nutrition” at the University of the Balearic Islands (Universitat de les Illes Balears, UIB) in Mallorca, Spain. She graduated with distinction, as well as her diploma thesis, which addressed the epigenetic effects of maternal nutrition on the fetus during pregnancy, as well as nutritional components of breast milk that may contribute to the potential reversal of alterations in hepatic lipid metabolism. During her stay in Mallorca, she served as a research intern at the Laboratory of Molecular Biology, Nutrition, and Biotechnology (LBNB) at UIB, where she completed her practical training.

Since 2022, she has been a member of the Immunonutrition Unit of the Rheumatology & Immunology Clinic at the University General Hospital of Larissa (PGNL) and an external collaborator of the private clinic “Thessalia General Clinic.”

Papadopoulou Eleni is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private dietary practice in Evosmos, Thessaloniki. She holds a degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from the Higher Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki. As part of her ongoing professional development, she has actively participated in seminars and conferences on dietetics, nutrition, and aesthetics. In her private practice, she provides personalized nutrition programs for the prevention and management of obesity, childhood obesity, as well as sports nutrition programs and nutrition for pregnancy and breastfeeding. She also conducts intolerance tests, metabolism measurement, and body composition analysis. Finally, Ms. Papadopoulou is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists.
