She has worked as a Clinical Dietitian at the Athens Medical Center, and currently, in addition to her private practice, she works as a Dietitian-Nutritionist at IASIS Medical Diagnostic Centers. Finally, she is a regular member of the Hellenic Association of Dietitians-Nutritionists.

Papadopoulou Eleni is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private dietary practice in Evosmos, Thessaloniki. She holds a degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from the Higher Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki. As part of her ongoing professional development, she has actively participated in seminars and conferences on dietetics, nutrition, and aesthetics. Vazaka Kely is a certified Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Paleo Faliro. She completed her studies in the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University. She continued her education in the Master's Program at Oxford University, titled "Applied Nutrition in Sports and Exercise." Make Eat Happen Ioanna Papadopoulou is a Dietitian-Nutritionist, MSc and operates a private practice in Dafni. She graduated from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University of Athens.

In 2013, she obtained a Master's Degree in Clinical Nutrition and Public Health Nutrition from the Faculty of Medical Sciences at University College London.

Dr. Karagkouni Ioanna Maria is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with private practices in Marousi and Markopoulo, Attica. Having completed her studies in Biology at Ruhr University Bochum and her doctorate in Molecular Physiology at the Max Planck Institute in Dortmund, she combines profound scientific knowledge with a passion for health promotion. Her subsequent training as a nutritionist at BTB, as well as specialization in food intolerance and nutritional psychology at HSD University of Applied Sciences, have enhanced her multifaceted profile. She actively collaborates with leading scientific organizations, such as the German Nutrition Society, the German Society for Nutritional Medicine, and the Hellenic Nutrition Society, and is a member of organizations including QUETHEB. Αποφοίτησε από το Τμήμα Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας-Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και συνέχισε τις σπουδές στο ίδιο Πανεπιστήμιο αποκτώντας το Μεταπτυχιακό της δίπλωμα στην Εφαρμοσμένη Διαιτολογία-Διατροφή με κατεύθυνση τη «Διατροφή και Άσκηση». Κατά τη μετεκπαίδευσή της, παρακολούθησε το πρόγραμμα του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών για την αποτελεσματική συμβουλευτική και τις στρατηγικές αλλαγής συμπεριφοράς των διαιτώμενων. Παράλληλα, ολοκλήρωσε το πρόγραμμα «Ειδικής Αθλητικής Διατροφής» υπό την αιγίδα της Ακαδημίας Αθλητικής Διατροφής της Αγγλίας.

Ιωάννα Οικονομοπούλου, MMedSci

Είναι απόφοιτη του τμήματος Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας – Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και κάτοχος μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου σπουδών «Η Διατροφή στην Υγεία και στη Νόσο» από το τμήμα της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας. Παράλληλα, έχει ολοκληρώσει μετεκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα στην Παιδιατρική Διατροφή από το Monash University.

Pardali Eleni is a graduate Dietitian - Nutritionist, licensed to practice, and a PhD candidate in the Department of Medicine at the University of Thessaly.

She graduated from the Department of Nutrition Science & Dietetics at the International Hellenic University (IHE) in Sindos. Her undergraduate thesis, which was graded Excellent, focused on the damage to 5’,8-cyclo-2’-deoxypurines of DNA, the diseases associated with them, and the potential protective effects of antioxidant compounds against such damage.

Subsequently, supported by a scholarship, she completed her Master's studies specializing in “Nutrigenomics and Personalized Nutrition” at the University of the Balearic Islands (Universitat de les Illes Balears, UIB) in Mallorca, Spain. She graduated with distinction, as well as her diploma thesis, which addressed the epigenetic effects of maternal nutrition on the fetus during pregnancy, as well as nutritional components of breast milk that may contribute to the potential reversal of alterations in hepatic lipid metabolism. During her stay in Mallorca, she served as a research intern at the Laboratory of Molecular Biology, Nutrition, and Biotechnology (LBNB) at UIB, where she completed her practical training.

Since 2022, she has been a member of the Immunonutrition Unit of the Rheumatology & Immunology Clinic at the University General Hospital of Larissa (PGNL) and an external collaborator of the private clinic “Thessalia General Clinic.”

Dimitrios Tzirarkas is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who maintains a private practice in Aigaleo. He has 27 years of professional experience and has handled thousands of cases. He is a graduate of the Department of Food Technology and Nutrition of the Thessaloniki Higher Technological Educational Institute. He specialized in Clinical Nutrition at the General Hospital "Asklipieio" in Voula, acquiring valuable knowledge with greater emphasis on Diabetes cases. In the past, he served as Head Dietitian at Weight Loss and Aesthetic Centers and worked at Avgirinopoulou IEK as an instructor in the field of Nutrition. He is a member of the Hellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists (HADN) and regularly attends specialized seminars and conferences in the field of nutrition and dietetics. Additionally, she has attended numerous workshops and conferences.

Dr Melistas Lampros Didaktor Xarokopeiou Panepistimiou, MSc, PhD, is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private practice in Ilioupoli. He holds a doctorate from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University. Part of his doctoral studies was conducted at Tufts University in Boston, USA. He possesses a Master's degree (MSc) specialized in Clinical Dietetics. He is the president of the Weight Management Specialist Group of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists. He has an extensive research portfolio and publications in internationally recognized medical scientific journals. Additionally, he participates as a speaker or organizer in numerous conferences both in Greece and abroad. He is a member of numerous scientific medical associations, has a rich portfolio of articles in the periodical press, and frequent television appearances. He has many years of experience in his private practice and teaches his scientific field at university, public, and private educational institutions.

Ntalara Eirini was born and raised in Thessaloniki. Her studies in the field of Dietetics began as a Specialist in Dietary Applications. She then continued her studies at the School of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki. Subsequently, she completed a postgraduate program in Clinical Nutrition at the International Hellenic University. She undertook her internship at the Haitoglou Industry S.A. in food quality control, as well as a second internship at the AHEPA University Hospital in Clinical Nutrition. Continuing her education, she trained in a three-year program specializing in Body-Centered Gestalt Psychotherapy at the Unity Energetics school. Alongside her academic training, for the past 11 years, she has been involved in nutritional support and individualized diet plans for pathological conditions as well as eating disorders, following her studies in psychotherapy. Since dietary habits often significantly reflect aspects of our mental state, and each directly or indirectly influences the other, she also contributes to the work of the social clinic for uninsured individuals in Thessaloniki as a volunteer in the nutrition department. She is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians - Nutritionists Association (EDDE).
