Ο Dr. Δημήτριος Α. Βουγιουκλάκης, MD, PhD, είναι Γενικός Χειρουργός της Κλινικής Γενικής, Λαπαροσκοπικής, Βαριατρικής και Ρομποτικής Χειρουργικής και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στους Αμπελοκήπους. Το 2021 ανέλαβε καθήκοντα Υποδιοικητή και Διευθυντή Ιατρικού Προσωπικού του 251 ΓΝΑ με τον βαθμό του Ταξιάρχου, ενώ το 2023 ορίστηκε Πρόεδρος της Ανωτάτης Υγειονομικής Επιτροπής Κρίσεων της Πολεμικής Αεροπορίας.
