Η Ζωή Μαυρίδου είναι Διαιτολόγος – Διατροφολόγος, απόφοιτος του Τμήματος Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας και Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Με πάθος για την επιστημονική ακρίβεια και την εξατομικευμένη προσέγγιση, δημιούργησε το Κέντρο «Διατροφή Ζωής», με στόχο να παρέχει προσωποποιημένη καθοδήγηση βασισμένη στις ανάγκες και τις ιδιαιτερότητες του κάθε ανθρώπου.

Πιστεύοντας στην αξία της δια βίου μάθησης, έχει εξειδικευτεί περαιτέρω σε σημαντικά πεδία της διατροφής όπως:

• Διατροφή στην κύηση, το θηλασμό και τη γονιμότητα, μέσω προγράμματος του ΚΕΔΙΒΙΜ του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης.
• Διατροφικές διαταραχές (βουλιμία, ψυχογενής ανορεξία, συναισθηματική υπερφαγία) με εξειδίκευση επίσης από το ΕΚΠΑ.
• Health Coaching, ολοκληρώνοντας σχετική εκπαίδευση στο Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών, ώστε να ενισχύσει τη βιωσιμότητα των διατροφικών αλλαγών στην καθημερινή ζωή των συμβουλευόμενων.
• Εκπαίδευση στο πρόγραμμα “Πέρα από τα όρια της δίαιτας”, από το Κέντρο Ψυχολογικών Εφαρμογών (ΚΕ.Ψ.ΕΦ), που επικεντρώνεται στη σχέση με το φαγητό και τη βελτίωση της διατροφικής συμπεριφοράς χωρίς περιοριστικές δίαιτες.

Έχει επίσης ενεργή παρουσία σε εκπαιδευτικά και επιστημονικά δρώμενα, όπως:

• Παρακολούθηση συνεδριών, ημερίδων και ιατρικών συμποσίων που αφορούν την παχυσαρκία, τις τροφικές αλλεργίες, τις ΙΦΝΕ, την οστεοπόρωση και άλλα συναφή θέματα.
• Είχε συνεργασία με το Ινστιτούτο Prolepsis για εκπαιδευτικές δράσεις σε σχολεία με θέμα τη διατροφική εκπαίδευση παιδιών.
• Πραγματοποίηση πολλών ομιλιών σε παιδικές και εφηβικές αθλητικές ομάδες.

Παράλληλα, εμπλουτίζει συνεχώς τις γνώσεις της μέσω της παρακολούθησης μαθημάτων της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης Κλινικής Διατροφής και Μεταβολισμού (ESPEN LLL) και του World Obesity Organization (SCOPE), για την απόκτηση της πιστοποίησης “Specialist Certification of Obesity Professional Education”.

Με γνώμονα ότι «η διατροφή δεν είναι ίδια για όλους», η Ζωή Μαυρίδου εργάζεται με σεβασμό στη μοναδικότητα κάθε ατόμου, προσφέροντας ουσιαστική, εφαρμόσιμη καθοδήγηση και υποστήριξη. Dr. Papadopoulou Efi, MD, MSc, PhD, is a Internist - Diabetologist and maintains a private practice in Ampelokipoi. She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Patras, holds a Master's Degree specializing in Diabetes Mellitus and Obesity, as well as a Doctorate from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a medical specialization in Diabetes Mellitus. She completed her specialty training in Internal Medicine at the Therapeutic Clinic of the University of Athens at Alexandra General Hospital, where she also received clinical training in Diabetes Mellitus at the Diabetes Clinic of the same department. Currently, she maintains a private practice in Athens and concurrently works as an Attending Internist at the 7th Internal Medicine Clinic of Hygeia Hospital. Her clinical and research interests span the entire spectrum of Internal Medicine, with a particular emphasis on Diabetes Mellitus and Obesity.

Tantalaki Eua is an endocrinologist with a private practice in Ilioupoli. She holds a degree from the University of Stara Zagora in Bulgaria. In 2008, she obtained her specialty certification and is currently a PhD holder from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. In recent years, she has maintained a private practice in a space designed to inspire comfort and trust in patients. Her clinic is fully equipped with state-of-the-art devices to ensure optimal patient care. The endocrinologist manages cases spanning the full spectrum of endocrinology, providing comprehensive patient education and evidence-based treatment plans. Committed to continuous education, she has actively participated in numerous conferences both in Greece and internationally. Additionally, she has contributed to the authorship of endocrinology notes and books concerning applied endocrinology as well as emergency endocrinopathies.

Meramvelliotakis Nikolaos is an Internist with a private practice in Heraklion, Crete since 2000. He holds a medical degree from the University "La Sapienza" of Rome, 1990, and obtained his specialty in Internal Medicine at the University Hospital of Heraklion in 2000. Additionally, the doctor has collaborated with the private clinics "Asklipieio" and "Agios Georgios" and completed his rural service at the Krousonas Maleviziou rural clinic in 1993. He has participated as a member of the Heraklion Medical Association, served as a Municipal Councilor of Heraklion, and was President of the Cultural Association of Kato Vianos. He is a member of the Hellenic Diabetes Association.

As the founder and lead physician of a private practice, my goal is to provide comprehensive medical care that combines rigorous scientific evidence with a patient-centered approach.

Education & Specialization: I am a member of the Swiss Medical Association and a graduate of Medicine with a Master of Science (MSc) in Social-Preventive Medicine and Quality in Healthcare from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. My clinical experience is multidimensional, having served in critical departments such as Internal Medicine, High Dependency Units (HDU), COVID-19 wards, and Emergency Departments (ER). Additionally, I hold International Certifications in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the National Health Care Provider Solutions (NHCPS) in the USA.

Clinical Focus: Respiratory & Urinary Tract Infections, Metabolic Diseases & Obesity:

With extensive experience in treating obesity, I specialize in the management of patients with cardiometabolic risk factors. At our practice, we treat cases of both upper and lower respiratory tract infections, as well as urinary tract infections. We also manage patients across the full spectrum of cardiometabolic diseases and Chronic Condition Management, including: Arterial Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Dyslipidemia (High Cholesterol Levels), Obesity. We offer personalized treatment plans that target the root of metabolic disorders, based on scientific evidence and a patient-centered approach.

Borsa Dimitra is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and a top graduate of the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University. She holds a postgraduate diploma in Clinical Nutrition from the same university and maintains a private practice in Aigaleo. During her studies, she actively participated in intensive research activities and obtained scientific publications. Furthermore, she has successfully completed a seminar titled "Specialist in Sports Nutrition" under the auspices of the International Society of Sports Nutrition. She has a strong interest in current scientific data and contemporary recommendations in the fields of weight management, nutritional counseling, clinical and sports nutrition, for which she regularly attends conferences and workshops. The principle of her dietetic practice is a personalized nutritional approach based on the medical and nutritional history, needs, and lifestyle of each individual.

Xiotelis Ignatios is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who maintains a private practice in Ilioupoli while also conducting remote counseling sessions. He graduated from the University of Greenwich with comprehensive studies in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and has completed an Integrated Master’s degree in Food Science and Nutrition at the Agricultural University of Athens. Combining his studies, he possesses a strong scientific background in both the biochemistry and physiology of nutrition as well as applied clinical practice. He has professional experience as a Dietitian - Nutritionist, providing personalized nutrition programs and comprehensive dietary support based on the individual needs and medical history of each person. He specializes in pediatric and adolescent nutrition, nutritional management of diabetes mellitus, clinical dietetics, nutritional counseling, obesity management, and metabolism regulation. Additionally, he works with nutrition and exercise, supporting individuals seeking to improve their body composition and overall health through a scientifically grounded approach. His goal is to develop realistic and sustainable dietary habits tailored to each person’s lifestyle, emphasizing nutritional education, prevention, and the long-term maintenance of results.

Prokopiou Maria is an Endocrinologist with private practices in Mavili Square and Gerakas. She holds a postgraduate diploma in healthcare management from the Hellenic Open University and a degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She specialized in Endocrinology at the Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes Unit of the 1st Internal Medicine Clinic of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, at the General Hospital "Laiko." Additionally, she has attended Medical Acupuncture seminars at the AcuScience International Postgraduate Acupuncture Center. She possesses valuable professional and clinical experience in the diagnosis, prevention, and therapeutic management of endocrine gland disorders, specifically affecting the thyroid, parathyroids, pancreas, ovaries, testes, adrenal glands, pituitary gland, and hypothalamus, as well as diabetes mellitus and obesity. She also manages cases such as metabolic bone diseases - osteoporosis, female and male endocrinology, and hypertension. Finally, she is a member of the Athens Medical Association, the Hellenic Diabetes Association, and the European Society of Endocrinology.

Mr. Eksarxakos Mixail is an Internist and maintains a private practice in Kifisia, Attica. He is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Athens and has specialized in Internal Medicine. His clinical and research interests include arterial hypertension, dyslipidemias, oncological diseases, diabetes mellitus, and infections. He has accumulated over 30 years of professional experience, having worked in major hospitals across the country. From 2016 to 2021, he served as the Director of the Pathology Clinic at Euroclinic Athens, and since 2003, he has been a Scientific Collaborator at Hygeia Hospital and the head of a medical team. He has participated in many international conferences and has published numerous research papers. Finally, he is the Vice President of the Primary Care Society, a member of the Board of Directors of the Prostate Focal Therapy Society, and a member of the Hellenic Society of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Xatzinaki Kalliopi, MD, MSc, is a Specialist in General - Family Medicine and maintains her private practice within the "Mesogeios-Diagnostic Centers," located at Chryssostomou 74 and Knosou Avenue 69 in Heraklion, Crete. She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Patras and completed her specialization in General - Family Medicine at Venizeleio - Pananio Regional Hospital of Heraklion. She holds a postgraduate diploma specializing in "Vaccinations and Infection Prevention" and has extensive clinical experience in managing emergency and chronic cases. Simultaneously, she is actively engaged as a Director in the National Health System. Since 2004, she has served as a General Practitioner at the 5 Primary Care Clinics of Avlida, additionally performing on-call duties at the Psachna Health Center, undertaking home visits in the villages of the area and managing emergency cases. In the past, she has served as an auxiliary physician at the National Center for Emergency Care (EKAB) as well as in rural clinics such as those in Nea Karia, Kapandriti Health Center, and Skyros Primary Care. She also has experience as a physician at sports events and children’s camps. She is a graduate of the Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy and has completed postgraduate studies in Public Health (MSc) at the National School of Public Health. She has specialized in Emergency Prehospital Medicine through a training program of EKAB and in prehospital trauma care (Prehospital Trauma Life Support – PHTLS) by the Hellenic Chapter of the American College of Surgeons. Additionally, she has attended for three years educational programs in trainer education, psychosocial skills, and mental health promotion at the Psychiatric Clinic of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (EKPA), highlighting the holistic and person-centered nature of her medical approach. Fotiadis Gerasimos is a General Family Physician who maintains a private practice in the center of Thessaloniki. He graduated from the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace and completed his residency in General Family Medicine at the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "Papageorgiou" and the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "Papanikolaou." He has completed more than 400 on-call shifts in Emergency Departments and has worked as a Rural Doctor in Health Centers, gaining valuable experience in managing both urgent and chronic cases. Additionally, he is active in telemedicine, providing medical services through international platforms across Europe and the USA. He has received further training in Ultrasonography, having conducted his education at the University Hospital of Ioannina. He has also trained in and practices Homeopathic Medicine, offering alternative and complementary therapies always based on scientific evidence and an individualized approach. Furthermore, he is a certified Advanced Life Support (ALS) Instructor by the European Resuscitation Council and is a member of various Greek and international medical organizations and associations. Mousiolis Athanasios is an endocrinologist and a PhD candidate at the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a private practice in Thessaloniki. He is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Ioannina, holding a postgraduate diploma specializing in Clinical Diabetology. He also completed his residency in Endocrinology at AHEPA University General Hospital. He has participated in Greek and European conferences with research papers and has been involved in research protocols, contributing numerous articles to international journals. Lastly, he specializes in diabetes, thyroid and parathyroid glands, and gestational diabetes.

Konstantinos Mpalampanis MD, PhD is a Pathologist - Diabetologist with private clinics in Piraeus, Salamina, and Athens. He holds a PhD from the Medical School of the University of Patras, where he also earned his medical degree. He is certified in SCOPE (World Obesity Federation), BLS/AED (Basic Life Support), and ILS/AED (Immediate Life Support) by the European Resuscitation Council. He completed his specialty training in Pathology at the 2nd Propaedeutic Pathological Clinic of the University of Athens and has since been a University Fellow in Pathology - Diabetes Mellitus and Obesity at the 2nd Propaedeutic Pathological Clinic of the University of Athens and the Research Unit of "Attikon" Hospital. Since 2013, as part of his tenure at the 2nd Propaedeutic Clinic of the University of Athens - Diabetology Center, he participates daily in the activities of the Diabetes Clinic of the 2nd Propaedeutic Pathological Clinic, contributes to its operations, and has served as a Sub Investigator in over 18 multicenter studies (phase 2 & 3) focusing on Diabetes Mellitus, Obesity, Fatty Liver Disease, and Lipodystrophies. This activity continues to the present. According to the new provisions of the law and its transitional arrangements, he officially holds the specialization title of "DIABETOLOGIST" since 2021. He has a substantial body of research and teaching work and has participated in conferences and seminars both in Greece and internationally. Finally, it is worth noting that in his private practice, he offers, among other services, specialized diabetes, pre-diabetes, and obesity screening, as well as dietary services (through collaboration with Dietitians - Nutritionists within the private clinic spaces), always fully understanding the individual needs of each patient.

Grigoriou Vasiliki (Valia) is a Clinical Dietitian – Nutritionist, a graduate of Harokopio University and holds a postgraduate degree in Clinical Dietetics from the University of Glasgow. She operates private practices in Kolonaki and Thrakomakedones and directs the Model Dietetic Center "Nutricenter". She is the scientific head of nutrition at the 4th Oncology Clinic of Metropolitan Hospital and an external collaborator at Hygeia Hospital, specializing in oncological nutrition (gastrointestinal, lung, gynecological cancers) and reconstructive cases. She also has significant experience in bariatric cases, having collaborated with distinguished physicians such as Surgeon Konstantinos Albanopoulos and Plastic Surgeon Nektarios Ntountoulakis. Since early 2025, she has been active in the field of sports nutrition, supporting the Hellenic Olympic Rowing Federation. Additionally, she conducts nutrition seminars for employees at companies such as Nutricia, Danaos Shipping, Inditex, etc. Moreover, the specialist has extensive teaching experience, having worked for years in public and private IEKs (Institutes of Vocational Training). Finally, she is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians, actively participates in conferences, and is involved in print and electronic media, promoting the science of Nutrition with scientific credibility.
