Maria Mpergele is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains her private offices in Nea Ionia and in the center of Athens. She holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Thessaly and, as part of her continuous professional development, she has attended and continues to attend numerous postgraduate scientific seminars and conferences related to her specialty. She has extensive experience in managing clinical cases (such as Diabetes Mellitus, hypercholesterolemia, thyroid disorders, gut health) and also treats adolescent cases. Eleana Zisimopoulou is an Endocrinologist maintaining a private practice within the ID MEDS CLINIC Polyclinic in Panorama, Thessaloniki. She is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Crete and specialized in endocrinology. Since 2021, she has served as a Consultant at the Thessaloniki Cancer Hospital "Theageneio." He served as a rural doctor at the Konitsa Health Center. He completed his internal medicine residency at the General Hospital of Arta and subsequently fulfilled his military service as a Physician. For two years, he was the scientific director of the Medical team of Doctors of the World (Medecins du Monde) in the Epirus region. He completed his specialty in Endocrinology - Diabetes - Metabolism at the endocrinology department of the "Metaxa" Anticancer Hospital of Piraeus, which specializes in thyroid diseases and is a center of expertise in neck ultrasonography. Andreas Thomopoulos is an Endocrinologist - Diabetologist with a private practice in Marousi. He holds a degree from the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery at the University of Naples, Italy, and specialized in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital of Attica "Amalia Fleming," in Endocrinology at the Endocrinology Department of the General Hospital "Elena Venizelou," and in Endocrinology and Diabetology at the Endocrinology and Diabetology Department of the Regional General Hospital of Athens "G. Dr. Pouxner Karolos is a Pathologist and maintains a private practice in Koukaki. He graduated from the Medical University of Vienna, Austria, in 2005, holding a Master's Degree in "International Health" and a Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Public Health from the Medical University of Berlin. Additionally, he earned a Doctorate from the Medical School of the University of Freiburg, Germany, in 2010. As a pathologist, he has received further training and possesses extensive experience in the diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of chronic diseases such as Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, Thyroid Disorders, Liver Diseases, as well as Travel Medicine and Tropical Diseases. His scientific and research interests include Community and Public Health, Health Policy, Epidemiology, Tropical, Migrant, and Humanitarian Medicine, as well as International and Global Health. He has authored ten foreign-language publications in scientific journals, six presentations at international conferences, and contributed one chapter to an edited volume. He has participated in numerous European and international conferences and advanced training programs. Regarding his professional experience, he has many years of teaching experience in adult education, serves as an external lecturer at the Medical University of Berlin, and is a scientific collaborator of the Master's Program "Global Health – Disaster Medicine" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Recently, he was appointed lead instructor of the "Migration and Health" module in the Master's Program "Public Health and Health Policy" at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

Ο Κλήμης Αθανάσιος είναι Διαιτολόγος – Διατροφολόγος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό γραφείο στα Σεπόλια. Είναι απόφοιτος του τμήματος Διαιτολογίας του Queen Margaret University. Κατά τη διάρκεια της ακαδημαϊκής του πορείας εστίασε στην επιστημονική κατανόηση της διατροφής και στην πρακτική εφαρμογή της στην καθημερινή ζωή. Ο Τσουρούς Γεώργιος είναι Ειδικός Παθολόγος - Διαβητολόγος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο Εσωτερικής Παθολογίας στο κέντρο της Γλυφάδας από το 2005. Σπούδασε στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου Κρήτης και έλαβε την ειδικότητα της Εσωτερικής Παθολογίας, στο Νοσοκομείο Ευαγγελισμός. Κατά τη διάρκεια της ειδίκευσής του, συμμετείχε ενεργά στη λειτουργία του Ειδικού Εξωτερικού Ιατρείου Υπέρτασης, καθώς και του Ειδικού Αγγειοπαθολογικού Εργαστηρίου της Δ Παθολογικής Κλινικής του νοσοκομείου.
