Vassi Paraskeui is a Dietitian - Nutritionist. She studied in the Department of Nutrition & Dietetics at the Thessaloniki TEI, where she graduated with honors. She specializes in clinical cases (irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn's disease, diabetes mellitus, cholesterol, thyroid disorders, etc.), obesity, pregnancy, and sports nutrition. She completed her internship in the Clinical Nutrition Department at the Thessaloniki TEI. Subsequently, she participated in the research program "Alliance for Health," focusing on interventional nutrition programs for degenerative diseases (obesity, cardiovascular problems, hypertension, diabetes mellitus). Astrakianakis Antonios is a Pathologist who maintains a private practice in the center of Heraklion, Crete. He is a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and has specialized in Internal Medicine at the 3rd Pathology Clinic of the General Hospital of Heraklion "Venizeleio". He regularly attends conferences and continuing education courses in Greece and abroad, with a focus on diabetes mellitus, arterial hypertension, and dyslipidemias. Dr. Grammatikou Sofia, MD, PhD, is an Endocrinologist with a private practice in Chaidari. She holds a PhD from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens with a dissertation titled "Health Maintenance Intervention in the Prevention of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus." She is also a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized in Endocrinology at the Korgialenio-Benakeio General Hospital of Athens. He graduated from the Medical School of Plovdiv University and obtained the title of Specialist in Internal Medicine after completing his specialization at the State and A University Internal Medicine Clinic of the University General Hospital of Alexandroupolis, the outpatient clinic for diabetes and obesity, and a concurrent 3-month training in Oncology, Intensive Care Unit, Cardiology, and the Emergency Department. Simultaneously, he has worked as a Specialist in Internal Medicine at I.K.A. Alexandroupolis for 2 years, for 4 years at K.A.P.I. Alexandroupolis, and for 1 year at the Migrant Center in Komotini.

Η Αρετή Δήμητρα Παινέση είναι Διαιτολόγος – Διατροφολόγος και εδρεύει στο Χαλάνδρι, πτυχιούχος του Τμήματος Διατροφής και Επιστήμης Τροφίμων από το Πανεπιστήμιο του Reading του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου, και κάτοχος δύο μεταπτυχιακών τίτλων (MSc Med Sci): στην Κλινική Διατροφή από το Πανεπιστήμιο της Γλασκώβης και στον Σακχαρώδη Διαβήτη & την Παχυσαρκία από την Ιατρική Σχολή Αθηνών.

Είναι επί σειρά ετών επιστημονική συνεργάτιδα στο ΙΑΣΩ Παίδων, όπου ασχολείται με τη διατροφική υποστήριξη παιδιών και εφήβων, τόσο για την απώλεια βάρους, όσο και για τη διαχείριση κλινικών περιστατικών, όπως αλλεργίες, δυστροφία και άλλες διατροφικές ή ιατρικές καταστάσεις που απαιτούν εξειδικευμένη υποστήριξη.
