Maria Mpergele is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains her private offices in Nea Ionia and in the center of Athens. She holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Thessaly and, as part of her continuous professional development, she has attended and continues to attend numerous postgraduate scientific seminars and conferences related to her specialty. Dr. Xouzouris Ilias is an Internist who maintains a private practice in Nea Smyrni. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds EKAE - OAKA certification for pre-competition athlete screening. He completed his specialty in Internal Medicine at the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens and the General State Hospital of Athens. He has served as a family physician for IKA for a decade. Finally, Dr. Xouzouris is a member of the Athens Medical Association.

Dr. Trouva Anastasia MD, PhD is an Endocrinologist - Diabetologist, PhD from Karolinska University, Sweden, and maintains a private practice at Mavili Square. She specialized in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at the Karolinska and Akademiska University Hospitals in Sweden, and has many years of clinical experience in both Sweden and Greece. She has served as the scientific director of the Diabetes in Pregnancy Clinic at Södersjukhuset University Hospital in Stockholm and has developed a particular interest in Gynecological Endocrinology and Diabetes during pregnancy. Dr. Traulos Aleksios, MD, is a Specialist Endocrinologist - Diabetologist with a private practice in Athens. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He completed his specialty training in "Endocrinology - Diabetes - Metabolism" at the University Hospitals "Laiko" and "Alexandra". He has extensive clinical experience in the diagnosis and management of thyroid disorders, diabetes mellitus (juvenile or type 1, adult or type 2, gestational), and osteoporosis. Specifically, the physician undertakes the implementation of continuous insulin infusion pumps in his practice for the treatment of insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus. Maria Aggeli is a dietitian-nutritionist, graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaly.

She completed her internship in the Dietetics-Nutrition department at the General Hospital of Athens "Korgialeneio-Benakeio," where she was trained in counseling, education, and nutritional support of patients.

She participated in the study "Macronutrient content and food exchanges for 48 Greek Mediterranean dishes," which was published in the scientific journal "Nutrition & Dietetics: the journal of the Dietitians Association of Australia."

Greka Athina is a Specialist Pathologist - master in Nutrition - master in Gerontology. She maintains private practices in Kypseli and Oropos. She is a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a postgraduate degree in "Emergency Prehospital Medicine" from the Ministry of Health and the National Emergency Center (EKAV). Additionally, she holds a master's degree in Gerontology from the European University Cyprus and a master's degree in Dietetics and Nutrition Studies, Pearson Assured, from the United Kingdom. The doctor regularly attends and contributes papers to numerous conferences in Greece and abroad, as part of her ongoing professional development, and has authored articles in general interest magazines on health topics.
