Anna Gavrieli is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a dietetic office, the Nutrition Studio, in Ampelokipi (Athens Tower / Hippocrates) in Athens. She is a graduate and PhD holder from Harokopio University, with postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School/BIDMC. Additionally, she is a former research lead for Compass (BAMCO) at Google. She provides a wide range of nutritional support services for health, various conditions, and different life stages, but focuses on habit change for weight loss and weight loss maintenance. She firmly believes that lifestyle habit changes are the key for individuals to take control of their weight and health. Her philosophy is that in order for someone to achieve long-lasting results, they must change the habits that lead to problematic behaviors and consequently weight gain. Her goal is to investigate problematic habits and pleasantly restructure new ones based on existing behaviors. In this way, long-term maintenance of results can be achieved, allowing the individual to enjoy a healthy weight and an improved lifestyle.

Vampouli Eleni - Anna and Associates are Dietitians - Nutritionists based in Zografou. Vampouli Eleni - Anna graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki (International Hellenic University) in 2013. During her undergraduate studies, she completed a clinical nutrition internship at the Pediatric Hospital "Agia Sofia". Additionally, she conducted her thesis at the Diabetology Center of the 1st Pediatric Clinic of the Medical School of the University of Athens, focusing on the nutritional education of children and adolescents with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus. In 2014, she graduated with honors from Glasgow Caledonian University, earning a master's degree in clinical nutrition (pathological conditions) titled "MSc Clinical Nutrition and Health". Subsequently, she worked at the same university as a teaching assistant for undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as a scientific collaborator on research projects. In 2016, she returned to Greece and worked as a scientific collaborator for the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University until 2020, participating in national and international research projects. Since 2017, she has provided home dietitian services in various areas of Athens. In 2018, she successfully completed the "Dietary Management and the Low FODMAP Diet in IBS" program at King’s College London, which pertains to the nutritional therapy of patients with Irritable Bowel Syndrome. She has presented the results of her research at international conferences. She is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians - Nutritionists Association (EDDE).

Skoulidi Virna BSc, MSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private practice in Nea Ionia. She holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and has attended a clinical nutrition and dietetics seminar at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she possesses a master's degree in Nutrition, Public Health & Policies from the Agricultural University of Athens and in Nutritional Psychology from the CNP (Center for Nutritional Psychology). The specialist has worked as a Dietitian - Nutritionist at SALAS Catering Company and Fitpal Healthy Meals Company, as well as at the Elegance Aesthetic Center. Furthermore, she has worked in a Pulmonologist and Dietitian office, providing nutritional education to patients, body composition assessment, and designing individualized nutrition programs. Konstantina Eksarxopoulou MSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private practice in Athens. She holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Harokopio University of Athens and completed the postgraduate program "Stress Management and Health Promotion" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She is a Scientific Associate at the "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital and an external collaborator at the multidisciplinary physiotherapy rehabilitation and physical wellness center "Physiopolis". Additionally, she serves as the Lead Dietitian for the "Alliance for Health - Nutrition" program and as a Dietitian - Nutritionist at the Athens General Hospital "Laiko" and at the Nursing Foundation of the Army Share Fund (NIMTS). Finally, she is a member of the Scientific Society for Stress Management and Health Promotion.

Mpotsifaras Ilias is a Dietitian-Nutritionist specializing in sports nutrition. He has a private practice at the NOUS THERAPY CENTER health center in the center of Thessaloniki. He is a lecturer at IEK ALFA Thessaloniki in the field of Nutrition and Dietetics. He graduated from the Department of Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics at the International Hellenic University (IHU), based in Thessaloniki. He completed his internship at the General Hospital of Thessaloniki, where he specialized in clinical cases involving eating disorders and obesity. He has completed postgraduate studies and holds a specialization in Sports Nutrition from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the International Hellenic University. Currently, he is pursuing his second postgraduate degree with a focus on Clinical Nutrition at the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the International Hellenic University. Additionally, he has received further training in eating disorders and obesity at NCfED in the United Kingdom. He has conducted research on the bone density of football players and the influence of their dietary habits. He has also worked as a dietitian-nutritionist at the 424 General Military Hospital, monitoring clinical cases in the hospital. Finally, he provides nutritional support for athletes, manages clinical cases with a broad spectrum of diseases, and cases involving eating disorders. It is worth noting his active involvement in conducting research on the dietary habits of patients with chronic urticaria.

Papavasileiou Georgia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice at Mavili Square. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and graduated with honors from postgraduate studies in the "Science of Stress and Health Promotion" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

She specialized in nutritional intervention with a psycho-educational approach and in modifying dietary behavior in adults living with obesity. In 2017, she obtained the Adult Educator Educational Adequacy title from EOPPEP. Furthermore, she continues her postgraduate education in the field of Clinical Nutrition through the lifelong learning program of ESPEN "Life Long Learning Programme on Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism" and possesses extensive experience in clinical cases.

She collaborated and trained for three years in the Diabetology Department of the Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes Unit of the 1st Pediatric Clinic of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens at the "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital. She worked on the Endorse program collaborating with families of children with Type 1 Diabetes. Currently, she follows several families of children with obesity and diabetes mellitus.

Kouri Eirini is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a private practice in Nea Smyrni. She holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki, with postgraduate studies at Harokopio University (clinical dietitian). She has a master's degree in eating disorders, obesity, and childhood obesity, as well as a specialization in sports nutrition.

She collaborated for several years with the Academy of P.A.E. Panionios, providing nutritional guidance and has delivered numerous lectures on the Mediterranean Diet in schools in Nea Smyrni.

Η Κουτρουλή Ασπασία, BSc, MSc είναι απόφοιτη του Τμήματος Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας του Ανώτατου Τεχνολογικού Εκπαιδευτικού Ιδρύματος Κρήτης, ενώ κατέχει Μεταπτυχιακό Δίπλωμα Ειδίκευσης στη Διατροφή στην Υγεία και την Νόσο του Τμήματος Ιατρικής του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας κι εξειδίκευση ως Personal Trainer Nutrition Coach από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Έχει ασχοληθεί ερευνητικά με την πρόληψη καρδιαγγειακών νοσημάτων, όπως το έμφραγμα του μυοκαρδίου. Nutrifit - Tsimpou Maria is a Dietitian - Nutritionist operating a private practice in Nea Artaki. She graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute (TEI) of Crete and holds a certification in "Clinical Nutrition" from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she possesses a Master Practitioner certification in Eating Disorders and Obesity for adults, children, and adolescents from the Centre for Education and Management of Eating Disorders (CEAMED), under the guidance of the British Psychology Society. She subsequently pursued postgraduate studies in Psychology at the University of East London. Her practical training was completed at the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos," where she assessed and developed dietary plans for both healthy and clinical patients. In recent years, she has been working as CEO and founder of the website nutri-fit and collaborates with the Biomedical Diagnostic Company Genosophy, specializing in genetic testing analysis and personalized nutrition. She is a member of the Hellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists and contributes articles to the website Diatrofi. Finally, as part of her ongoing professional development and specialization, she attends numerous seminars on nutrition, clinical dietetics, obesity, and food science.

Kanellou Paraskeui is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a private practice in Peristeri. She graduated from the Department of Dietetics - Nutrition at Harokopio University of Athens and holds a postgraduate degree from the Nursing Department, specializing in Public Health at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she holds a postgraduate degree in "Clinical Ergospirrometry, Exercise, and Rehabilitation" from the Medical School of the same university. She possesses extensive professional experience and has participated in numerous conferences and seminars. Finally, Ms. Kanellou is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists and the Union of Dietitians - Nutritionists of Greece.
