Η Σερεμέτη Σωτηρία είναι Κλινική Διαιτολόγος- Διατροφολόγος και διατηρεί το Διαιτολογικό γραφείο "ClinEat" στην περιοχή της Αργυρούπολης. Αποφοίτησε από το Τμήμα Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας- Διατροφής της Σχολής Επιστημών Υγείας και Αγωγής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Κατέχει Μεταπτυχιακό Δίπλωμα στην Εφαρμοσμένη Διαιτολογία- Διατροφή με κατεύθυνση την Κλινική Διατροφή του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών καθώς και εξειδίκευση στο Health Coaching από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Έχει ασχοληθεί ερευνητικά με καρδιαγγειακά νοσήματα, όπως η Στεφανιαία Νόσος, και με νεφρικά νοσήματα, όπως η Χρόνια Νεφρική Νόσος. Πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική της άσκηση στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών «Ευαγγελισμός» στο τμήμα Κλινικής Διατροφής καθώς και σε γνωστό Διαιτολογικό γραφείο στους Αμπελοκήπους. Έχει εργαστεί σε γνωστή αλυσίδα Κέντρων Αισθητικής στη θέση Διαιτολόγου- Διατροφολόγου καθώς και σε φαρμακευτική εταιρεία ως Διαιτολόγος- Διατροφολόγος κι Επιστημονικός Συνεργάτης. Από το 2018 αναλαμβάνει τη διαχείριση πλήθους περιστατικών, κλινικών και μη. Στα πλαίσια της περαιτέρω εκπαίδευσης της, παρακολουθεί συνέδρια και σεμινάρια δια βίου εκπαίδευσης στην Κλινική Διατροφή και τον Μεταβολισμό με ποικίλη θεματολογία.

Η Κουτρουλή Ασπασία, BSc, MSc είναι απόφοιτη του Τμήματος Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας του Ανώτατου Τεχνολογικού Εκπαιδευτικού Ιδρύματος Κρήτης, ενώ κατέχει Μεταπτυχιακό Δίπλωμα Ειδίκευσης στη Διατροφή στην Υγεία και την Νόσο του Τμήματος Ιατρικής του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας κι εξειδίκευση ως Personal Trainer Nutrition Coach από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Έχει ασχοληθεί ερευνητικά με την πρόληψη καρδιαγγειακών νοσημάτων, όπως το έμφραγμα του μυοκαρδίου. Πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική της άσκηση στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών «Κοργιαλένειο- Μπενάκειο Ε.Ε.Σ.» στο τμήμα Κλινικής Διατροφής. Έχει εργαστεί σε γνωστή αλυσίδα Γυμναστηρίων στη θέση Διαιτολόγου- Διατροφολόγου καθώς και σε φαρμακεία ως Διαιτολόγος- Διατροφολόγος κι Επιστημονικός Συνεργάτης. 

Xoutopoulos Dimitrios is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains his dietetic practice in Kaisariani. He is a graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Larissa and holds a master's degree from the Department of Medicine at the University of Thessaly, with a thesis on "Nutrition in Health and Disease." His practical training was completed in the dietetic department of the "Paediatric Agia Sofia" hospital, where he provided nutritional counseling to parents of children suffering from various metabolic diseases and autoimmune disorders, the most prominent of which are diabetes, celiac disease, and cystic fibrosis. His passion for education in the field of nutrition led him to attend numerous conferences/seminars, the most significant being "Specialist in Sports Nutrition" from the Ergometric Center for Nutrition and Exercise "Peak Performance." He also obtained additional certifications in Sports Nutrition, basic principles of Nutrition and Dietetics, seminars on the accurate diagnosis of hematological tests, as well as training in managing various autoimmune symptoms. Finally, the primary goal of the center is to offer prevention and treatment services, as well as to contribute decisively to improving the quality of life for individuals of all ages through specialized programs and the reliable advice of the dietitian - nutritionist.

Hack My Diet By Dr Lamprinou Xristina - Polina Kai Synergates is based in Kallithea. Both Dr. Lamprinou Xristina - Polina and her associates are graduates in Dietetics and Nutrition from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University of Athens. Dr. Lamprinou completed a postgraduate program in "Clinical Nutrition" at the same University and holds a PhD. She is also a scientific collaborator at Harokopio University of Athens. Additionally, she is a contributing author and scientific collaborator for Mednutrition, participating in the working group focused on childhood obesity. Manou Eirini is a Dietitian – Nutritionist, MSc, licensed to practice and maintains a private practice in Patima, Chalandri. She holds a degree from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and a postgraduate degree in "Nutrition and Exercise" from the Department of Dietetics – Nutrition Science at Harokopio University. She has been trained in the management of eating disorders and obesity at the National Centre for Eating Disorders in the United Kingdom and the Educational and Treatment Center for Eating Disorders in Greece. She completed her internship at the General Hospital of Athens "Sismanoglio – Amalia Fleming" and began working as a Dietitian in the Nutrition Department of the hospital for 4 years, where she dealt with numerous clinical cases. Additionally, she collaborated for several years with various sports facilities and gyms, providing nutritional support and guidance to many athletes. She has extensive experience in the support of cases with eating disorders, regulation of body weight and metabolism, as well as clinical cases. She provides personalized nutrition services based on the needs and habits of her clients. Her goal is to educate and consequently promote the adoption of new, healthy eating habits by her clients, always placing particular emphasis on psychological support and empowerment through counseling. Mantikas Nikolaos is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Piraeus. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Queen Margaret University of Edinburgh and a Master's degree from the University of Kentucky, USA. He has observed and managed a large number of clinical nutritional cases, completing his practical training at the General Hospital of Attica KAT and the Attikon University General Hospital. In 2017, he became a member of the Health and Care Professions Council (UK), one of the largest health professional bodies worldwide, and since 2018 he has also been a member of the British Dietetic Association. To date, he is an external collaborator of the model gynecological and obstetric care clinic "maternacare" and the specialized lithiasis center "Athens Stone Clinic." Additionally, he regularly publishes articles in electronic and print media aimed at improving nutritional behavior and participates as a collaborator of Nutrimed in television and radio programs. He also frequently speaks at various conferences and seminars organized by associations and scientific bodies. Karinou Katerina MSc is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and operates her private practice in Argyroupoli. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University of Athens, has completed a postgraduate program (MSc) at the Medical School of Athens, and has attended numerous continuing education seminars. Giazitzi Katerina is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Aigaleo. She holds a Bachelor's degree (BSc) and a Doctorate (PhD) from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University, as well as a Master's degree (MSc) in "Nutrition and Public Health." She possesses significant professional experience and currently serves as an external Scientific Collaborator at Harokopio University on various research projects. Additionally, she has research experience reflected in numerous scientific publications and conference presentations. She specializes in nutritional counseling, obesity, and diabetes mellitus. She manages clinical cases such as irritable bowel syndrome, cardiovascular diseases, nephropathies, hepatopathies, among others. Furthermore, she provides care for children, adolescents, breastfeeding women, and pregnant women, and has professional experience in gestational diabetes. Her approach to weight loss management focuses on modifying dietary habits that have led to excess body weight through nutritional education and patient counseling. Konstantina Eksarxopoulou MSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private practice in Athens. She holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Harokopio University of Athens and completed the postgraduate program "Stress Management and Health Promotion" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She is a Scientific Associate at the "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital and an external collaborator at the multidisciplinary physiotherapy rehabilitation and physical wellness center "Physiopolis". Vlaserou Olympia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist, graduate of the Department of "Dietetics & Nutrition Science" at Harokopio University, and maintains a private practice in Ilioupoli. She is a certified professional in eating disorders, having obtained the title of Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders from the Center for Education and Treatment of Eating Disorders (KEADD). For her thesis, she participated in the epidemiological MEDIS study (Mediterranean Islands Study), with a research focus on "Consumption of infusions and BMI in the elderly." During her internship, she collaborated with the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas" and the General Hospital of Athens "Alexandra." She has worked as an independent associate in gyms in Athens, such as "Holmes Place." Additionally, she frequently delivers voluntary talks at kindergartens and schools and was a member of the local team of the Municipality of Argyroupoli - Attica, for the international program "PAIDIATROFI by EPODE."
