Anna Matsaggoura is a Dietitian-Nutritionist with a private practice in Kallithea since 2017, with prior experience in both public institutions and the private sector.

She holds a degree from the Department of Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics at the International Hellenic University. Subsequently, she attended and completed a specialization in Eating Disorders and Obesity.

She holds a degree from the Dietetics department of Queen Margaret University in Scotland and a postgraduate degree in "Applied Dietetics and Nutrition" from Harokopio University of Athens. She has worked as a Clinical Dietitian at the Athens Medical Center, and currently, in addition to her private practice, she works as a Dietitian-Nutritionist at IASIS Medical Diagnostic Centers. Finally, she is a regular member of the Hellenic Association of Dietitians-Nutritionists.

Papavasileiou Georgia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice at Mavili Square. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and graduated with honors from postgraduate studies in the "Science of Stress and Health Promotion" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

She specialized in nutritional intervention with a psycho-educational approach and in modifying dietary behavior in adults living with obesity. In 2017, she obtained the Adult Educator Educational Adequacy title from EOPPEP. Furthermore, she continues her postgraduate education in the field of Clinical Nutrition through the lifelong learning program of ESPEN "Life Long Learning Programme on Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism" and possesses extensive experience in clinical cases.

She collaborated and trained for three years in the Diabetology Department of the Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes Unit of the 1st Pediatric Clinic of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens at the "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital. She worked on the Endorse program collaborating with families of children with Type 1 Diabetes. Currently, she follows several families of children with obesity and diabetes mellitus.

Hack My Diet By Dr Lamprinou Xristina - Polina Kai Synergates is based in Kallithea. Both Dr. Lamprinou Xristina - Polina and her associates are graduates in Dietetics and Nutrition from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University of Athens. Dr. Lamprinou completed a postgraduate program in "Clinical Nutrition" at the same University and holds a PhD. She is also a scientific collaborator at Harokopio University of Athens. Additionally, she is a contributing author and scientific collaborator for Mednutrition, participating in the working group focused on childhood obesity. Furthermore, she is actively involved in research projects on personalized nutrition and the prevention of chronic diseases such as diabetes mellitus. Moreover, she contributes to the authorship of scientific publications (>60) in reputable scientific journals on topics of dietetics and nutrition and serves as a speaker at seminars and conferences for both the general public and the scientific community. Foteini Nika graduated from the Department of Science of Dietetics - Nutrition at Harokopio University in 2016. She continued her academic path by completing the postgraduate program in Applied Dietetics-Nutrition at Harokopio University, specializing in Clinical Nutrition, where she graduated with distinction. Her master's thesis focused on the development and validation of a predictive index for assessing the likelihood of vitamin D deficiency in a pediatric school-aged population. Interested in continuous education and training, she has completed additional postgraduate courses in the following areas: "Stress Management & Health," National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), "Eating Disorders," NKUA, “Advanced Dietary Management and the low FODMAP Diet in IBS,” King's College London, and “Online Introduction to Paediatric Nutrition for Health Professionals,” Monash University. She has attended numerous conferences related to her field over time and has also served as a speaker at conferences, seminars, and workshops. She maintains her dietetic practice in Nea Erythraia. Within the framework of her professional experience, she has managed numerous clinical and sports nutrition cases in both adults and children. Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians-Nutritionists Association. 

Vlaserou Olympia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist, graduate of the Department of "Dietetics & Nutrition Science" at Harokopio University, and maintains a private practice in Ilioupoli. She is a certified professional in eating disorders, having obtained the title of Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders from the Center for Education and Treatment of Eating Disorders (KEADD). For her thesis, she participated in the epidemiological MEDIS study (Mediterranean Islands Study), with a research focus on "Consumption of infusions and BMI in the elderly." During her internship, she collaborated with the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas" and the General Hospital of Athens "Alexandra." She has worked as an independent associate in gyms in Athens, such as "Holmes Place." Additionally, she frequently delivers voluntary talks at kindergartens and schools and was a member of the local team of the Municipality of Argyroupoli - Attica, for the international program "PAIDIATROFI by EPODE." Anna Gavrieli is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a dietetic office, the Nutrition Studio, in Ampelokipi (Athens Tower / Hippocrates) in Athens. She is a graduate and PhD holder from Harokopio University, with postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School/BIDMC. Additionally, she is a former research lead for Compass (BAMCO) at Google. She provides a wide range of nutritional support services for health, various conditions, and different life stages, but focuses on habit change for weight loss and weight loss maintenance. She firmly believes that lifestyle habit changes are the key for individuals to take control of their weight and health. Her philosophy is that in order for someone to achieve long-lasting results, they must change the habits that lead to problematic behaviors and consequently weight gain. Her goal is to investigate problematic habits and pleasantly restructure new ones based on existing behaviors. Manou Eirini is a Dietitian – Nutritionist, MSc, licensed to practice and maintains a private practice in Patima, Chalandri. She holds a degree from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and a postgraduate degree in "Nutrition and Exercise" from the Department of Dietetics – Nutrition Science at Harokopio University. She has been trained in the management of eating disorders and obesity at the National Centre for Eating Disorders in the United Kingdom and the Educational and Treatment Center for Eating Disorders in Greece. She completed her internship at the General Hospital of Athens "Sismanoglio – Amalia Fleming" and began working as a Dietitian in the Nutrition Department of the hospital for 4 years, where she dealt with numerous clinical cases. Additionally, she collaborated for several years with various sports facilities and gyms, providing nutritional support and guidance to many athletes. She has extensive experience in the support of cases with eating disorders, regulation of body weight and metabolism, as well as clinical cases. She provides personalized nutrition services based on the needs and habits of her clients. She holds a Master of Science degree (MSc MedSc) in Clinical Dietetics from the University of Glasgow and a Bachelor Honors degree in Dietetics - Nutrition from Glasgow Caledonian University, United Kingdom. She is active through television and radio interviews, informative lectures, written articles in newspapers, online platforms, and school talks, aiming at continuous education on nutritional issues. She is a State Registered Dietitian in the United Kingdom and a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists.

Kanellou Paraskeui is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a private practice in Peristeri. She graduated from the Department of Dietetics - Nutrition at Harokopio University of Athens and holds a postgraduate degree from the Nursing Department, specializing in Public Health at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she holds a postgraduate degree in "Clinical Ergospirrometry, Exercise, and Rehabilitation" from the Medical School of the same university.
