Hack My Diet By Dr Lamprinou Xristina - Polina Kai Synergates is based in Kallithea. Both Dr. Lamprinou Xristina - Polina and her associates are graduates in Dietetics and Nutrition from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University of Athens. Marina Mougkridou MSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and has operated a private dietetic practice in Voula since 2001. She studied at the Department of Dietetics - Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and holds a Master of Science degree in Health Psychology from the University of Central Lancashire, UK. She has collaborated with the General Hospital of Athens G. Gennimatas, the Children's Hospital Agia Sofia, the Athenian Clinic, and the Athens Colorectal Group, as well as with a chain of gyms in Athens. She has extensively focused on childhood obesity and oxidative stress, and in 2012 conducted research on the social determinants influencing adolescents' dietary choices. She is a member of the European Health Psychology Society and the Panhellenic Dietetic Association. She has participated as a speaker at scientific conferences and in public informational campaigns on nutrition topics. Additionally, she coordinates nutritional education programs for children in municipalities and schools and regularly contributes articles to general and medical interest magazines. In her private practice, she provides personalized dietary recommendations to children and adults with weight management issues, eating disorders, metabolic diseases, and conditions requiring nutritional monitoring.

Anna Gavrieli is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a dietetic office, the Nutrition Studio, in Ampelokipi (Athens Tower / Hippocrates) in Athens. She is a graduate and PhD holder from Harokopio University, with postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School/BIDMC. Additionally, she is a former research lead for Compass (BAMCO) at Google. She provides a wide range of nutritional support services for health, various conditions, and different life stages, but focuses on habit change for weight loss and weight loss maintenance. She firmly believes that lifestyle habit changes are the key for individuals to take control of their weight and health. Her philosophy is that in order for someone to achieve long-lasting results, they must change the habits that lead to problematic behaviors and consequently weight gain. Her goal is to investigate problematic habits and pleasantly restructure new ones based on existing behaviors. In this way, long-term maintenance of results can be achieved, allowing the individual to enjoy a healthy weight and an improved lifestyle.

Αποφοίτησε από το Τμήμα Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας- Διατροφής της Σχολής Επιστημών Υγείας και Αγωγής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Κατέχει Μεταπτυχιακό Δίπλωμα στην Εφαρμοσμένη Διαιτολογία- Διατροφή με κατεύθυνση την Κλινική Διατροφή του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών καθώς και εξειδίκευση στο Health Coaching από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Η Κουτρουλή Ασπασία, BSc, MSc είναι απόφοιτη του Τμήματος Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας του Ανώτατου Τεχνολογικού Εκπαιδευτικού Ιδρύματος Κρήτης, ενώ κατέχει Μεταπτυχιακό Δίπλωμα Ειδίκευσης στη Διατροφή στην Υγεία και την Νόσο του Τμήματος Ιατρικής του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας κι εξειδίκευση ως Personal Trainer Nutrition Coach από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Έχει ασχοληθεί ερευνητικά με την πρόληψη καρδιαγγειακών νοσημάτων, όπως το έμφραγμα του μυοκαρδίου. Πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική της άσκηση στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών «Κοργιαλένειο- Μπενάκειο Ε.Ε.Σ.» στο τμήμα Κλινικής Διατροφής. Vampouli Eleni - Anna and Associates are Dietitians - Nutritionists based in Zografou. Vampouli Eleni - Anna graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki (International Hellenic University) in 2013. During her undergraduate studies, she completed a clinical nutrition internship at the Pediatric Hospital "Agia Sofia". Additionally, she conducted her thesis at the Diabetology Center of the 1st Pediatric Clinic of the Medical School of the University of Athens, focusing on the nutritional education of children and adolescents with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus. In 2014, she graduated with honors from Glasgow Caledonian University, earning a master's degree in clinical nutrition (pathological conditions) titled "MSc Clinical Nutrition and Health". Subsequently, she worked at the same university as a teaching assistant for undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as a scientific collaborator on research projects. In 2016, she returned to Greece and worked as a scientific collaborator for the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University until 2020, participating in national and international research projects. Since 2017, she has provided home dietitian services in various areas of Athens. In 2018, she successfully completed the "Dietary Management and the Low FODMAP Diet in IBS" program at King’s College London, which pertains to the nutritional therapy of patients with Irritable Bowel Syndrome. She has presented the results of her research at international conferences. She is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians - Nutritionists Association (EDDE).

Foteini Nika graduated from the Department of Science of Dietetics - Nutrition at Harokopio University in 2016. She continued her academic path by completing the postgraduate program in Applied Dietetics-Nutrition at Harokopio University, specializing in Clinical Nutrition, where she graduated with distinction. Her master's thesis focused on the development and validation of a predictive index for assessing the likelihood of vitamin D deficiency in a pediatric school-aged population. Interested in continuous education and training, she has completed additional postgraduate courses in the following areas: "Stress Management & Health," National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), "Eating Disorders," NKUA, “Advanced Dietary Management and the low FODMAP Diet in IBS,” King's College London, and “Online Introduction to Paediatric Nutrition for Health Professionals,” Monash University. She has attended numerous conferences related to her field over time and has also served as a speaker at conferences, seminars, and workshops. She maintains her dietetic practice in Nea Erythraia. Within the framework of her professional experience, she has managed numerous clinical and sports nutrition cases in both adults and children. Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians-Nutritionists Association. 

Kritsini Olga is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Chalandri. She is a graduate of the University of Crete and contributes articles to various scientific websites on topics of nutrition and wellness. She has extensive experience in a Dietetic Unit and an Endocrinology Clinic in Athens. Additionally, she has participated in and attended numerous conferences, workshops, and seminars.

Mantikas Nikolaos is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Piraeus. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Queen Margaret University of Edinburgh and a Master's degree from the University of Kentucky, USA. He has observed and managed a large number of clinical nutritional cases, completing his practical training at the General Hospital of Attica KAT and the Attikon University General Hospital. In 2017, he became a member of the Health and Care Professions Council (UK), one of the largest health professional bodies worldwide, and since 2018 he has also been a member of the British Dietetic Association. To date, he is an external collaborator of the model gynecological and obstetric care clinic "maternacare" and the specialized lithiasis center "Athens Stone Clinic." Additionally, he regularly publishes articles in electronic and print media aimed at improving nutritional behavior and participates as a collaborator of Nutrimed in television and radio programs. He also frequently speaks at various conferences and seminars organized by associations and scientific bodies. Finally, he implements a comprehensive and innovative behavioral modification and weight control program, Nutrimed, for the treatment of obesity and offers other services such as management of clinical cases and diseases, sports nutrition, nutrition during pregnancy and lactation, child and adolescent nutrition, elderly nutrition, segmental body composition analysis with a modern body fat analyzer, health risk assessment using the specialized Soma software, basal metabolic rate measurement, and many others.

Papavasileiou Georgia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice at Mavili Square. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and graduated with honors from postgraduate studies in the "Science of Stress and Health Promotion" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

She specialized in nutritional intervention with a psycho-educational approach and in modifying dietary behavior in adults living with obesity. In 2017, she obtained the Adult Educator Educational Adequacy title from EOPPEP. Furthermore, she continues her postgraduate education in the field of Clinical Nutrition through the lifelong learning program of ESPEN "Life Long Learning Programme on Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism" and possesses extensive experience in clinical cases.

She collaborated and trained for three years in the Diabetology Department of the Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes Unit of the 1st Pediatric Clinic of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens at the "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital. She worked on the Endorse program collaborating with families of children with Type 1 Diabetes. Currently, she follows several families of children with obesity and diabetes mellitus.

Vlaxou Evita is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who maintains a private practice in Peristeri. She holds a degree from the Department of Nutrition Science and Dietetics at Harokopio University and completed an internship at the General Children’s Hospital "Agia Sofia" during her studies. She has conducted awareness campaigns and delivered lectures on nutrition for the elderly at all K.E.F.I. centers in the Municipality of Peristeri, as well as on nutrition in infancy, childhood, and adolescence through various presentations and interactive talks at private and public kindergartens and schools in Western Attica. She manages daily cases involving obesity, pregnancy, lactation, pediatric and adolescent nutrition, nephropathy, gastrointestinal disorders, diabetes, obesity, dyslipidemia, and cardiovascular diseases. Her objective is not only weight loss but achieving a healthy weight with long-term maintenance of results alongside multiple benefits for the body, ultimately aiming for good health. With a commitment to knowledge and continuous education, she participates in pan-European and national conferences and symposiums related to her field.
