Terzi Irini is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and has a private office in Ambelokipi. In 2010 she graduated from the Chemistry Department of the University of Crete, while in 2015 she continued her studies at Harokopeion University, in the Department of Dietetics - Nutrition, from which she graduated in 2019. Her internship took place at the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko", as well as at the Anti-Cancer - Oncology Hospital of Athens "Agios Savas". Her love for Dietetics and Nutrition led her to attend the Master's degree program of Harokopio University with a specialization in "Nutrition & Exercise". During her studies she carried out her undergraduate and postgraduate thesis at the Laboratory of Biology, Biochemistry, Physiology of Humans and Microorganisms (E.B.BI.F.A.M.) of Harokopio University, on the human intestinal microbiota, a relatively new field that has begun to engage the scientific community and has yielded many interesting results. Also, the dietitian has specialised and has particular expertise in Sports Nutrition, Nutritional Counselling and Obesity, as well as in Metabolism. During her studies, both as a Chemist and as a Dietitian, she actively participated in laboratory studies and as a result, she has accumulated scientific publications, abstracts in scientific journals as well as conference presentations. Finally, she is a member of the Sports Nutrition Specialist Group of the Panhellenic Association of Dietetics Nutrition, as well as of the Hellenic Society of Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (GrESPEN).

Karinou Katerina MSc is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and operates her private practice in Argyroupoli. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University of Athens, has completed a postgraduate program (MSc) at the Medical School of Athens, and has attended numerous continuing education seminars. She collaborates with the Gymnastics Stars gyms of Lefteris Petrounias and Vasiliki Millousi, and has previously worked with the Holmes Place and Curves Glyfada gyms. Additionally, she has served as a Dietitian at FIGURA CLINICA and completed her internship at the General Hospital of Aglaia Kyriakou as well as at the Municipal Nursery of Argyroupoli. Furthermore, she completed her postgraduate internship at the outpatient clinics of the General Children’s Hospital “Agia Sofia” as a Dietitian in the Clinic for the Management of Excess Body Weight.

Mpelekos Vasilis MSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a private practice in Korydallos. He is a graduate of the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and holds a master's degree in Applied Dietetics and Nutrition from the same institution. Through years of monitoring individuals requiring nutritional support, he has gained significant expertise in areas such as Clinical Nutrition, Nutritional Counseling, Sports and Exercise Nutrition, and the application of the Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) model. He contributes articles to online platforms and magazines and has served as a speaker on informative television programs focused on nutrition. He has participated in numerous conferences to continuously enhance his knowledge and stay updated in the ever-evolving field of nutrition. Finally, he is a member of the Hellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists.

Grivea Ifigeneia - Nourish Lab is a clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Metamorfosi, Attica. She is a graduate of Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. She holds certified training in genomic nutrition from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she has received training from the Hellenic Nutrition Society in pediatric nutrition. She has attended numerous nutrition conferences both in-person and virtually. She has many years of experience in chronic, metabolic, and autoimmune diseases, having served as the scientific director of the nutrition department in a private clinic in Attica. Since 2025, she has been a regular member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians-Nutritionists.

Manou Eirini is a Dietitian – Nutritionist, MSc, licensed to practice and maintains a private practice in Patima, Chalandri. She holds a degree from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and a postgraduate degree in "Nutrition and Exercise" from the Department of Dietetics – Nutrition Science at Harokopio University. She has been trained in the management of eating disorders and obesity at the National Centre for Eating Disorders in the United Kingdom and the Educational and Treatment Center for Eating Disorders in Greece. She completed her internship at the General Hospital of Athens "Sismanoglio – Amalia Fleming" and began working as a Dietitian in the Nutrition Department of the hospital for 4 years, where she dealt with numerous clinical cases. Additionally, she collaborated for several years with various sports facilities and gyms, providing nutritional support and guidance to many athletes. She has extensive experience in the support of cases with eating disorders, regulation of body weight and metabolism, as well as clinical cases. She provides personalized nutrition services based on the needs and habits of her clients. Her goal is to educate and consequently promote the adoption of new, healthy eating habits by her clients, always placing particular emphasis on psychological support and empowerment through counseling. She has attended numerous conferences, seminars, and workshops related to nutrition, exercise, obesity, and psychological support. Her guiding principle is always nutritional and psychological support as well as a holistic and individualized approach for each person, taking into account their desires and lifestyle. Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietetic and Nutrition Association.

Anna Georgiou BSc, MSc is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. She holds a degree from the Dietetics department of Queen Margaret University in Scotland and a postgraduate degree in "Applied Dietetics and Nutrition" from Harokopio University of Athens. She has worked as a Clinical Dietitian at the Athens Medical Center, and currently, in addition to her private practice, she works as a Dietitian-Nutritionist at IASIS Medical Diagnostic Centers. Finally, she is a regular member of the Hellenic Association of Dietitians-Nutritionists.

Diaitologiko Grafeio Ntelikou Mpenetou Natalia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist graduated from the International Hellenic University, with a master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from Roehampton University of London. Additionally, she is a certified Adult Educator & Health Coach from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She provides personalized nutrition programs tailored to individual needs and aims to change the individual's dietary mindset.

Η Σερεμέτη Σωτηρία είναι Κλινική Διαιτολόγος- Διατροφολόγος και διατηρεί το Διαιτολογικό γραφείο "ClinEat" στην περιοχή της Αργυρούπολης. Αποφοίτησε από το Τμήμα Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας- Διατροφής της Σχολής Επιστημών Υγείας και Αγωγής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Κατέχει Μεταπτυχιακό Δίπλωμα στην Εφαρμοσμένη Διαιτολογία- Διατροφή με κατεύθυνση την Κλινική Διατροφή του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών καθώς και εξειδίκευση στο Health Coaching από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Η Κουτρουλή Ασπασία, BSc, MSc είναι απόφοιτη του Τμήματος Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας του Ανώτατου Τεχνολογικού Εκπαιδευτικού Ιδρύματος Κρήτης, ενώ κατέχει Μεταπτυχιακό Δίπλωμα Ειδίκευσης στη Διατροφή στην Υγεία και την Νόσο του Τμήματος Ιατρικής του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας κι εξειδίκευση ως Personal Trainer Nutrition Coach από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Έχει ασχοληθεί ερευνητικά με την πρόληψη καρδιαγγειακών νοσημάτων, όπως το έμφραγμα του μυοκαρδίου. Πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική της άσκηση στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών «Κοργιαλένειο- Μπενάκειο Ε.Ε.Σ.» στο τμήμα Κλινικής Διατροφής. Έχει εργαστεί σε γνωστή αλυσίδα Γυμναστηρίων στη θέση Διαιτολόγου- Διατροφολόγου καθώς και σε φαρμακεία ως Διαιτολόγος- Διατροφολόγος κι Επιστημονικός Συνεργάτης. 

Kritsini Olga is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Chalandri. She is a graduate of the University of Crete and contributes articles to various scientific websites on topics of nutrition and wellness. She has extensive experience in a Dietetic Unit and an Endocrinology Clinic in Athens. Additionally, she has participated in and attended numerous conferences, workshops, and seminars.

Η Κοκολοπούλου Αλεξάνδρα είναι Διαιτολόγος – Διατροφολόγος, MSc με άδεια ασκήσεως επαγγέλματος και πραγματοποιεί επισκέψεις κατ' οίκον και online . Είναι πτυχιούχος του τμήματος Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας του Ανώτατου Τεχνολογικού Εκπαιδευτικού Ιδρύματος Καρδίτσας και κάτοχος του μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου «Διατροφή στην υγεία και την νόσο» από το τμήμα Ιατρικής του Πανεπιστημίου  Θεσσαλίας. Έχει πιστοποιημένη επιμόρφωση στην Γνωστική Συμπεριφοριστική Θεραπεία από το Εθνικό & Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Στη διάρκεια των σπουδών της πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική της άσκηση σε ιδιωτικό διαιτολογικό γραφείο των Αθηνών όπου απέκτησε εμπειρία πάνω σε φυσιολογικές και παθολογικές καταστάσεις περιστατικών. Dimitrios Tzirarkas is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who maintains a private practice in Aigaleo. He has 27 years of professional experience and has handled thousands of cases. He is a graduate of the Department of Food Technology and Nutrition of the Thessaloniki Higher Technological Educational Institute. He specialized in Clinical Nutrition at the General Hospital "Asklipieio" in Voula, acquiring valuable knowledge with greater emphasis on Diabetes cases. In the past, he served as Head Dietitian at Weight Loss and Aesthetic Centers and worked at Avgirinopoulou IEK as an instructor in the field of Nutrition. He is a member of the Hellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists (HADN) and regularly attends specialized seminars and conferences in the field of nutrition and dietetics. Recently, he successfully completed the University of Thessaly's educational program entitled "Nutrition and Mental Health," obtaining specialization (master practitioner) in cases of Eating Disorders (Bulimia, Anorexia Nervosa, Night Eating Syndrome).

Sklivagkou Nantia is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and runs her private practice in Neo-Psyhiko. She studied in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute in Thessaloniki and, after about two years, completed her postgraduate studies in England with an MSc in Sports and Exercise Nutrition. She specializes in Counseling, Weight Management, Clinical and Sports Nutrition, as well as Nutrition Education Programs for children. She has participated as a speaker at football academies in collaboration with OPAP, as well as in primary schools, presenting the importance of healthy and balanced nutrition. Mantikas Nikolaos is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Piraeus. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Queen Margaret University of Edinburgh and a Master's degree from the University of Kentucky, USA. He has observed and managed a large number of clinical nutritional cases, completing his practical training at the General Hospital of Attica KAT and the Attikon University General Hospital. She holds a Bachelor's degree (BSc) and a Doctorate (PhD) from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University, as well as a Master's degree (MSc) in "Nutrition and Public Health." She possesses significant professional experience and currently serves as an external Scientific Collaborator at Harokopio University on various research projects. Additionally, she has research experience reflected in numerous scientific publications and conference presentations. She specializes in nutritional counseling, obesity, and diabetes mellitus. Vamvakari Konstantina is a Dietitian-Nutritionist who has operated a private practice in Agios Dimitrios, Attica, since 2023. She graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Thessaly (formerly TEI of Thessaly) and is a member of the Hellenic Association of Dietitians-Nutritionists (HADN), holding a professional license. As part of her continuous education, she specialized with postgraduate studies in Clinical Nutrition at Harokopio University.

Vampouli Eleni - Anna and Associates are Dietitians - Nutritionists based in Zografou. Vampouli Eleni - Anna graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki (International Hellenic University) in 2013. During her undergraduate studies, she completed a clinical nutrition internship at the Pediatric Hospital "Agia Sofia". Additionally, she conducted her thesis at the Diabetology Center of the 1st Pediatric Clinic of the Medical School of the University of Athens, focusing on the nutritional education of children and adolescents with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus. In 2014, she graduated with honors from Glasgow Caledonian University, earning a master's degree in clinical nutrition (pathological conditions) titled "MSc Clinical Nutrition and Health". Subsequently, she worked at the same university as a teaching assistant for undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as a scientific collaborator on research projects. In 2016, she returned to Greece and worked as a scientific collaborator for the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University until 2020, participating in national and international research projects. Since 2017, she has provided home dietitian services in various areas of Athens. In 2018, she successfully completed the "Dietary Management and the Low FODMAP Diet in IBS" program at King’s College London, which pertains to the nutritional therapy of patients with Irritable Bowel Syndrome. She has presented the results of her research at international conferences. She is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians - Nutritionists Association (EDDE).
