Απέκτησε το πρώτο της πτυχίο στην Τεχνολογία Τροφίμων, όπου ανακάλυψε τη βαθιά σχέση ανάμεσα στα τρόφιμα και την υγεία. Ένα σημαντικό κομμάτι της πορείας της αφορά τις διαταραχές πρόσληψης τροφής και τη διαταραγμένη σχέση με το φαγητό, το σώμα και την εικόνα του. Αυτό περιλαμβάνει τόσο το λεγόμενο συναισθηματικό φαγητό, όσο και πιο σοβαρές κλινικές καταστάσεις όπως η ανορεξία, η βουλιμία ή η υπερφαγία. Πρόκειται για σύνθετες και απαιτητικές προκλήσεις που συχνά αντικατοπτρίζουν την προσπάθεια του ατόμου να κατανοήσει τον εαυτό του, να βρει ισορροπία και να βρει τη θέση του στον κόσμο.

Η προσέγγισή της δεν εστιάζει σε αριθμούς στη ζυγαριά, αλλά στη δημιουργία ουσιαστικών αλλαγών που μπορούν να διαρκέσουν στον χρόνο. Η αλλαγή δεν έρχεται με στέρηση και πίεση, αλλά με υπομονή και σταδιακή αποκατάσταση της σχέσης με το φαγητό και το σώμα.

Andreas Thomopoulos is an Endocrinologist - Diabetologist with a private practice in Marousi. He holds a degree from the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery at the University of Naples, Italy, and specialized in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital of Attica "Amalia Fleming," in Endocrinology at the Endocrinology Department of the General Hospital "Elena Venizelou," and in Endocrinology and Diabetology at the Endocrinology and Diabetology Department of the Regional General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas." Additionally, he specialized in ultrasound imaging of endocrine glands at the Radiology Department of the Specialized Anti-Cancer Hospital of Piraeus "Metaxas." He is the head of the Endocrinology Department at the Bioclinic of Athens and has served as the head of the Endocrinology - Diabetology Department at IKA Marousi. Η Καψάλη Χαρά είναι Ενδοκρινολόγος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στους Αμπελόκηπους. Daskalakis Aleksandros is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and has been running a private dietetic practice since 2020, following a patient-centered approach aimed at achieving realistic client goals with high success rates. He graduated from the University of Greenwich in the United Kingdom. He extended his studies by pursuing a postgraduate degree at Bolton University in nutrigenetic analysis and genetic testing. Dr. Kouveletsou Marina, MD, MSc, PhDc, is a Military Physician, Specialist in Internal Medicine – Diabetology, and maintains a private practice in Kallithea, while also serving as a Consultant at the 251 Air Force General Hospital. She is a PhD candidate at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a Medical Degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki Medical School and the Military School of Corps Officers (SSAS).

She specialized in Internal Medicine at the 1st University Teaching Internal Medicine Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens “Laiko” and at the 251 Air Force General Hospital. She holds a Master’s Degree (MSc) in “Diabetes Mellitus and Obesity” from the Medical School of the University of Athens with distinction (“Excellent”) and is specialized in diabetes mellitus and its complications at the Diabetology Center of the General Hospital of Athens “Laiko.”

Maria Aggeli is a dietitian-nutritionist, graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaly.

She completed her internship in the Dietetics-Nutrition department at the General Hospital of Athens "Korgialeneio-Benakeio," where she was trained in counseling, education, and nutritional support of patients.

She participated in the study "Macronutrient content and food exchanges for 48 Greek Mediterranean dishes," which was published in the scientific journal "Nutrition & Dietetics: the journal of the Dietitians Association of Australia."

As part of lifelong learning, she attended seminars related to the latest scientific data on nutrition as well as specialized training programs, such as the Clinical Nutrition program at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the "Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity" at the Center for Education and Treatment of Eating Disorders (K.E.A.D.D), and the "Counseling and Communication Skills for Dietitians" and "Beyond the Limits of Dieting" programs at the Center for Mental Applications (KE.PSY.EF.), aiming for a holistic approach to each individual.

Additionally, she worked in a pharmacy for six years, which gave her the opportunity to work closely with individuals experiencing health issues related to nutrition, such as hypertension, dyslipidemia, elevated uric acid, diabetes mellitus, gastroesophageal reflux disease, among others.

Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians-Nutritionists Association (HDNA) and, holding a professional license, she works as a freelancer in Keratea, Attica.

Dr. Daravagka Pinelopi is a Pathologist-Diabetologist. She maintains a clinic in Marousi and Drosia, Attica. She possesses extensive experience in managing pathological cases such as febrile illnesses-colds, bronchitis, urinary tract infections, among others. She manages the regulation of blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol-triglycerides, uric acid, etc. Having received specialized training in Diabetes Mellitus at the Diabetes Center of Laikon General Hospital, Dr. Daravagka handles cases of Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes, aiming for proper blood sugar control with the ultimate goal of preventing multiple complications. Kleio Xantziara is an Endocrinologist with a private practice in Goudi. She holds a PhD from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and is a graduate of the same institution. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Biology with a full scholarship from Harvard University. She is affiliated with the "Hygeia" and "Mitera" Hospitals.
