Thomopoulou Aleksia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who operates two private dietetic clinics, located in the Marousi area and Neos Psychiko. She completed a postgraduate program in International and Public Health and Nutritional Program Design at the University of Westminster in London, having previously studied at the Department of Nutrition of the University of Surrey, United Kingdom. Her extensive professional experience is noteworthy, as she has worked as a Dietitian in hospitals, companies, medical centers, and associations across Greece. Specifically, she was employed in the Oncology Department of the Medical School of Athens at the General Thoracic Diseases Hospital "Sotiria," where she specialized in the nutritional support of patients with neoplastic diseases. Additionally, she collaborated with the Home Care company “Medella” as a Scientific Advisor on issues related to cancer and the nutritional support of oncology patients. Simultaneously, she voluntarily provided her services as a Dietitian for the Hellenic Society of Palliative and Symptomatic Care for Cancer Patients (PARI.SY.A.) and the cancer patients’ association "K.E.F.I." Finally, she has been a collaborator of the Gastroenterology Department of the Athens Medical Center and the "THORAX" Institute. Throughout her career, she has participated in conferences—many of which she has addressed as a speaker—focusing on the nutrition of oncology patients.

Maria Mpalla is a Pediatrician - Child Neurologist and maintains a private practice in Psychiko, Athens. Concurrently, she collaborates with the Pediatric Clinic at the "MITERA" Children's Hospital and serves as a Scientific Associate in pediatric neurology at the 1st Pediatric University Clinic of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, at the "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital. Additionally, she has worked as a Pediatrician at the Aristotle Corinthian Educational Institute. She possesses extensive experience in pediatric dermatology, counseling and techniques for proper breastfeeding, child nutrition, developmental pediatrics, and pediatric neurology.

Efthymiou Theodora, is a pediatrician and maintains a private practice located in Chalandri since 2006, while she is also collaborating with SOS DOCTORS as a fully active member. SOS DOCTORS is the first Greek organization of freelance medical specialists dedicated in providing home medical services in emergencies 24/7. They have carried out very important research work, which includes presentations at scientific conferences and publications in recognized international medical journals and their philosophy is that it is an obligation of every SOS doctor to be immediately at the patient’s side, any time any day. In September 1990, Mrs. Efthymiou entered the medical faculty of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and graduated in 1996 with honors and an overall grade “Excellent”. After many years of experience as an SOS pediatrician, she offers medical services at home, where the child feels comfortable and safe. Athanasia Pagoni MD, MSc, PhDc is a Pediatrician with a private practice in Chalandri. She is a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has extensive experience in the field of pediatrics and obstetric care, having worked for five years at the General Children's Hospital "Agia Sofia," and since 2022, she has continued her professional career at the Maternity Hospital "Mitera." She has been an active member of the Athens Medical Association since 2012 and approaches her work with dedication, consistency, and a strong sense of responsibility towards her patients.

Dr. Karagkouni Ioanna Maria is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with private practices in Marousi and Markopoulo, Attica. Having completed her studies in Biology at Ruhr University Bochum and her doctorate in Molecular Physiology at the Max Planck Institute in Dortmund, she combines profound scientific knowledge with a passion for health promotion. Her subsequent training as a nutritionist at BTB, as well as specialization in food intolerance and nutritional psychology at HSD University of Applied Sciences, have enhanced her multifaceted profile. She actively collaborates with leading scientific organizations, such as the German Nutrition Society, the German Society for Nutritional Medicine, and the Hellenic Nutrition Society, and is a member of organizations including QUETHEB. Through continuous education and practical experience, she offers personalized nutritional solutions that improve health, metabolism, and the overall well-being of those who trust her.

Το διαιτολογικό γραφείο Geothrepsis | Βερλέκη Γεωργία εδρεύει στους Αμπελόκηπους στην Αθήνα από τον Δεκέμβριο του 2022. Η Βερλέκη Γεωργία είναι Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος και υπεύθυνη του διαιτολογικού γραφείου. Αποφοίτησε από το Ανώτατο Τεχνολογικό Εκπαιδευτικό Ίδρυμα Θεσσαλίας και, έπειτα, προχώρησε σε μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές με κατεύθυνση την Κλινική – Ιατρική Διατροφή, στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης. Vlami Mariantzela is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and Molecular Biologist - Geneticist with a private practice in Ampelokipoi, Athens. She graduated with honors from the Universities of Pisa and Trieste in Italy. She holds a master's degree in Dietetics - Nutrition and has also completed the "Clinical Nutrition" program at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Continuing her studies, she successfully completed the Harvard Medical School Course "Genetic Testing and Sequencing Technologies," receiving a scholarship. She specialized in Medical Genetics with a focus on Nutrigenetics (Functional Genomics of Human Nutrition - Clinical Nutrition). She has worked in the Department of Medical Genetics and Clinical Nutrition at the Pediatric Hospital IRCCS B. G. of Trieste, in the Department of Clinical Biochemistry at the University Hospital Cisanello of Pisa, and has extensive experience in counseling and nutritional education. Additionally, she has completed training programs in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Health Coaching. It is noteworthy that she was awarded by the University of Trieste for her experimental master's thesis entitled "Development of new genetic and immunological technologies in the diagnosis of celiac disease." She consistently participates in conferences and seminars, often as an instructor and speaker, staying updated on industry developments. Her method is based on nutrigenetic analysis, detailed history taking, and nutritional education, aiming for the highest possible personalization in nutrition to achieve optimal health and wellness outcomes based on the unique genotype, through the application of contemporary scientific knowledge and personalized approach. She holds a professional license as a Dietitian - Nutritionist in Greece with license number 701171 and a professional license in Italy with license number AA_083267.

Anna Gavrieli is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a dietetic office, the Nutrition Studio, in Ampelokipi (Athens Tower / Hippocrates) in Athens. She is a graduate and PhD holder from Harokopio University, with postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School/BIDMC. Additionally, she is a former research lead for Compass (BAMCO) at Google. She provides a wide range of nutritional support services for health, various conditions, and different life stages, but focuses on habit change for weight loss and weight loss maintenance. She firmly believes that lifestyle habit changes are the key for individuals to take control of their weight and health. Her philosophy is that in order for someone to achieve long-lasting results, they must change the habits that lead to problematic behaviors and consequently weight gain. Her goal is to investigate problematic habits and pleasantly restructure new ones based on existing behaviors. In this way, long-term maintenance of results can be achieved, allowing the individual to enjoy a healthy weight and an improved lifestyle.

Η Αρετή Δήμητρα Παινέση είναι Διαιτολόγος – Διατροφολόγος και εδρεύει στο Χαλάνδρι, πτυχιούχος του Τμήματος Διατροφής και Επιστήμης Τροφίμων από το Πανεπιστήμιο του Reading του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου, και κάτοχος δύο μεταπτυχιακών τίτλων (MSc Med Sci): στην Κλινική Διατροφή από το Πανεπιστήμιο της Γλασκώβης και στον Σακχαρώδη Διαβήτη & την Παχυσαρκία από την Ιατρική Σχολή Αθηνών.

Είναι επί σειρά ετών επιστημονική συνεργάτιδα στο ΙΑΣΩ Παίδων, όπου ασχολείται με τη διατροφική υποστήριξη παιδιών και εφήβων, τόσο για την απώλεια βάρους, όσο και για τη διαχείριση κλινικών περιστατικών, όπως αλλεργίες, δυστροφία και άλλες διατροφικές ή ιατρικές καταστάσεις που απαιτούν εξειδικευμένη υποστήριξη.
