Ο Ιατρός Κωνσταντίνος Θεμιστοκλής MD, MSc, PhD είναι Νευροχειρουργός και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στους Αμπελόκηπους. Ειδικεύτηκε στην Νευροχειρουργική (2018) μετά από την εκπαίδευση στην Α’ Πανεπιστημιακή Νευροχειρουργική Κλινική του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Αθηνών «Ο Ευαγγελισμός» (2013-2019). Εκεί απέκτησε ευρεία εμπειρία σε όλο το φάσμα της νευροχειρουργικής, καθώς και στην αντιμετώπιση της σπαστικότητας και του χρόνιου πόνου. Επίσης, έχει εργαστεί στην Νευροχειρουργική Κλινική του  Νοσοκομείου Royal Preston Hospital (2013) του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου σε θέση Neurosurgical Fellow (Junior level) και μετεκπαιδευτεί στις Νευροχειρουργικές Κλινικές των Νοσοκομείων St George’s Hospital (2019-2020) και Leeds General Infirmary (2020-2021), αποκτώντας εκτεταμένη εμπειρία στην νευροχειρουργική ογκολογία, στις επεμβάσεις βάσης κρανίου, στην αγγειακή νευροχειρουργική και στην χειρουργική σπονδυλικής στήλης.

Έπειτα εργάστηκε ως Επικουρικός Επιμελητής Νευροχειρουργικής στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών “Κοργιαλένειο-Μπενάκειο-ΕΕΣ” (2021-2024). Από το 2024 έως και σήμερα διατελεί σε θέση Επιμελητή Β’ του Ε.Σ.Υ., στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Πειραιά “Τζάνειο”.

Επίσης κατέχει τίτλο μεταπτυχιακών σπουδών μετά την ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος “Μεθοδολογία Ιατρικής Έρευνας, Βιοστατιστική και Κλινική Βιοπληροφορική” του Τμήματος Ιατρικής του Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλίας, καθώς και πιστοποιητικό εξειδικευμένης επιμόρφωσης ως Σύμβουλος Ιατρικής Δεοντολογίας και Βιοηθικής από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Από το 2023 είναι Διδάκτωρ  του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών, αφού ολοκλήρωσε την διδακτορική του έρευνα μελετώντας τον Νευροπροστατευτικό ρόλο της πρωτεΐνης Hamartin (TSC-1) κατά την εγκεφαλική ισχαιμία. Τα πειράματα διενεργήθηκαν στο Ίδρυμα Ιατροβιολογικών Ερευνών της Ακαδημίας Αθηνών, όπου και παραμένει μεταδιδακτορικός ερευνητής.

Έχοντας εκπαιδευτεί και εργαστεί σε μεγάλα νοσοκομειακά ιδρύματα του εξωτερικού και νοσοκομεία κορμού της Αττικής, διαθέτει μεγάλη εμπειρία για την αξιόπιστη αντιμετώπιση νευροχειρουργικών παθήσεων, παθήσεων σπονδυλικής στήλης και του χρόνιου πόνου.

Pappa Lina is an Acupuncturist who operates a private clinic specializing in Acupuncture and Aesthetic Medicine in Agia Paraskevi. She holds a medical degree from the G. D'Annunzio Medical School in Chieti, Italy, with postgraduate training at the International Council of Medical Acupuncture and Related Techniques (ICMART) and at the European Cosmetic Academy of Chinese Acupuncture (Dr. Radha Thambirajah). The physician has extensive experience in pain management and aesthetic medicine and has also obtained relevant certification from the Italian School of Mesotherapy. Additionally, she is a member of the Athens Medical Association, the Hellenic Medical Acupuncture Society, and a founding member of the Hellenic Medical Mesotherapy Society.

Η Λιανού Κατερίνα είναι Φυσικοθεραπεύτρια , Επιστημονικά Υπεύθυνη και Συνιδρύτρια του Πρότυπου Κέντρου Φυσικοθεραπείας " JP FITNESS " στην Καλλιθέα, από το 2018 έως και σήμερα. 

Ήταν συνιδρύτρια και επιστημονική υπεύθυνη του Πρότυπου Κέντρου Φυσικοθεραπείας “Κίνηση & Θεραπεία” από το 2004 έως και το 2017.

Είναι βασική καθηγήτρια : της “Studio One Sports & Fitness School, με αντικείμενο: την Αθλητική Tραυματιολογία, Ανατομία και Εμβιομηχανική από το 2010 έως και σήμερα στα διπλώματα Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga.

Ήταν βασική καθηγήτρια : στη σχολή “Athens Yoga” με αντικείμενο ανατομία και κινησιολογία στο δίπλωμα της Yoga από το 2012 έως και το 2019 και βασική καθηγήτρια σε workshops με θέμα Myofascial Release And Trigger Point Therapy από το 2016 έως και σήμερα.

Έχει συμμετάσχει στην συγγραφή του εγχειριδίου: του Studio One, στην ειδικότητα του personal training στο κομμάτι της Αθλητικής Τραυματολογίας και των Ειδικών Πληθυσμών, αλλά και στη συγγραφή και έκδοση βιβλίου με τη συμμετοχή του καθηγητή Dr V.Zelev με θέμα ασκήσεις με Swiss Ball σε ασθενείς με δισκοπάθεια.

Αριθμεί πολλές δημοσιεύσεις και έχει υπάρξει ομιλήτρια σε δεκάδες συνέδρια.

Είναι μέλος: του Πανελληνίου Συλλόγου Φυσικοθεραπευτών της Ελληνικής Επιστημονικής Εταιρείας και της Bulgarian Association of Physiotherapists.

Είναι απόφοιτη του Πανεπιστημίου N.S.A με ειδικότητα φυσικοθεραπείας, βαθμό κλινικής πρακτικής άριστα και θέμα διπλωματικής εργασίας : " κινησιοθεραπεία μετά από μηχανική βλάβη του περονιαίου νεύρου" στην οποία αρίστευσε.

Απόκτησε την εργασιακή της εμπειρία: σε κέντρο Αποκατάστασης και στο “Ερρίκος Ντυνάν” Hospital Center, ασχολούμενη με ασθενείς με αθλητικές κακώσεις, μυοσκελετικά, νευρολογικά, καρδιαγγειακά και αναπνευστικά προβλήματα επί σειρά ετών.

Έχει εκπονήσει διδακτορικό τίτλο με θέμα : την αντιμετώπιση του αντανακλαστικού πόνου στην οσφυϊκή μοίρα της σπονδυλικής στήλης σε ασθενείς με δισκοπάθεια.
