Dietitian - Nutritionist with experience in Cancer and nutrition in Athens

Grigoriou Vasiliki (Valia) is a Clinical Dietitian – Nutritionist, a graduate of Harokopio University and holds a postgraduate degree in Clinical Dietetics from the University of Glasgow. She operates private practices in Kolonaki and Thrakomakedones and directs the Model Dietetic Center "Nutricenter". She is the scientific head of nutrition at the 4th Oncology Clinic of Metropolitan Hospital and an external collaborator at Hygeia Hospital, specializing in oncological nutrition (gastrointestinal, lung, gynecological cancers) and reconstructive cases. She also has significant experience in bariatric cases, having collaborated with distinguished physicians such as Surgeon Konstantinos Albanopoulos and Plastic Surgeon Nektarios Ntountoulakis. Since early 2025, she has been active in the field of sports nutrition, supporting the Hellenic Olympic Rowing Federation. Additionally, she conducts nutrition seminars for employees at companies such as Nutricia, Danaos Shipping, Inditex, etc. Moreover, the specialist has extensive teaching experience, having worked for years in public and private IEKs (Institutes of Vocational Training). Finally, she is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians, actively participates in conferences, and is involved in print and electronic media, promoting the science of Nutrition with scientific credibility.  

Ektor Kappatos-Koutroumpas is a Dietitian – Nutritionist, and his office “Healthier with Ektor” is located in the Mavili Square area. He holds a master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Aberdeen (Medical School), is a holder of the European Diploma in Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN), the leading European clinical nutrition qualification, has been trained in the Low-FODMAP diet for managing irritable bowel syndrome symptoms by Life Academy, and in Eating Disorders through the training program of KEADD (Hellenic Center for Education and Management of Eating Disorders), under the auspices of the British Psychological Society. He also holds a certification in the program of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) titled "Stress Management and Health." He collaborates with psychologist - child psychologist Alexandra Kappatou as the head of the Dietetics Department. He has taught the course of Sports Nutrition for 2 years in the postgraduate program at the Scientific College of Greece (SCG) and has experience working in a private dietetic office. He is a co-creator and co-administrator of the dietitians’ group “Food for ... Αικατερίνη Παυλοπούλου, Msc

Αποφοίτησε από το Τμήμα Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας-Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και συνέχισε τις σπουδές στο ίδιο Πανεπιστήμιο αποκτώντας το Μεταπτυχιακό της δίπλωμα στην Εφαρμοσμένη Διαιτολογία-Διατροφή με κατεύθυνση τη «Διατροφή και Άσκηση». Κατά τη μετεκπαίδευσή της, παρακολούθησε το πρόγραμμα του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών για την αποτελεσματική συμβουλευτική και τις στρατηγικές αλλαγής συμπεριφοράς των διαιτώμενων. Παράλληλα, ολοκλήρωσε το πρόγραμμα «Ειδικής Αθλητικής Διατροφής» υπό την αιγίδα της Ακαδημίας Αθλητικής Διατροφής της Αγγλίας.

Ιωάννα Οικονομοπούλου, MMedSci

Είναι απόφοιτη του τμήματος Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας – Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και κάτοχος μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου σπουδών «Η Διατροφή στην Υγεία και στη Νόσο» από το τμήμα της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας. Παράλληλα, έχει ολοκληρώσει μετεκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα στην Παιδιατρική Διατροφή από το Monash University.

Με πολυετή εμπειρία στη διαχείριση κλινικών περιστατικών, στη ρύθμιση βάρους, στη διατροφική υποστήριξη αθλητών, παιδιών και ενηλίκων, καθώς και στη διατροφική εκπαίδευση, οι ειδικοί έχουν βοηθήσει εκατοντάδες ανθρώπους να βελτιώσουν την υγεία τους και να υιοθετήσουν έναν πιο ισορροπημένο τρόπο ζωής.

Η Βερλέκη Γεωργία είναι Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος και υπεύθυνη του διαιτολογικού γραφείου. Αποφοίτησε από το Ανώτατο Τεχνολογικό Εκπαιδευτικό Ίδρυμα Θεσσαλίας και, έπειτα, προχώρησε σε μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές με κατεύθυνση την Κλινική – Ιατρική Διατροφή, στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης. Διαθέτει επαγγελματική και κλινική εμπειρία από το 2016, αφού έχει εργασθεί ως Κλινική Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος στη Γενική Κλινική Metropolitan General, συμμετείχε στο σχεδιασμό της υπηρεσίας, «Υπηρεσία Εξατομικευμένης Διατροφικής Φροντίδας – Advanced Patient Nutrition», του Γενικού και Γυναικολογικού / Μαιευτικού Νοσοκομείου ΜΗΤΕΡΑ και εργαζόταν, παράλληλα, ως Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος σε ιδιωτικό διαιτολογικό γραφείο των Αθηνών. Την εξάμηνη πρακτική της άσκηση ολοκλήρωσε επιτυχώς στην Γενική Κλινική ΙΑΣΩ General. Είναι μέλος της Ένωσης Διαιτολόγων Διατροφολόγων Ελλάδας (ΕΔΔΕ) από το 2016. Στο ιδιωτικό της γραφείο πραγματοποιεί όλες τις συνεδρίες, για φυσιολογικές και παθολογικές καταστάσεις, ενηλίκων, παιδιών, εφήβων, εγκύων, θηλαζουσών και ατόμων τρίτης ηλικίας. Tsiakla Xara is a Dietitian-Nutritionist practicing privately in Ampelokipoi, Attica. She graduated from the Department of "Nutrition Science and Dietetics" at Harokopio University. She holds a Master's degree in "Applied Dietetics" with a specialization in Clinical Nutrition and expertise in Eating Disorders and Obesity from KEADD, awarded by the same educational institution. Additionally, she has certified training in "Cognitive Behavioral Therapy" from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and "Training in Psychological Science" from the University of the Aegean. She has attended numerous nutrition conferences both in-person and online, covering a wide range of topics. Furthermore, she has collaborated with a medical aesthetics center and has managed numerous cases involving weight loss and nutritional education. Finally, for several years, she worked in the specialized nutrition products industry, gaining significant experience in clinical conditions such as cancer, inflammatory bowel diseases, and enteral nutrition.

Thomopoulou Aleksia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who operates two private dietetic clinics, located in the Marousi area and Neos Psychiko. She completed a postgraduate program in International and Public Health and Nutritional Program Design at the University of Westminster in London, having previously studied at the Department of Nutrition of the University of Surrey, United Kingdom. Her extensive professional experience is noteworthy, as she has worked as a Dietitian in hospitals, companies, medical centers, and associations across Greece. Specifically, she was employed in the Oncology Department of the Medical School of Athens at the General Thoracic Diseases Hospital "Sotiria," where she specialized in the nutritional support of patients with neoplastic diseases. Additionally, she collaborated with the Home Care company “Medella” as a Scientific Advisor on issues related to cancer and the nutritional support of oncology patients. Simultaneously, she voluntarily provided her services as a Dietitian for the Hellenic Society of Palliative and Symptomatic Care for Cancer Patients (PARI.SY.A.) and the cancer patients’ association "K.E.F.I." Finally, she has been a collaborator of the Gastroenterology Department of the Athens Medical Center and the "THORAX" Institute. Throughout her career, she has participated in conferences—many of which she has addressed as a speaker—focusing on the nutrition of oncology patients.

Kouvatsos Filippos  is a Dietitian-Nutritionist who runs a private dietetics office in Koropi and Dafni. Additionally, he is a scientific associate at the MTS Alternative Therapy Center in Lamia and the Nutrition Center of the Municipality of Paleou Faliro. She also provides remote consultations across Greece (Syros, Thiva, Crete, Volos, Lamia) and internationally (Cyprus, USA, Dubai, Germany).

He studied Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and has been trained in Western and Chinese herbal medicine, Hippocratic nutrition, and acupuncture at the Academy of Ancient Greek and Chinese Medicine. Furthermore, he has given presentations at educational seminars and has worked as a scientific associate for FAGE and Thermes Spa.
