Ntalara Eirini was born and raised in Thessaloniki. Her studies in the field of Dietetics began as a Specialist in Dietary Applications. She then continued her studies at the School of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki. Subsequently, she completed a postgraduate program in Clinical Nutrition at the International Hellenic University. She undertook her internship at the Haitoglou Industry S.A. in food quality control, as well as a second internship at the AHEPA University Hospital in Clinical Nutrition. Continuing her education, she trained in a three-year program specializing in Body-Centered Gestalt Psychotherapy at the Unity Energetics school. Alongside her academic training, for the past 11 years, she has been involved in nutritional support and individualized diet plans for pathological conditions as well as eating disorders, following her studies in psychotherapy. Since dietary habits often significantly reflect aspects of our mental state, and each directly or indirectly influences the other, she also contributes to the work of the social clinic for uninsured individuals in Thessaloniki as a volunteer in the nutrition department. She is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians - Nutritionists Association (EDDE).

Kyritsis Aleksandros is a General Surgeon who maintains a private practice in Thessaloniki, collaborating with major private clinics in the city. He has delivered presentations at international surgical conferences in the United Kingdom and the USA. He remains an active member of the Medical Council of England and a member of the American Society of Laparoscopic Surgeons, while periodically continuing to offer his services as a Specialist General Surgeon at the "Manchester Royal Infirmary" hospital in the United Kingdom.

Kapoulas Spyros is a General Surgeon and maintains his private practice in Panorama. He holds a Medical degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a Doctorate from the same University. Since 2021, she has been operating a dietetic practice in the center of Thessaloniki, helping individuals improve their health and quality of life through nutrition.

Kyziridis Dimitrios is a General Surgeon who maintains a private practice in Thessaloniki. He holds a PhD from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (A.U.Th.). Additionally, he is a Diplomate of the European Society of Surgical Oncology for the management of peritoneal malignancy and a collaborator of the peritoneal malignancy program at the Euromedica Cyan Cross clinic, while also specializing in the treatment of anal diseases. From September 2023 to October 2024, he served as a Scientific Collaborator of the 4th University Surgical Clinic of A.U.Th. at the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "G. Papanikolaou," actively participating in surgeries, on-call duties, and the clinic's teaching activities. He has participated in numerous seminars and conferences both in Greece and abroad and is the author of numerous announcements and papers in Greek and international journals.

O Αθανάσιος Ξάκης γεννήθηκε στον Πολύγυρο Χαλκιδικής στις 22 Ιανουαρίου του 1994. Φοίτησε με αθλητική και ακολούθως μαθητική υποτροφία στο λύκειο των Εκπαιδευτηρίων Μαντουλίδη από όπου και τελικώς αποφοίτησε με άριστα το 2011. Κατά τη διάρκεια της μαθητικής του πορείας έλαβε αποδοχές και υποτροφίες για φοίτηση σε διακεκριμένα πανεπιστήμια των Ηνωμένων Πολιτειών της Αμερικής και του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου. 

Σπούδασε Ιατρική στο Πανεπιστήμιο Ιωαννίνων. Κατά τη διάρκεια των σπουδών του υπήρξε μέλος του Εργαστηρίου Ανατομίας, υπεύθυνος για την εκπαίδευση και την ένταξη νέων φοιτητών ιατρικής καθώς επίσης συμμετείχε σε πληθώρα σεμιναρίων και παρουσιάσεων σε διεθνή συνέδρια. 

Μετά το πέρας των σπουδών του πραγματοποίησε Κλινική Άσκηση στη Χειρουργική στο Faculty of Medicine, Public Health and Nursing, Universitas Gadjah Mada στην Yogyakarta της Ινδονησίας καθώς επίσης και Κλινική Άσκηση στην Αγγειοχειρουργική στο University Medical Centre Utrecht στην Ουτρέχτη της Ολλανδίας. 

Εργάστηκε ως ειδικευόμενος Χειρουργικής στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Σερρών για 2 έτη και στη συνέχεια στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Θεσσαλονίκης Γ. Παπαγεωργίου για 4 έτη, από όπου και έλαβε τον τίτλο ειδικότητας. Κατά τη διάρκεια της ειδικότητας του συμμετείχε και σε πληθώρα χειρουργείων ως βοηθός χειρουργός του Τμήματος Χειρουργικής Ήπατος Χοληφόρων-Παγκρέατος της Κλινικής Άγιος Λουκάς, στο Πανόραμα Θεσσαλονίκης. 

Μετά την ολοκλήρωση της ειδικότητας μετεκπαιδεύτηκε στη Χειρουργική Ήπατος, Χοληφόρων, Παγκρέατος & Μεταμοσχεύσεων Ήπατος στο Organ Transplantation Center, China Medical University Hospital στην Taichung της Ταϊβάν. 

Από τον Αύγουστο του 2025 εργάζεται ως Επιμελητής Χειρουργός στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Θεσσαλονίκης Γ. Παπανικολάου ενώ παράλληλα αποτελεί Συνεργάτη Χειρουργό της Κλινικής Άγιος Λουκάς. 

Είναι μέλος του Ιατρικού Συλλόγου Θεσσαλονίκης, ενώ υπήρξε και μέλος Οργανωτικών Επιτροπών μεγάλου αριθμού τοπικών και διεθνών Συνεδρίων και Ημερίδων. 

Είναι κάτοχος του Μεταπτυχιακού Διπλώματος Ειδίκευσης στη Χειρουργική Ογκολογία του Πεπτικού Συστήματος του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστήμιου Θεσσαλονίκης και υποψήφιος κάτοχος του Μεταπτυχιακού Διπλώματος Ειδίκευσης στον Καρκίνο του Παγκρέατος του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας.

Έχει παρακολουθήσει πληθώρα σεμιναρίων και συνεδρίων τόσο διεθνών όσο και του εξωτερικού, έχει παρουσιάσει ως ομιλητής σημαντικό αριθμό προφορικών ανακοινώσεων με αντίστοιχες τιμητικές διακρίσεις και βραβεία ενώ έχει συμμετάσχει και στη δημοσίευση επιστημονικών άρθρων σε διακεκριμένα περιοδικά του εξωτερικού.
