Ξεκίνησε την επαγγελματική του πορεία σε κέντρα αποκατάστασης, όπου ασχολήθηκε κυρίως με τη μετεγχειρητική αποκατάσταση και την επαναφορά της λειτουργικής κινητικότητας ασθενών συμβάλλοντας ουσιαστικά στη βελτίωση της ποιότητας ζωής τους. Στη συνέχεια, ανέλαβε θέση επιστημονικού υπευθύνου σε φυσικοθεραπευτήριο για διάστημα δύο ετών με κύριο αντικείμενο την αξιολόγηση και αποκατάσταση αθλητών καθώς και τη διαχείριση μυοσκελετικών παθήσεων στον ενήλικο πληθυσμό. Έχει σημαντική εμπειρία στον χώρο του αθλητισμού, έχοντας συνεργαστεί με αθλητικά σωματεία, κυρίως ποδοσφαιρικές ομάδες, παρέχοντας υποστήριξη τόσο εντός γηπέδου όσο και κατά τη διαδικασία αποκατάστασης τραυματισμών. Επιστημονικοί υπεύθυνοι του κέντρου είναι ο Γεώργιος Ποδόγυρος, BSc Physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates Instructor, CKTP και ο Ηλίας Ασημάκης, BSc Physiotherapy, OMPT, Cert Acu, δύο φυσικοθεραπευτές με ισχυρό ακαδημαϊκό υπόβαθρο, πολυετή κλινική εμπειρία και συνεχή επιμόρφωση.

Ο Γιώργος Ποδόγυρος είναι απόφοιτος του University of East London (BSc Physiotherapy) με κατεύθυνση στη μυοσκελετική/ορθοπεδική φυσικοθεραπεία. Είναι εξειδικευμένος στη θεραπευτική άσκηση και Clinical Instructor στο Pilates, ενώ διαθέτει πιστοποιήσεις στον βιοϊατρικό βελονισμό και την ξηρά βελόνα, στο Manual Therapy, στη θεραπεία μυοπεριτονιακού πόνου, στην τεχνική ERGON (IASTM) και στο Kinesio Taping. Έχει εργαστεί στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο (St John’s Wood Physiotherapy & Kensington Physiotherapy), στο κέντρο αποκατάστασης «Φιλοκτήτης» σε νευρολογικά περιστατικά, καθώς και στο ΙΑΣΩ General σε μετεγχειρητική αποκατάσταση.

Ο Ηλίας Ασημάκης είναι απόφοιτος του Τμήματος Φυσικοθεραπείας Στερεάς Ελλάδας και τακτικό μέλος του Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Φυσικοθεραπευτών. Από το 2022 φέρει τον διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένο τίτλο Ειδικού Μυοσκελετικού Φυσικοθεραπευτή (OMPT), πιστοποιημένο από την IFOMPT, ενώ είναι και πιστοποιημένος Ειδικός Βελονισμού από το Πανεπιστήμιο Δυτικής Αττικής. Εξειδικεύεται στην αποκατάσταση μυοσκελετικών παθήσεων, στη θεραπευτική άσκηση, στη μέθοδο McKenzie για προβλήματα σπονδυλικής στήλης, στο Manual Therapy, στο Taping και στις τεχνικές IASTM-ERGON.Η φιλοσοφία του Arthrokinetics βασίζεται στη λεπτομερή αξιολόγηση, στην εξατομικευμένη θεραπευτική παρέμβαση και στη διαρκή παρακολούθηση της προόδου, με έμφαση στη λειτουργική αποκατάσταση και στην ενεργή συμμετοχή του ασθενή στη θεραπεία του.Στο Arthrokinetics Physio Center, η επιστημονική εξειδίκευση συνδυάζεται με σύγχρονες θεραπευτικές μεθόδους και ανθρώπινη προσέγγιση, προσφέροντας ολοκληρωμένες λύσεις αποκατάστασης με επαγγελματισμό, συνέπεια και σεβασμό.

Mr. Siopis Xristos is an Orthopedic Surgeon with private practices in Thessaloniki (28 Agias Sofias, 2nd Floor) and Veria (32 El. Venizelou, 3rd Floor). He is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Thessaly. Since 2021, he has been a Collaborating Surgeon at the A’ Orthopedic Clinic of the Interbalkan Medical Center of Thessaloniki and a direct collaborator of Dr. Stylianos Kapetanakis in the Spine & Deformities Department. Simultaneously, he serves as a Collaborating Physician at the Athens Medical Center in Marousi and Psychiko. He specializes in knee and hip arthroplasties with customized implants, spinal surgery, knee and shoulder arthroscopies, as well as pediatric orthopedics. In his private practices, he provides a wide range of services tailored to the individual needs of each patient, always with respect to the patient himself.

Xatziliadis Georgios and Xatziliadi Anastasia are Physiotherapists based in Marousi. Xatziliadis Georgios holds degrees in Physiotherapy and Medicine from the University of West Attica and the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, respectively. He possesses extensive professional experience, having served as a Physiotherapist - Department Head at the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens and at the 414 Military Hospital of Special Diseases for 28 consecutive years. Xatziliadi Anastasia is a graduate of the Physiotherapy Department of the University of Thessaly and also holds a degree from the Department of Physical Education at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She has five years of professional experience in Greece and France. In their private clinic, they offer a wide range of services and are equipped to provide personalized solutions for orthopedic, rheumatologic, and other conditions.

Ο Γιάννης Γεωργαντάκης είναι Eιδικός Ιατρός Φυσικής Ιατρικής και Αποκατάστασης διατηρώντας το ιδιωτικό ιατρείο του στο Μαρούσι. Είναι απόφοιτος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Κρήτης και έχει ολοκληρώσει την ειδικότητά του στη Φυσική Ιατρική και Αποκατάσταση, με εκπαίδευση στο Εθνικό Ίδρυμα Αποκατάστασης Αναπήρων – Αγίων Αναργύρων και στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο «Ασκληπιείο Βούλας». Έχει παρακολουθήσει πληθώρα εξειδικευμένων σεμιναρίων και εκπαιδευτικών προγραμμάτων στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό, με αντικείμενα που αφορούν τον βελονισμό, την αντιμετώπιση του πόνου, τη διάγνωση και θεραπεία μέσω της παραδοσιακής κινεζικής ιατρικής, τις ενεργειακές προσεγγίσεις, τον ωτικό βελονισμό, τις τεχνικές Balance Method Acupuncture, τη νηματοειδή πυρακτωμένη βελόνα, το Si Yuan Ba Zi και την Εφαρμοσμένη Κινησιολογία.

Η Ιωάννα Βούζα είναι Φυσιοθεραπεύτρια - Βελονίστρια και συνεργάτιδα στο ιατρείο, απόφοιτη του τμήματος Φυσικοθεραπείας του Τ.Ε.Ι. Θεσσαλονίκης και έχει ειδικευθεί στο Ιπποκράτειο Γενικό Περιφερειακό Νοσοκομείο Θεσσαλονίκης. Έχει εκπαιδευτεί σε σύγχρονες μεθόδους φυσικοθεραπείας, όπως McKenzie, Bobath και P.N.F., καθώς και στον βελονισμό και την Παραδοσιακή Κινεζική Ιατρική, με μετεκπαίδευση στο Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine στην Κίνα.

Έχει παρακολουθήσει πλήθος εξειδικευμένων σεμιναρίων σε τεχνικές βελονισμού, αντιμετώπισης του πόνου, ωτικού και κρανιακού βελονισμού, Korean Hand Therapy, Applied Kinesiology και άλλες συμπληρωματικές θεραπευτικές προσεγγίσεις. Έχει ολοκληρώσει επίσης Πιστοποιημένο Επιστημονικό Πρόγραμμα Εκπαίδευσης στον Βελονισμό στο Πανεπιστήμιο Δυτικής Αττικής. Η πτυχιακή της εργασία αφορά τον «Βελονισμό και την Εξωσωματική Γονιμοποίηση - Θέματα Υπογονιμότητας».

Paris Christogeorgos, MD, MSc, is an Orthopaedic Surgeon and Traumatologist specialising in Spinal Disorders and Spine Surgery.

He graduated from the School of Medicine at the University of Crete and holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in “Exercise and Health”, awarded with Distinction by the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

He completed his training in General Surgery at the 251 Hellenic Air Force General Hospital (2014–2015).

He subsequently undertook and completed his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology at the General Hospital of Athens “G. Gennimatas” (2016–2021), where he gained extensive experience in the diagnosis and surgical management of complex fractures, traumatic injuries, chronic degenerative conditions and deformities of both the upper and lower limbs.

As part of his orthopaedic training, he completed a clinical rotation at the Scoliosis and Spine Department of KAT General Hospital (2019–2020), where he gained experience in the comprehensive management of the full spectrum of spinal disorders, complex deformities and spinal injuries. He also received training in Paediatric Orthopaedics at “Agia Sofia” Children's Hospital (2020–2021), gaining extensive experience in the management of injuries and deformities affecting the paediatric population.

In 2023, he undertook a clinical fellowship at the Centre for Spinal Studies and Surgery, Queen’s Medical Centre, Nottingham University Hospitals, in Nottingham, United Kingdom. This is an internationally recognised Centre of Excellence and Referral Centre for spinal disorders, deformities and injuries, as well as an AO Spine Training Centre.

In 2025, he further advanced his training through a short-term fellowship at the Pediatric Spine Surgery Unit, Sant Joan de Déu Children's Hospital, in Barcelona, Spain, where he participated in surgical procedures involving children and adolescents with complex spinal deformities and disorders.

In 2026, he also completed a short-term fellowship at the Spine Neurosurgery Unit, Santa Casa de Porto Alegre, Hospital São José, in Porto Alegre, Brazil. His training focused on surgical techniques and procedures for the correction of complex spinal deformities, degenerative conditions, primary and metastatic spinal tumours, as well as spinal infections in adults.

Currently, he works as a Consultant Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon at the Spine Surgery Department –Centre for Scoliosis, Trauma and Spine Oncology, Eurospine Surgical Spine Centre of Excellence, at Metropolitan General Hospital in Athens, Greece.

Since 2019, he has also been involved in teaching the undergraduate and postgraduate medical students of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in the seminar entitled “First Aid – Orthopaedic Emergencies”.

He is fluent in English and German.

He actively participates in national and international medical conferences and educational seminars and is engaged in clinical and academic research.
