Restemi Eugenia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a private practice in Evosmos. She studied at the Technological Educational Institute (TEI) of Sindos and completed her studies by submitting her thesis on "Malnutrition in Hospitalized Patients" at AHEPA Hospital of Thessaloniki, which was presented at the 8th Macedonian Congress on Nutrition and Dietetics in October 2008. Subsequently, she completed her internship in the research program "Eu Zine" at EUROMEDICA Central Clinic of Thessaloniki, which involved the regulation and models of body weight change in psychiatric patients receiving antipsychotics and the impact of a long-term study on body weight and physical fitness. Sali Ioanna MSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist - Sports Dietitian and operates a dietetic office in Chalkida. She holds a degree from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the International Hellenic University and a postgraduate degree from Harokopio University. She is currently a Scientific Collaborator at Harokopio University and participates in the "National Action Against Childhood Obesity", a program of the Ministry of Health in collaboration with UNICEF. She has experience with a wide range of cases, focusing on clinical nutrition (diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, etc.) and sports nutrition in both adults and children. Additionally, she provides personalized nutrition plans for breastfeeding women, pregnant women, and individuals with eating disorders. Her goal is to promote lifestyle changes, the adoption of healthy habits without deprivation, and the improvement of individuals' relationship with food. She regularly participates in nutrition conferences and seminars and frequently speaks on nutrition topics in schools and sports teams.

Kouri Eirini is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a private practice in Nea Smyrni. She holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki, with postgraduate studies at Harokopio University (clinical dietitian). She has a master's degree in eating disorders, obesity, and childhood obesity, as well as a specialization in sports nutrition.

He is a graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Larissa and holds a master's degree from the Department of Medicine at the University of Thessaly, with a thesis on "Nutrition in Health and Disease." His practical training was completed in the dietetic department of the "Paediatric Agia Sofia" hospital, where he provided nutritional counseling to parents of children suffering from various metabolic diseases and autoimmune disorders, the most prominent of which are diabetes, celiac disease, and cystic fibrosis. His passion for education in the field of nutrition led him to attend numerous conferences/seminars, the most significant being "Specialist in Sports Nutrition" from the Ergometric Center for Nutrition and Exercise "Peak Performance." He also obtained additional certifications in Sports Nutrition, basic principles of Nutrition and Dietetics, seminars on the accurate diagnosis of hematological tests, as well as training in managing various autoimmune symptoms.
