The scientific director is Nutritionist - Dietitian Eydiet - Doudoulakaki Ioanna, a graduate of the Mediterranean University of Nutrition and Dietetics of Crete, having received 2 state scholarships and recently the award "HEALTH EAGLES 2026" among 89,000 dietetic offices throughout Greece. Markada Al Xasount Aleksandra is a Dietitian practicing in Galatsi. She studied at the University of Hertfordshire and has worked as a Dietitian at the Cardiology Clinic of the University General Hospital "Attikon" and at Metaxa Hospital. She possesses extensive experience and manages issues such as the management of diabetes mellitus, obesity, eating disorders, nutritional counseling, clinical nutrition, and more.

Ioanna Lampridou is a Dietitian-Nutritionist based in Kolonaki. She graduated from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, Scotland, where she obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Dietetics-Nutrition. As part of her practical training, she worked in the Clinical Dietetics-Nutrition department of the 424 General Military Hospital of Thessaloniki. She holds specialized certifications such as "Health Behavior Change" from Yale University, "Science of Exercise" from the University of Colorado Boulder, and "Mindfulness and Well-being" from Rice University. In 2025, she will also complete her training as a Master Practitioner in the fields of Obesity-Metabolic Syndrome and Eating Disorders.

She maintains a private practice in Kolonaki, providing personalized nutritional support to individuals with conditions such as autoimmune diseases, obesity, and malnutrition. Additionally, she collaborates with the Dementia Counseling Station of the Municipality of Papagou-Cholargos through the LLM CARE program, where she offers nutritional assessment and support to both people with dementia and their caregivers, informing them about appropriate dietary practices that can improve patients' quality of life.

She has also worked with private educational centers, sharing her experience and knowledge with students in the nutrition field. Grivea Ifigeneia - Nourish Lab is a clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Metamorfosi, Attica. She is a graduate of Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. She holds certified training in genomic nutrition from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she has received training from the Hellenic Nutrition Society in pediatric nutrition. She has attended numerous nutrition conferences both in-person and virtually. She has many years of experience in chronic, metabolic, and autoimmune diseases, having served as the scientific director of the nutrition department in a private clinic in Attica. Papalazarou Karolos - Epicurean Diet is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who maintains a private practice in Kolonaki, while concurrently serving as the Head Dietitian of the Cardiometabolic - Diabetology Center at Metropolitan Hospital, as well as the Head of the Dietitian Department at Therapis General Hospital. Έχει πραγματοποιήσει τις μεταπτυχιακές της σπουδές στον τομέα της αθλητικής διατροφής στο Leeds Beckett University της Αγγλίας ενώ έχει παρακολουθήσει και σεμινάρια επιμόρφωσης στην Κλινική Διατροφή και στο Health Coaching για Επαγγελματίες Υγείας. Dr. Mamalaki Eirini is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private practice in Ampelokipoi. She graduated from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University of Athens. She completed her Master's Degree specializing in "Clinical Nutrition" at the same department. In 2020, she earned her PhD on the topic "Nutrition and lifestyle of older adults." She has published over 30 scientific articles in the field of nutrition and lifestyle, as well as more than 45 written and oral presentations at international conferences. Currently, she is a Scientific Collaborator at Harokopio University and the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has extensive experience in managing clinical cases, both adults and children, as well as in weight management for individuals (weight loss, maintenance of lost weight, weight gain). Her fundamental philosophy is that dietary intervention should be person-centered, based on the specific needs and requirements of each individual as well as their taste preferences, with the goal of achieving long-term maintenance of the changes discussed. Therefore, the core focus of her sessions is thorough assessment and discussion of needs with the individual, setting goals, and re-evaluating these goals at regular intervals.

She is also a registered Dietitian - Nutritionist licensed to practice by the Health and Care Professions Council of the United Kingdom (HCPC registered). She specializes in Eating Disorders and Obesity through the Eating Disorders Training and Management Center (EDTMC), in collaboration with the National Centre for Eating Disorders of Great Britain (NCFED). During her studies, she completed an internship as a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist at the General Hospital of Athens "Alexandra" and at the General Hospital Asklipieio Voulas. Currently, she works as a private Dietitian - Nutritionist in Athens, handling a variety of cases.
