Gerasimos Kavvadias is a Physiotherapist and the scientific director of the Model Physiotherapy Center “Anelixis Physio Clinic” in Kallithea. He graduated from the Physiotherapy department of the Technological Educational Institute of Central Greece and completed his internship at the Asklepieio Hospital of Voula. Concurrently, he is attending the postgraduate training program for Physiotherapists of the Hellenic OMT Diploma. Additionally, he has worked as a Physiotherapist in private physiotherapy clinics in Athens, focusing on musculoskeletal issues, sports injuries, and postoperative rehabilitation. He has also collaborated with a private physiatry medical practice and a sports club. At Anelixis Physio Clinic, musculoskeletal problems are approached by applying specialized techniques, such as the Mulligan therapeutic approach and the McKenzie method.

Kyrou Georgios is an Orthopedic Surgeon Consultant at the 3rd Orthopedic Clinic of the private hospital Iaso in Marousi, while maintaining a private practice in Kallithea. He has previously served as a specialist and resident physician in some of the most prominent public hospitals in the country, including the General Hospital of Attica “Sismanoglio - Amalia Fleming,” the University General Hospital "Attikon," the General Oncology Hospital of Kifisia (G.O.N.K.), and the General Children's Hospital of Athens "Panagiotis and Aglaia Kyriakou," covering a wide range of pathology and surgical cases. A graduate of the Medical School of the University of Patras, he has actively participated in national and international conferences and possesses experience in a variety of interventional techniques and musculoskeletal system disorders. He has also received additional training through seminars in areas such as upper limb surgery, reconstructive surgery, sports injuries, and traumatology. His clinical and scientific focus is on the optimal, evidence-based, and individualized management of orthopedic conditions, emphasizing functional rehabilitation and the minimization of postoperative complications.

Η Λιανού Κατερίνα είναι Φυσικοθεραπεύτρια , Επιστημονικά Υπεύθυνη και Συνιδρύτρια του Πρότυπου Κέντρου Φυσικοθεραπείας " JP FITNESS " στην Καλλιθέα, από το 2018 έως και σήμερα. 

Ήταν συνιδρύτρια και επιστημονική υπεύθυνη του Πρότυπου Κέντρου Φυσικοθεραπείας “Κίνηση & Θεραπεία” από το 2004 έως και το 2017.

Είναι βασική καθηγήτρια : της “Studio One Sports & Fitness School, με αντικείμενο: την Αθλητική Tραυματιολογία, Ανατομία και Εμβιομηχανική από το 2010 έως και σήμερα στα διπλώματα Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga.

Ήταν βασική καθηγήτρια : στη σχολή “Athens Yoga” με αντικείμενο ανατομία και κινησιολογία στο δίπλωμα της Yoga από το 2012 έως και το 2019 και βασική καθηγήτρια σε workshops με θέμα Myofascial Release And Trigger Point Therapy από το 2016 έως και σήμερα.

Έχει συμμετάσχει στην συγγραφή του εγχειριδίου: του Studio One, στην ειδικότητα του personal training στο κομμάτι της Αθλητικής Τραυματολογίας και των Ειδικών Πληθυσμών, αλλά και στη συγγραφή και έκδοση βιβλίου με τη συμμετοχή του καθηγητή Dr V.Zelev με θέμα ασκήσεις με Swiss Ball σε ασθενείς με δισκοπάθεια.

Αριθμεί πολλές δημοσιεύσεις και έχει υπάρξει ομιλήτρια σε δεκάδες συνέδρια.

Έχει εκπονήσει διδακτορικό τίτλο με θέμα : την αντιμετώπιση του αντανακλαστικού πόνου στην οσφυϊκή μοίρα της σπονδυλικής στήλης σε ασθενείς με δισκοπάθεια.

Physiorebirth is a modern private physiotherapy center located in Kallithea, offering comprehensive rehabilitation, prevention, and wellness services. Stamatiou Dauid-Aggelos and Malama Andromachi are specialized physiotherapists and have been operating the physiotherapy clinic ActivePhysioCenter in Kallithea, Attica, since 2019. We are graduates of the Department of Physiotherapy at the Athens University of Applied Sciences (ATEI). Subsequently, we specialized at the Association of Manual Therapists Physiotherapists of Greece (S.F.X.E.-I.F.O.M.T.) in Manual Therapy - Chiropractic methods and Dry Needling, and in Biomedical Acupuncture (EFEA), respectively. Dr. Sarantis Mixalis, MD, MSc, PhDc, is an Orthopedic Surgeon with a private practice in Psychiko. Concurrently, he serves as an Orthopedic Consultant specializing in Sports Injuries at Metropolitan Hospital. He has extensive experience, having completed his specialization at the General Children's Hospital "Agia Sofia" and the 4th Orthopedic Clinic of G.N.A. KAT, while also specializing at the same hospital in the Hand-Upper Limb-Microsurgery Clinic, the Sports Injuries Department, and the Pediatric Orthopedic Clinic. In 2018, he successfully completed advanced training in pediatric orthopedic trauma and pediatric skeletal deformities at the Orthopedic Hospital Speising (Vienna, Austria). Since 2019, he holds a Master's degree in "Metabolic Bone Diseases - Osteoporosis" from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. In 2020, he was appointed as a doctoral candidate by the Medical School of Athens, and since then he has been pursuing his doctoral thesis at the 2nd Orthopedic University Clinic of the University of Athens (Konstantopouleio Hospital – Agia Olga). He is an active member of the European Paediatric Orthopaedic Society (EPOS), the European Society for Sports Traumatology Knee Surgery and Arthroscopy (ESSKA), the Hellenic Society of Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology (EEHOT), and the Athens Medical Association. Finally, he has a rich academic portfolio, authoring numerous publications in peer-reviewed international journals (PUBMED) and actively participating in presentations at Greek and international conferences.

Papadakis Mixalis is an Orthopedic Surgeon with a private practice in Koukaki. He graduated from the Medical School of Pilsen, Charles University of Prague, and specialized in Orthopedics at the 2nd Orthopedic Clinic of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He completed his doctoral thesis at the Medical School of the University of Crete and is certified in musculoskeletal ultrasound by the European League Against Rheumatism. He serves as a physician for the Gymnastic Club Apollon Smyrnis and the Sporting Athletic Club and has worked as an academic visitor in the Spine Department at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York. Furthermore, he has participated in 51 international and Greek conferences, seminars, and workshops, delivering 48 oral presentations and 11 posters, and has published 13 foreign language and 4 Greek articles in reputable scientific journals.
