Η Λιανού Κατερίνα είναι Φυσικοθεραπεύτρια , Επιστημονικά Υπεύθυνη και Συνιδρύτρια του Πρότυπου Κέντρου Φυσικοθεραπείας " JP FITNESS " στην Καλλιθέα, από το 2018 έως και σήμερα. 

Ήταν συνιδρύτρια και επιστημονική υπεύθυνη του Πρότυπου Κέντρου Φυσικοθεραπείας “Κίνηση & Θεραπεία” από το 2004 έως και το 2017.

Είναι βασική καθηγήτρια : της “Studio One Sports & Fitness School, με αντικείμενο: την Αθλητική Tραυματιολογία, Ανατομία και Εμβιομηχανική από το 2010 έως και σήμερα στα διπλώματα Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga.

Ήταν βασική καθηγήτρια : στη σχολή “Athens Yoga” με αντικείμενο ανατομία και κινησιολογία στο δίπλωμα της Yoga από το 2012 έως και το 2019 και βασική καθηγήτρια σε workshops με θέμα Myofascial Release And Trigger Point Therapy από το 2016 έως και σήμερα.

Έχει συμμετάσχει στην συγγραφή του εγχειριδίου: του Studio One, στην ειδικότητα του personal training στο κομμάτι της Αθλητικής Τραυματολογίας και των Ειδικών Πληθυσμών, αλλά και στη συγγραφή και έκδοση βιβλίου με τη συμμετοχή του καθηγητή Dr V.Zelev με θέμα ασκήσεις με Swiss Ball σε ασθενείς με δισκοπάθεια.

Αριθμεί πολλές δημοσιεύσεις και έχει υπάρξει ομιλήτρια σε δεκάδες συνέδρια.

Ενδεικτικά αναφέρονται τα 3 πανελλαδικής εμβέλειας που παρακολούθησαν πάνω από 4000 άτομα “Health and Fitness Experts Digital Meeting I II III 2020-2023.

Είναι μέλος: του Πανελληνίου Συλλόγου Φυσικοθεραπευτών της Ελληνικής Επιστημονικής Εταιρείας και της Bulgarian Association of Physiotherapists.

Είναι απόφοιτη του Πανεπιστημίου N.S.A με ειδικότητα φυσικοθεραπείας, βαθμό κλινικής πρακτικής άριστα και θέμα διπλωματικής εργασίας : " κινησιοθεραπεία μετά από μηχανική βλάβη του περονιαίου νεύρου" στην οποία αρίστευσε.

Απόκτησε την εργασιακή της εμπειρία: σε κέντρο Αποκατάστασης και στο “Ερρίκος Ντυνάν” Hospital Center, ασχολούμενη με ασθενείς με αθλητικές κακώσεις, μυοσκελετικά, νευρολογικά, καρδιαγγειακά και αναπνευστικά προβλήματα επί σειρά ετών.

Έχει εκπονήσει διδακτορικό τίτλο με θέμα : την αντιμετώπιση του αντανακλαστικού πόνου στην οσφυϊκή μοίρα της σπονδυλικής στήλης σε ασθενείς με δισκοπάθεια.

Physiorebirth is a modern private physiotherapy center located in Kallithea, offering comprehensive rehabilitation, prevention, and wellness services. The center's objective is the holistic restoration of motor function, pain relief, and improvement of each patient's quality of life through individualized physiotherapy and exercise programs. Physiorebirth is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and applies evidence-based therapeutic methods tailored to the needs and capabilities of each individual. The center is headed by Kallithea Physiorebirth, a physiotherapist with extensive experience in the healthcare and rehabilitation field. He is a graduate of the Physiotherapy Department of the Technological Educational Institute of Athens and has completed training as a Personal Trainer at Studio One. Additionally, he continues his studies at the Hellenic Open University, pursuing a master's degree program in Health Unit Management. His professional career began at the "Georgios Gennimatas" Hospital, continued at the physiotherapy center of Katerina Sivrika, and from 2010 to 2023, he worked as a freelance physiotherapist. He has been a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists since 2008 to the present.

Gerasimos Kavvadias is a Physiotherapist and the scientific director of the Model Physiotherapy Center “Anelixis Physio Clinic” in Kallithea. He graduated from the Physiotherapy department of the Technological Educational Institute of Central Greece and completed his internship at the Asklepieio Hospital of Voula. Concurrently, he is attending the postgraduate training program for Physiotherapists of the Hellenic OMT Diploma. Additionally, he has worked as a Physiotherapist in private physiotherapy clinics in Athens, focusing on musculoskeletal issues, sports injuries, and postoperative rehabilitation. He has also collaborated with a private physiatry medical practice and a sports club. At Anelixis Physio Clinic, musculoskeletal problems are approached by applying specialized techniques, such as the Mulligan therapeutic approach and the McKenzie method.

Kyrou Georgios is an Orthopedic Surgeon Consultant at the 3rd Orthopedic Clinic of the private hospital Iaso in Marousi, while maintaining a private practice in Kallithea. He has previously served as a specialist and resident physician in some of the most prominent public hospitals in the country, including the General Hospital of Attica “Sismanoglio - Amalia Fleming,” the University General Hospital "Attikon," the General Oncology Hospital of Kifisia (G.O.N.K.), and the General Children's Hospital of Athens "Panagiotis and Aglaia Kyriakou," covering a wide range of pathology and surgical cases. A graduate of the Medical School of the University of Patras, he has actively participated in national and international conferences and possesses experience in a variety of interventional techniques and musculoskeletal system disorders. He has also received additional training through seminars in areas such as upper limb surgery, reconstructive surgery, sports injuries, and traumatology. His clinical and scientific focus is on the optimal, evidence-based, and individualized management of orthopedic conditions, emphasizing functional rehabilitation and the minimization of postoperative complications.

Daras Xristos is an Orthopedic Surgeon and Sports Medicine Specialist who operates a private practice in Kolonaki and simultaneously serves as the Director of the Orthopedic Clinic at the Medical Center of Palaio Faliro. He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Athens and holds a PhD from the Medical School of the University of Rome. Additionally, he specialized in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine at the General State Hospital of Nikaia and the General Hospital of Athens "KAT." He has extensive experience and has served as a physician for football and basketball teams in the Greek first division, as well as for the national swimming and water polo teams. Specifically, he has been the Sports Medicine Specialist for the football clubs Olympiacos FC, Panionios, and Ionikos. Finally, he specializes in sports injuries.

Papadakis Mixalis is an Orthopedic Surgeon with a private practice in Koukaki. He graduated from the Medical School of Pilsen, Charles University of Prague, and specialized in Orthopedics at the 2nd Orthopedic Clinic of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He completed his doctoral thesis at the Medical School of the University of Crete and is certified in musculoskeletal ultrasound by the European League Against Rheumatism. He serves as a physician for the Gymnastic Club Apollon Smyrnis and the Sporting Athletic Club and has worked as an academic visitor in the Spine Department at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York. Furthermore, he has participated in 51 international and Greek conferences, seminars, and workshops, delivering 48 oral presentations and 11 posters, and has published 13 foreign language and 4 Greek articles in reputable scientific journals.

Dr. Sarantis Mixalis, MD, MSc, PhDc, is an Orthopedic Surgeon with a private practice in Psychiko. Concurrently, he serves as an Orthopedic Consultant specializing in Sports Injuries at Metropolitan Hospital. He has extensive experience, having completed his specialization at the General Children's Hospital "Agia Sofia" and the 4th Orthopedic Clinic of G.N.A. KAT, while also specializing at the same hospital in the Hand-Upper Limb-Microsurgery Clinic, the Sports Injuries Department, and the Pediatric Orthopedic Clinic. In 2018, he successfully completed advanced training in pediatric orthopedic trauma and pediatric skeletal deformities at the Orthopedic Hospital Speising (Vienna, Austria). Since 2019, he holds a Master's degree in "Metabolic Bone Diseases - Osteoporosis" from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. In 2020, he was appointed as a doctoral candidate by the Medical School of Athens, and since then he has been pursuing his doctoral thesis at the 2nd Orthopedic University Clinic of the University of Athens (Konstantopouleio Hospital – Agia Olga). He is an active member of the European Paediatric Orthopaedic Society (EPOS), the European Society for Sports Traumatology Knee Surgery and Arthroscopy (ESSKA), the Hellenic Society of Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology (EEHOT), and the Athens Medical Association. Finally, he has a rich academic portfolio, authoring numerous publications in peer-reviewed international journals (PUBMED) and actively participating in presentations at Greek and international conferences.

Mprilakis Emmanouil is an Orthopedic Surgeon who maintains two private practices, in Palaio Faliro and Psychiko. He holds a PhD and is a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He possesses the "Advanced Trauma Life Support" and “Musculoskeletal Ultrasound” certifications from the American College of Surgeons and the Burwin Institute of Canada, respectively. He specializes in large joint arthroplasty (hip, knee, shoulder), knee and shoulder arthroscopy, and sports injuries. His expertise in the surgery of these joints is attributed to his advanced training in innovative surgical techniques. Additionally, he has served as the Orthopedic Surgeon for the Olympiacos Piraeus women's basketball team (for 2 years) and for "Panionios GS" (for 7 years), and has collaborated with numerous high-level teams and athletes. He is the Deputy Director of the 3rd Orthopedic Clinic at "Hygeia" Hospital and the Athens Center for Arthroscopy and Shoulder Surgery. He serves as the Secretary of the Sports Injuries Department of the Hellenic Society of Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology and is a member of committees of both the European (ESSKA) and the International (ISAKOS) Societies of Sports Injuries. Finally, he is an active member of 14 Greek and international scientific societies, has published numerous scientific articles and presentations in Greek and international journals, and has delivered lectures at Greek and international sports medicine conferences.

Karapatakis Konstantinos is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Sports Medicine Specialist, maintaining a private practice in Nea Smyrni, while also serving as Deputy Director at Metropolitan General. He completed his studies at the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace and holds a BLS (Basic Life Support) diploma. Additionally, he specialized in the 4th Orthopedic Clinic, the Microsurgery and Upper Limb Surgery Clinic, and the Sports Injuries Clinic at the General Hospital of Attica "KAT," and has received training in fracture management from the AO Foundation. Currently, aside from his private practice, he is the Deputy Director of the IB' Orthopedic Clinic and Shoulder and Sports Injuries Department at Metropolitan General and a Collaborator at the Athens Clinic "Mediclinic." Furthermore, he is a member of the Athens Medical Association, the Panhellenic Medical Association, and the Hellenic Society of Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology, while also attending seminars focused on arthroscopic surgery and reconstructive surgery and participating in conferences both in Greece and abroad.

Fatouros Andreas is a Physiotherapist who operates a private physiotherapy clinic in Paleo Faliro. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Technological Educational Institute of Lamia and is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists (PAP). He has attended a seminar program on acupuncture at the David G. Simons Academy. Additionally, beyond his basic degree, he has completed postgraduate studies in the field of Manual Therapy with recognition from the global federation IFOMPT. For the past 16 years, he has been working as a physiotherapist in the private sector, specializing in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries, and spinal disorders. Finally, he is a physiotherapist member of the medical staff of the Women's National Basketball Team.

Antoniadou Thekla is an Orthopedic Surgeon and a PhD candidate at the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), with a private practice in Palaio Faliro. She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Patras and completed postgraduate studies in "Exercise and Health" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She specialized at the 1st University Orthopedic Clinic of the Attikon University General Hospital. Her specialization continued at the Sydney Orthopaedic Research Institute and the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York. She has received a scholarship from the Hellenic Society of Reconstructive Microsurgery and

Hellenic Society of Hand Surgery and Upper Limb and has undergone further training in Hand Surgery and Reconstructive Microsurgery at Queen Victoria Hospital, NHS Trust in the United Kingdom. Finally, she possesses significant clinical experience, having worked in hospitals in the United Kingdom, and currently serves as an Orthopedic Surgeon at the Athens Medical Center and as a scientific associate of the 1st University Orthopedic Clinic of the University of Athens.

Georgokostas Athanasios is an Orthopedic Surgeon who maintains private practices in Moschato and Psychiko. Additionally, he serves as a Scientific Collaborator at the 3rd Orthopedic Clinic of YGEIA Hospital and as a Consultant at MEDITERRANEO Hospital and YGEIA-MITERA Hospital. He graduated with honors from the Medical School of Rome and holds an ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) certification from the American College of Surgeons. He specialized in the Sports Injuries and Lower Limb Reconstructive Surgery department at Hinchingbrooke Hospital NHS, in the Sports Injuries of Knee, Hip, and Ankle department at Santy and Jean Mermoz Hospital in Lyon, France, as well as in the Shoulder Surgery department at the 8th Orthopedic Clinic of Asklipieio Voula Hospital. Finally, he has extensive experience and training and has participated in numerous presentations and publications.
