Ονομάζομαι Στεφανία Ελένη Διοματάρη και είμαι Ψυχολόγος (BSc) και Ψυχοθεραπεύτρια. Οι πενταετείς σπουδές μου στη Σωματική Ψυχοθεραπεία αποτέλεσαν τη βάση πάνω στην οποία έχτισα την επαγγελματική μου πορεία.

Η θεραπευτική μου προσέγγιση στηρίζεται σε τρεις βασικούς πυλώνες: Σύνδεση, Θεραπευτική Σχέση και Επίγνωση του Σώματος. Μέσα από αυτούς, δημιουργείται ένας ασφαλής και υποστηρικτικός χώρος, όπου το άτομο μπορεί να ξανασυναντήσει τον εαυτό του με αυθεντικότητα, να διερευνήσει τα μοτίβα των σχέσεών του και να καλλιεργήσει μια πιο συμπονετική και ισορροπημένη σχέση με τον εαυτό και τους άλλους. Η θεραπεία γίνεται έτσι μια διαδικασία που ενώνει νου, σώμα και συναίσθημα, οδηγώντας σε βαθύτερη αυτογνωσία, θεραπεία και ουσιαστική αλλαγή.

Με συγκινεί βαθιά το πώς η αρχή της ζωής μας και τα πρώτα μας χρόνια επηρεάζουν την πορεία μας. Αυτή η ευαισθησία με οδήγησε να εκπαιδευτώ στην Περιγεννητική Ψυχολογία, ώστε να μπορώ να υποστηρίξω ζευγάρια που προετοιμάζονται να γίνουν γονείς, να σταθώ δίπλα τους στα θέματα γονιμότητας, στη διαχείριση εμπειριών μαιευτικής βίας αλλά και στο να παρέμβουμε σε ζητήματα που προέρχονται από εκείνη την περίοδο και μας ακολουθούν στη ζωή.

Συνδυάζοντας την περιγεννητική ψυχολογία με τη σωματική διάσταση της θεραπείας, εκπαιδεύτηκα στην Κρανιοϊερή Θεραπεία (CranioSacral Therapy – CST) και τη Σωματο-Συναισθηματική Απελευθέρωση.

Είμαι θεραπεύτρια ζεύγους και εφαρμόζω τη Συναισθηματικά Εστιασμένη Θεραπεία (Emotionally Focused Therapy – EFT).

Έχω πάνω από 14 χρόνια κλινικής εμπειρίας, δουλεύοντας με ανθρώπους διαφορετικών ηλικιών και από διάφορες κοινωνικές ομάδες. Από το 2012 έως τις αρχές του 2020 έζησα και εργάστηκα στη Λεμεσό της Κύπρου, όπου ανέπτυξα ιδιωτικό έργο σε ατομικές και ομαδικές συνεδρίες, συνεργάστηκα με τη Σχολή Ψυχοθεραπείας Βιοσύνθεση Κύπρου, συμμετείχα σε βιωματικά εργαστήρια και συνέβαλα στην εκπαίδευση νέων ψυχοθεραπευτών.

Σήμερα ζω και εργάζομαι στην Αθήνα και στον Ωρωπό παρέχοντας ατομικές και ομαδικές συνεδρίες, δια ζώσης και διαδικτυακά. Συνεχίζω να εκπαιδεύομαι και να εξελίσσομαι επαγγελματικά, παρακολουθώντας σεμινάρια και επιμορφώσεις. Αυτή την περίοδο φοιτώ σε μεταπτυχιακό πρόγραμμα (Master) στην Κλινική Ψυχολογία, εμβαθύνοντας ακόμη περισσότερο στη γνώση και στην πρακτική μου.

Η δουλειά μου στηρίζεται στην αγάπη και τον σεβασμό προς τον άνθρωπο. Πιστεύω βαθιά ότι χωρίς αυτά τα δύο στοιχεία, καμία θεραπεία δεν μπορεί να ανθίσει πραγματικά.
