Panos Palaiologos is a Psychologist, certified Gestalt Psychotherapist, and works with adults, couples, and adolescents in his private practice in Aigaleo.
His relationship with psychotherapy began in 2000, through his personal experiences in individual sessions and experiential Gestalt workshops. At that time, he was a Physics student at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and while he was deeply engaged in understanding the physical world, he gradually turned towards the inner world of humans – seeking meaning, connection, and happiness.
He studied Psychology (BSc in Psychology) at the University of Wales, in the English language, and completed his four-year training in Gestalt Psychotherapy at the Gestalt Foundation in Athens.
He has volunteered with organizations such as "Together for Children" and the Nursing Home "Estia Konstantinoupoleos," and has also coordinated parent groups. As part of his ongoing personal and professional development, he has attended over 400 hours of individual psychotherapy, more than 100 hours of group therapy, and over 500 hours of training seminars in Gestalt Psychotherapy, Clinical Psychopathology, and Eating Disorders.
He addresses individuals seeking psychological support, deeper contact with themselves, meaningful relationships, and a more authentic, joyful way of life. He believes that every difficulty can become an opportunity for growth and change, within a safe therapeutic space of respect and acceptance.
He is a member of the Hellenic Association for Gestalt Therapy (H.A.G.T.).
