Εξειδικεύεται στην Κλινική Εκφραστική Θεραπεία μεσώ Τεχνών (Expressive Art Therapy), που συνδυάζει την αναλυτική ψυχολογία του βάθους του Carl Jung με την Gestalt therapy και την ψυχοδυναμική. Έχει εκπαιδευτεί στην προσωποκεντρική και τη βιωματική μέθοδο Focusing όπως και στην Συστημική Αναπαράσταση του Bert Hellinger. Επίσης, έχει παρακολουθήσει πληθώρα σεμιναρίων Ψυχοθεραπείας αλλά και εκπαιδεύσεις εναλλακτικών θεραπειών. Διατηρεί ένα Κέντρο ψυχοθεραπείας όπου έχει και το ιδιωτικό της γραφείο την "Έντεχνη Δράση" στο Θησείο από το 2008.. Το Κέντρο Έντεχνης Δράσης και Θεραπείας, είναι ένας χώρο προσωπικής ανάπτυξης και ψυχοθεραπείας μέσω τέχνης. Ασχολείται με ατομικές συνεδρίες, ζευγαριού, οικογένειας και επιχειρήσεων, από την κλασική μορφή ομιλητικής θεραπείας, μέχρι το δημιουργικό παιχνίδι, τις μινιατούρες και τη μέθοδο Sandplay. Διοργανώνει πρωτοποριακά ομαδικά σεμινάρια και κλειστές ομάδες ψυχοθεραπείας. Στις αγαπημένες της διοργανώσεις είναι οι Εναλλακτικές διακοπές μέσω τεχνών. Από την πολυετή εξερεύνηση της στο χώρο τον Εναλλακτικών Θεραπειών, ξεχώρισε τη Σαμάνικη Διδασκαλία και συνέθεσε το εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα Shamanic Practitioner Training, με πιστοποίηση από τον διεθνή οργανισμό, International Practitioners of Holistic Mendicine IPHM.
