Welcome to my profile. My name is Lydia Felah, and I am a Physiotherapist (MSc) specializing in Chronic Pain Management and Biomedical Acupuncture.

At our center, AcuPhysio in Ilioupoli, we don't just treat symptoms. We combine scientific knowledge (Clinical Physiotherapy) with specialized techniques (Manual Therapy, Acupuncture, Shockwave, Tecar) to identify and treat the root cause of the problem.

My goal is immediate relief, functional rehabilitation, and your safe return to daily activities. I undertake cases involving musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, cervical syndrome, lower back pain, and foot pathologies (custom orthotic insoles).

Iatriki Askisi is based in Argyroupoli and Agia Paraskevi. Operating with responsibility for over 15 years, they provide solutions for patients, caregivers, and society. Their principles are consistency and respect towards the patient. The effectiveness of their programs is based on the human-centered nature of their team, medical guidance, highly trained staff, as well as the modern operational facilities of the Center. Their primary concern is improving the quality of life of patients. Consequently, they focus on the individual needs of each person, designing an appropriate, personalized treatment program. Papastratis Ilias is a Physiotherapist and the Scientific Director of the private Physiotherapy Center "Physioexpert" located in Ampelokipoi. He holds a degree from the TEI of Physiotherapy and is a certified spinal therapist in mechanical diagnosis and therapy using the McKenzie method (cert. MDT). He is certified in manual therapy techniques, chiropractic techniques, and manual therapy for the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders throughout the body. Additionally, he has completed a training program certified by the IMTA (International Association of Maitland Teachers after 4 years of seminars and examinations) in hands-on assessment and treatment techniques (manual therapy—mobilization techniques of joints and muscles with hands) for the treatment of neuro-musculoskeletal problems. He has extensive experience, having worked as a Physiotherapist at the KINESIS physiotherapy clinic and the "Anelixi" Rehabilitation Center, primarily managing neurological cases such as cerebrovascular accidents, multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injuries, Parkinson’s disease, polyneuropathies, and others. Furthermore, he has served as an external collaborator at the Euroclinic Athens in the microsurgery and hand and upper limb surgery department, where he also observed surgeries (shoulder and hip arthroplasties, primarily shoulder arthroscopic procedures, and numerous microsurgical operations). Notably, he is engaged in therapy and rehabilitation of amateur and professional athletes across various sports (football, boxing, kickboxing, marathon runners, volleyball, and basketball athletes). Finally, he has participated as a speaker at conferences in Greece and Europe, including the International Sports Medicine Conference under the auspices of FIFA in London and Milan, and was a speaker at the scientific workshop of the Hellenic McKenzie Institute on the topic "Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy of the Ankle Joint".

Moraitou Martha is a Physiotherapist and operates her private physiotherapy clinic, Physio Core, which is contracted with the National Organization for the Provision of Health Services (E.O.P.Y.Y.), located in the center of Piraeus near the metro. She is a graduate of the Higher Technological Educational Institute of Central Greece and specializes in Manual Therapy, acupuncture, clinical Pilates, and kinesio taping. The physiotherapy clinic is fully equipped with state-of-the-art machinery such as TECAR therapy (radiofrequency therapy) and shock wave therapy (extracorporeal shock wave therapy). Ksenofon Xatzisarantos is a Physiotherapist and runs a private clinic in Anoixi. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Technological Educational Institute of Athens and has undergone further training in manual therapy with techniques based on hands-on treatment. During his career, he has worked at the physiotherapy center "IASIS," at the General Hospital of Attica KAT, as a Physiotherapist for the National Fencing Team of the "Paradeisos Marousiou" Club, and as a Coordinator in the Fencing Department at the Olympic Games. Mpoukouvalas Nikolaos Ph.MD is a Physiotherapist who operates a private clinic in Kalamaria, Thessaloniki. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Athens University of Applied Sciences and received further training in the United Kingdom. The clinic facilities are housed in a privately owned 250-square-meter space spread over two levels with internal access between floors. The treatment rooms are fully designed and equipped with state-of-the-art machinery to address both the simplest and the most complex and rare conditions. There are personal therapy rooms for each patient to ensure privacy, as well as rooms equipped with the latest technology devices. Vardoulakis Xristoforos is a Physiotherapist who operates a private physiotherapy clinic in Agia Paraskevi. Dr Karanasios Stefanos is a Physiotherapist, founder and director of the private physiotherapy clinic Physio - Kifisia in Kifisia. He is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Physiotherapy of the University of West Attica, specializing in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. He holds a Master's degree with a specialization in Hand Rehabilitation from the University of Derby, UK, and a Master's degree in Advanced Manipulative Physiotherapy from the University of Birmingham. He has worked as a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist in clinics in England, in private physiotherapy clinics in Thessaloniki and Athens, and as a Physiotherapist for the Hellenic Cycling Federation. To this day, he teaches Manual Therapy postgraduate seminars at the educational institution Hellenic OMT Diploma. Additionally, he has numerous research publications and conference presentations to his credit, and he is a member of the Panhellenic Physiotherapists Association (PSF-NPDD).

Christos Venizelos is a licensed physiotherapist, graduate of the University of West Attica, currently specializing in Manual Therapy (OMT GREECE) through the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists. He offers home-based physiotherapy sessions exclusively, providing personalized care to patients with limited mobility, neurological or orthopedic conditions, and those in post-surgical rehabilitation.He has gained clinical experience through his internship at Thriasio General Hospital and voluntary work with Doctors of the World. Actively participating in scientific conferences, he remains up-to-date with modern therapeutic approaches, aiming to help each patient regain functionality and quality of life — all in the comfort and safety of their own home.

Georgakopoulos Georgios is a Physiotherapist and maintains a private practice in Chalandri. He holds a degree in physiotherapy from the University "La Sapienza" in Rome and specialized at the 1st Neurological Clinic of the University of Rome, Clinica Delle Malattie Nervose e Mentali. He continued his specialization at the "San Giovanni Battista" Hospital in Rome and attended rehabilitation methods for patients after open-heart surgery at the "Deborah Hospital" in New Jersey, United States of America. Finally, he has worked as a physiotherapist at the "Villa Fulvia" Clinic and the private clinic "Fisiotuscolano s.r.l." in Rome and is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists and the Italian Association of Physiotherapists.
