Ο Dr Ζησούλης Αιμίλιος MD PhD είναι Χειρουργός Οφθαλμίατρος και Διδάκτωρ Πανεπιστημίου Ιωαννίνων. Dr. Ragkousis Antonios is a Ophthalmic Surgeon and Doctor of Medicine from the Medical School of the University of Athens.

He concurrently serves as Consultant at the State Ophthalmology Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas," where he is responsible for the Department of Ocular Inflammations and Retina. He graduated with honors from the Medical School of the University of Athens, where he also completed his doctoral dissertation with distinction. He is also a top graduate holder of the postgraduate degree "Ophthalmic Imaging." He completed his specialty training at the Red Cross Hospital.

He specialized for several years in England in diseases of the Retina-Macula and Ocular Inflammations at the internationally renowned Moorfields Eye Hospital in London, Southampton University Hospital, and Royal Liverpool University Hospital. He holds Certification of Specialization and Excellence from the European Board of Ophthalmology (FEBO) and the European Society of Retina Specialists (FEBOS-R).

His clinic in Ilion is equipped with state-of-the-art technology such as the Haag-Streit slit lamp with live imaging system, Haag-Streit Octopus Visual Fields, the high-precision ARK-1a refractometer-keratometer, the high-resolution iCare fundus camera, and the high-resolution Solix OCT and OCT angiography device.
